  14. 1:14 "How to do it correctly" and then immediately proceeds to do a squat in poor form where he leans forward, bends, and isn't straight up and down. You should keep your upper body straight and perfectly in line with your legs. You should solely be using your legs and not leaning forward and engaging your core and lower back, like you're doing here.
