  1. Long arms short legs. Basically.

  2. He kept his chin tucked in

  3. The technique is perfect and so is the man. Hot.

  4. The climbers call this: ape index!
Stretch your arms as wide as you can. Normal is: this wide is the same as your height. When you have maybe ape index +10, then the size of your arms is +10cm wider than your height.
In this case, the lifter got a very high ape index i think

  5. I don't get why he is not using a belt? He uses kneewraps and belt when squatting so it is clearly not about him wanting to lift "raw".
He would lift more if he learned how to brace with a belt. He should try a high belt position.

  6. Quick yanking – he will be with Dr Deadlift soon and all busted up. No thanks.

  7. luke richardson has the best deadlift ive seen

  8. not everyone deadlifts more with a belt.

  9. The World's Most Perfect Deadlift Technique 🤣🤣🤣

  10. wheelchair here he come

  11. He yanked the bar, which is a mistake, so no "perfect technique" here

  12. Only betas pull on a DL bar

  13. His most impressive lift is 705 lbs deadlift using overhand grip with no straps…….

  14. world's most perfect deadlift technique? quit the BS.. not even close… lol.. mf is yanking it..

  15. he can touch his knees standing straight up

  16. Yanking the slack out of the bar is bad technique.

  17. His "technique" is based on the fact that his frame is perfect for deadlifts. His arms extend down to his knees for gods sake.

  18. I wonder what his back will be like when he is older

  19. Benjamin D is a MONSTER , great strongman too !

  20. His not bracing core forward as many advise but holds in? Am I seeing that right?

  21. He's pulled 400 kilos before

  22. his deads are always this clean. i think he's mainly a strongman.

  23. Yeah people's build determine how their deadlift looks. Throw enough weight on the bar and the length of the back, legs and arms will determine how a deadlift looks. Some are more back dominant, some more leg dominant. To an extent it can be trained, but only to an extent. You cant change bone structure.

  24. I'm surprised you didn't mention that Ben Donin is the World's Strongest Man u80 kg and winner of the pro strongman world championship u80 kg, he owns the 80kg deadlift world record, circus dumbbell world record, and axle world record. He's an absolute beast

  25. He is very strong but it is clear as ABC that he is juicing and he needs to sort that gyno out asap.

  26. You mean perfect leverages

  27. Ben is more of a strongman, less a powerlifter. His first ever PL meet was just 3 months ago. His 825 kg total is obviously amazing for a first meet but still less of a success than his several strongman world records and u80 WSM title. I want to say I have faint memories of a 400 kilo gym deadlift of his but I may be misremembering things. He did say he wanted to be the first u80 to pull 400, some time ago. His heaviest in competition (strongman) is 388 as a u90 iirc, which was the WR last year but has since been broken.

  28. 705 hook grip without wraps is nuts

  29. Great wideo

  30. I undersatnd this but bro listen his build is good for deadlift tooooo 😛

  31. it reminds me a bit of clarence kennedy's deadlift form

  32. 320kg with double overhand hook grips!

  33. How much can a natural at a similar weight achieve in the big 3s?

  34. Will crozier has the best single dl form i ever seen

  35. What a goblin

  36. Really long arms and short body! His hands are almost to his knees!!

  37. Only beta pull sumo 🙏
