As The Shade Room previously reported, NLE Choppa recently found himself in headlines two weeks ago. This, when the mother of his eldest child, Mariah, alleged that CPS was called over his care of their daughter, Clover. At the time, NLE alleged that two weeks ago was the first time he had seen his daughter since September 2025. In short, Mariah accused NLE of failing to feed Clover, take her to school, and even implied that she may have suffered sexual abuse while in NLE’s care.

Afterward, NLE shared a few tweets about being done taking the “high road.”

Then, he released a new song called ‘Set The Record Straight,’ calling out Mariah and Marissa Da’Nae, the mother of his son, Chozen.

But Mariah and Da’Nae weren’t the only ones to catch shots in NLE’s songs. Apparently, Blueface noticed that he caught a stray, too.

Then, Blue appeared to send a shot back NLE’s way with a caption shared online.

Ultimately, on Wednesday, February 3, Blueface called NLE out, telling him to “squabble up.”

NLE Choppa Seemingly Shares Disheartening Words About Blueface’s Son Chrisean Jr. In His Response

Later that day, NLE took to his Instagram Story to share now-deleted clips where he suggested that Blueface’s son and either of his sons, Chozen or Icon, lay hands on one another. However, as his speech went on, he seemingly appeared to be speaking about Chrisean Jr., noting that the child may not be able to “hold” his “head up” properly. Additionally, NLE noted that he wouldn’t squabble with Blueface because he believes Blue would benefit from the opportunity and use it to pay off his alleged debts.

After Aire Jay shared a recent photo on social media, detectives are back at it, wondering if she may be linked to the rapper and attempting to piece together details about his love life.

Aire Jay Shows Off Her Tattoo in Latest Photo Dump

Aire Jay took to social media to share new photos. In her latest photo dump, she rocked a cheetah-print Gia set. In one photo, fans spotted a red-ink “Shiesty” tattoo on the back of her leg. Folks over on TikTok quickly questioned the tattoo in the comments, especially after Aire was spotted wearing Pooh Shiesty’s chain in November 2025.

Comments included, “Nb mentioning the tatt,” “The Pooh Shiesty???” and “Shiestyyy.”While fans tried to get the scoop, Aire was active on X, sharing tweets of her own. She wrote, “I don’t like no n*** I can’t control.” Under a tweet that read, “You been sharing that n*** since you met him. I know you tired b***,” Aire replied, “I am sis.”

Around the time India Love was seen singing along to Pooh Shiesty’s song ‘FDO’ during one of her Twitch streams, supporters also noticed that she went live with Pooh Shiesty’s sister, further fueling the speculation. Things continued to heat up when Pooh Shiesty’s mom went live, prompting fans to flood her comments looking for answers. She read a comment that reportedly asked, “Is Pooh dating India Love?”  

Someone in the background responded, “Pooh single. He don’t got no girlfriend. Whoever he dates, that’s his business.” His mom also added that she loves India Love and shared that the influencer was her favorite on ‘College Hill.’

Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman’s stepson Gregory Zecca is facing life behind bars if convicted of aggravated manslaughter after fatally shooting his teenage son.

Florida’s Collier County Sheriff’s Office posted an update on the July 2025 incident via Facebook on Tuesday, February 3, stating that Zecca accidentally shot his child, Anthony, 13, in the family’s Naples, Florida, apartment while allegedly under the influence of alcohol. Local Southwest Florida news outlet WINK News was first to report on the update.

Per the Sheriff’s Office, Zecca, 39, was taken into custody “on a warrant for aggravated manslaughter of a child with a firearm and using a firearm while under the influence,” which could result in a life sentence.

A Collier County police investigation into Zecca, who is the son of Dog’s wife, Francie Chapman, from a previous marriage, found that Zecca allegedly “consumed alcohol over several hours at a local establishment, purchased more alcohol, and later used both alcohol and marijuana at a friend’s residence.”

Zecca and his son were “watching a UFC fight on TV at the time.”

Law enforcement also reported that Zecca “repeatedly handled a firearm in his son’s presence, practicing drawing it from his waistband and dry-firing.” The firearm had “initially been made safe by removing the magazine and clearing a live round from the chamber.”

Further detail stated that the magazine was put back into the firearm before Zecca “discharged a single shot” that struck Anthony.

Sheriff Kevin Rambosk stated in the update that the event “was a heartbreaking and preventable tragedy.”

Rambosk added, “Our detectives conducted an exhaustive and thorough investigation, examining every element of what happened through witness statements, forensic testing, subpoenas, search warrants, and more.”

Police officials also noted that deputies who arrived at the scene “detected the odor of alcohol on Zecca and observed marijuana in plain view.”

A subsequent toxicology report estimated Zecca’s “blood-alcohol concentration to be approximately 0.116 at the time of the shooting, above Florida’s legal limit of 0.08.”

Zecca was placed on a psychiatric hold following the shooting. A family representative told TMZ one day after the incident occurred that Zecca was “under observation on a 5150 hold,” which meant that he had been involuntarily detained for 72 hours after being deemed “a danger to themselves, to others, or gravely disabled,” per Clear Behavior Health.

The rep also told the outlet at the time that the hold was instigated because Zecca was “overcome with grief” and not because he felt guilty of a crime.

Dog released a statement via the outlet in the shooting’s aftermath. “We are grieving as a family over this incomprehensible tragic accident and would ask for continued prayers as we grieve the loss of our beloved grandson, Anthony,” Dog and Francie both wrote at the time.

Zecca also disabled his Instagram account after the incident. Prior to the account’s disappearance, Zecca had posted photos of himself with Anthony, including one image that showed the pair at a shooting range.
