In todays video i’m taking about one exercise that will tighten and flatten your lower belly regardless of your body fat percentage. This works because were talking about a muscle disfunction, namely the transverse abdominis muscle.   6. I like to add that its important to not only eat less calories but to eat in a way that doesnt spike our insulin so our body uses our body fat for fuel. its important to try to eat approximatly at the same times and not inbetween meals

  8. I had come across this same technique given by Arnold Schwarzenegger in a body building magazine when i was in school during the early 80s. His recommendation was to repeat this belly shrinking process 5 times while sitting and to do it few times over the day.

  10. We do this in belly dance. Its a form of undulation. It really works!!!!

  11. 4 minutes before the exer ise? This could have been done less than 1 minute

  12. Isometric exercises will make you aware of your muscles. As things get stronger, you'll feel them. I'd not do these with a full stomach. You want to feel your muscles.

  13. does this work even if your muscles have been extended and stretched by pregnancy? I don't have fat but my stomach doesn't look flat…

  14. Dr mandell has preached this for a while .he says theres a band of muscle all around the stomach and bach and to just pull the navel in on exhale.keep doing it until you feel your back muscles tighten and back pain go away.i love it,i do it all day sometimes

  15. Please don’t make women over 50 feel like they’re doing something wrong. I had excellent diet and exercise but still kept getting bigger around the middle. Lack of estrogen causes this – I’ve lost 15kg in 10 months since starting hormone replacement with no change to diet and excerise. I was not eating more calories than I was burning – this excess belly fat was not my fault
