  5. Just back at the gym after a break, this was an amazing guide to follow. It was only supposed to be a flying visit, destroy my shoulders and get out but, I was in well over an hour. Loved it!

  29. can't say any of them are my favorite as they're all pretty exhausting but one has to challenge to gain. perhaps the incline y raise as i can rest on the bench.
