  1. Love the little triangle bar thingy. Used to use it with a barbell tucked in a landmine, stacked with 25's. Great superset, peel them 25's and get it! Also seated with a low cable, or hung over a pull up bar doing pullups. Great little tool! Thanks for the great videos, can't wait to get some equipment and get back in shape! 💪

  2. For those who have disc herniation Is it safe to do those? and effective?

  3. The single arm db row done the way this uploader demonstrated is a sure fire way to pull a groin muscle. I speak from experience.

  4. Hi Bobby,
Loving the over 40 series. In one of your over 40 series you mentioned scales you endorse but i cant find which video it was. Can you advise please?

  5. Love from Serbia ❤

  6. Excellent video! As an avid lifter/trainer, as well as being 40+, I appreciate this. I try to constantly add , switch up and manipulate things in my training. And proper technique prevents injury. Thanks for emphasizing that.😎

  7. Bobby – You’re a hard working bad ass! I’m a 61 year old disabled veteran, and you’re an inspiration to all people, especially me.

  8. When I didn't have access to a gym and or equipment I used to like incorporating a back workout in my push up routine by squeezing shoulder blades together and holding tension in my upper back muscles, worked quite well when in a pinch

  9. Great video. Thanks for sharing!

  10. Impressive…Keep Moving Bad Boy bobby

  11. Thanks Bobby! Great stuff

  12. I don’t understand why we can’t use an assisted pull-up machine. I used to be able to do three pull-ups until I was 50, but now at 65 and weighing 60 pounds more, I’m still strong. However, pulling up that extra weight is impossible for me now.

  13. Pull ups. Rows and lay pullovers are great and feel good

  14. Great video. My favorite back exercises in my garage gym are pull-ups (ladder of 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1…do that twice for 50 total reps)…inverted rows (ladder of 2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2 twice for 100 reps)….and dumbbell Superman rows (5 sets of 10).
    Thanks for the content!

  15. A "QR Chins Ladder" of 5 x 1,2,3 reps (for 30 total) or 3-5 x 1,2,3,4 reps (for 30-50 total) is a staple for me.

  16. I like the cable row for the back as well!

  17. I’d like to do this from home, but I do not have a lat pulldown machine. What’s a good substitute for that?

  18. 👍🏾
    What about women back fat?
