Jewellery taken in theft from house in Scarborough

North Yorkshire Police said a parcel which contained the two items was stolen from a house in Esplanade Gardens, Scarborough, on December 2.

The force is appealing for help from the public who may have been offered the items for sale and released images of the jewellery.

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “If you have seen these items for sale please contact the investigating officer PC1864 Wilding by emailing fiona.wilding@northyorkshire.police.uk.

“Alternatively, you can contact North Yorkshire Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their website.

“Please quote reference 12250228234 when passing on information.”
