I do the front neck 3×15 extensions and side 3×15 each side.
Just do shoulder raises you nitwits. You don’t have to workout your neck to workout your neck if that makes sense. More likely to injure yourself.
How do you deal with nausea after? I always get nauseous from neck curly

Build your neck my dudes. If seen guys at the gym with near perfect bodies but were sporting a pencil

What about lateral neck curls???
The reverse neck curls get the traps so pumped up.
