Belly fat is hereditary on my mom’s side of the family. My grandfather and his brothers all had big bellies. And they ate three healthy meals back in those days. I got rid of my belly twice in my life by working out three times a day with only two meals.

Context is important for studies. Why do Americans eat around the clock when, say, Greece doesn't? Greece….Tiny country, insignificant population (barely more than just NYC), and little necessity for jobs that lead to late night eating. Then you have America, enormous and diverse, and all that comes with it. One example, Greece has 283 hospitals in total and NYC has over half that. In one city. People working around the clock at hospitals, emergency clinics, truck drivers, etc. and then restaurants and other support-esque jobs. I don't doubt that the results are still accurate just based on anecdotal observation, but anyone intimately familiar with science knows studies are always flawed, especially when comparing apples to artichokes.

Not true, Europe has a huge obesity problem too. Prices are rife, you "can't afford" to be healthy. You go to the supermarket, of course there is organic, free range, grass fed etc but it is double or triple the pricen
of the standard, then you have the wages, you buy what you can "afford" you buy cheap quality which is riddled of bulking and additives
As a person who is a tennis pro I’m up at 4:15 pretty much every day. Teaching tennis from about 6am-2pm. I work out 6 days a week as well. At least 1-1.5hrs. Thoughts on when I should eat to try and completely lean up the stomach? I have visible muscle tone in the abs but can’t get the last little bit off.
Why all the hate on night eating? Been fasting regular now with no breakfast for 8 months with great results. Usually eat from window of 1-9 pm due to lifestyle. Never felt better.
I've been high protein a long time got my cholesterol back Dr says I'm two times more to get a heart attack…if I cut pro gains are gone tried vegan yrs ago just can't get muscle…debating what to do so much conflicting info w cholesterol
Rather than have a big lunch, I have 3 small lunches. Let me explain. I generally eat for breakfast, something like 2 or 3 scrambled eggs, with a simple kale & tomato side salad, and maybe a slice of whole wheat toast or a small side of grapes/banana. Lunch 1 is usually a bowl of greek yogurt with a bit of honey and chia seeds. I eat this around 11. Lunch 2 is whatever I prepped. This week, for example, it's chicked heart & gizzards with bell pepper and onion over brown rice. I usually wat this around 1. When I get home, around 4 or so I have a hemp protein shake on workout days and usually snack of carrot sticks with hummus and cheese on non-workout days. Dinner is around 6 and is a repeat of lunch 2.
I don’t consistently eat. I fast all day but I like to eat in the evening. My gut is at rest all day.
The fasting changed my life totaly. It helped me start eating healthy food, and be aware of what food is good for me. Have stopped with all the cheat meals. And much less carbs. Im using 16/8 fasting, but when i do 24 or 48 hr fasting it have moore health benefits for me. I personly meen that fasting is better way to burn the last belly fat, rather than 3 months of walking, cardio etch. Becouse of HGH release that happens. I havent lost my muscles during gym and fasting. And i dont use steroids. Timing training and when to eat what at right time. My goal is to go under 10%, my personal competicion. Im at 15% now. Im 58 years old, and started 1 months ago with wight training, after 13 years break. It is never to late to start. And PS. You only need electrolytes. And real food. You will not get better with suplenents. Save your money and eat healthy.
Man, I like the info in these vids but I just can’t deal with the amount of “yes they are a sponsor of this video but….”. I get sponsors are part of how the channel makes money but he really steps it up to another level in every video. Feels gross every time he breaks into that disingenuous BS. And what he’s promoting is always equal to or worse than 1000 other products out there. Renaissance Periodisation is so much more genuine!

Fasting stressed me out so I walked 15k to 20k for two weeks…lost enough to give me a boost to continue a healthy diet and exercise program!
