Indiana Fever star Sophie Cunningham expressed excitement about her new show, “No Hesitation,” co-hosted by renowned basketball trainer Drew Hanlen.
On Thursday, Cunningham shared the podcast’s Instagram post to her IG story and wrote:
“THE PODCAST IS BACK BABYYYY.”

Many social media users responded to Cunningham’s new podcast, with several criticizing her previous co-host, West Wilson.
“Sophie (Cunningham’s) podcasts are back and more spicy than ever. She will always speak her mind and stand up for what is right. You can’t cancel Cunningham,” one fan commented on Instagram.

“Glad she left that guy,” a fan tweeted.
“Thank goodness they got rid of the other guy,” another fan wrote.
Here are other reactions:
“All right. Our Black Belt is back, and hopefully this guy is not lame like West Wilson!!” a fan posted on X.
“Looking forward to the show. I’m glad she left the other one, he didn’t appreciate her,” one fan wrote.
“Glad the pod is back!” another fan said.
The YouTube account of Cunningham’s “Show Me Something” podcast, as well as its X and Instagram pages, has been rebranded to “No Hesitation.” According to the show’s social media posts, the first episode of the weekly podcast is scheduled to drop Thursday.
Cunningham and her high school best friend, Wilson, launched “Show Me Something” in July 2025. The podcast released 44 episodes during its run, with the last airing on June 27.
Report says changes to Sophie Cunningham’s podcast had been planned for several months
Many fans have speculated about why Sophie Cunningham’s podcast hasn’t released any episodes for nearly three months. According to Front Office Sports’ Ryan Glasspiegel on Thursday, the changes had been planned for months due to the expiration of its one-year contract.
“A source with knowledge of the situation told Front Office Sports that changes to Show Me Something had been in the works ‘for months,’ as the program had an expiring one-year deal and Cunningham and Volume officials wanted a show that was more strictly focused on basketball,” Glasspiegel wrote.
Sophie Cunningham’s “Show Me Something” co-host, West Wilson, also disagreed with her opinion about the ongoing WNBA transgender debate. In a TikTok video several weeks after their last episode aired, Wilson said, “Transgender athletes in American sports is such a borderline nonexistent issue.”
Cunningham is at the center of the transgender discussion, expressing support for protecting girls and women in competing against biological men in sports.
