Today, we revisit a few of Cole’s classic video styles. Yoga for back pain and tension. While we’re all staying home, we have been gettin requests for more videos involving safe, at home deep stretches that may relieve pain in the back, lower back, shoulders, sciatic nerve, and neck and shoulder areas.
