  4. Everything here is close grip. Do some wide grip and some pull ups.

  5. I do weighted pull ups. Legit never see any of these guys doing it.

  9. Idk if anyone needs this or not ut what really conncected it for me was remembering doing chin ups and wide grip pull ups. It helps with making where you need your pulls
