General Hospital puts Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) finally getting her divorce from Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). And right now, of course, her first priority is her kids, getting more access to them. But eventually, she’ll move on from this mess with Drew.

And then she’s going to need a new love interest. So, we’re wondering who is the next man for Willow. I mean, a guy would have to be crazy to date her, right? We’re going to talk about what unlucky man might be next in line to romance Drew’s soon to be ex-wife.

Willow’s Trainwreck of a Love Life on General Hospital

Now, let’s talk about her messy love life. So recently we saw Willow get the scare of her life when Drew showed up at their home on his own two feet walking and talking after Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) rolled his wheelchair into the lake trying to drown him. Drew was soaking wet and absolutely infuriated at Willow.

Everything that Drew’s diabolical wife put him through for the last several months had him ready to choke her. Willow tried to kill him by putting two bullets into Drew’s back at close range. That alone should make her undatable. Then Willow injected Drew with a paralytic that kept him prisoner in his own body for months. Any man should run from her.

Drew’s Torment on GH

And Drew had to sit there and listen to Willow go on and on. Plus, Drew had to listen to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) who threatened to kill him repeatedly. And then of course, Nina just tried to kill him again out of pure desperation, trying to protect Willow. None of this makes her prime dating material. Not at all. And at this point, Drew wants to destroy Willow’s life.

And I’m sure that Drew doesn’t want Willow to move on with a new man and find love and find happiness. He’s also furious that Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) played that blackmail card that shut down any chance that Drew had to call the cops on Willow and someone and report them. So, Drew cannot ruin Willow’s life, at least not in the way he wants. At least not yet.

And we also know that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) girlfriend, Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell), has some plot cooking this week to take down Willow. Looks like some pills might be involved. And at first, Michael doesn’t know what Jacinda is plotting, but no matter what, Willow is a survivor and she’ll get through that also. And once she’s legally divorced from Drew and gets past these plots against her, at some point we are going to see Willow in a new romance. But the question is, who in Port Charles would tangle with her? An accused husband shooter.

General Hospital: Willow’s Romantic Options

Well, the first person to consider as Willow’s next love interest is one of her several ex-husbands, Michael. And of course, he hates what happened to their marriage and that Willow cheated with Drew and chose that guy over him. But never say never because Michael and Willow share two kids and did have some nice moments in their history. Certainly their children would like to see their parents back together. And I think we know Michael’s not going to last with Jacinda. That seems pretty clear.

Michael might consider a reunion if Willow swallowed her pride and begged him to reconsider for their kid’s sake. And if Michael is single, he might consider it in part because I think he knows it would infuriate his uncle Drew to see Willow is back with him. However, I think General Hospital fans would hate to see Michael back with Willow.

I would be shocked if Michael took her back unless he had some kind of ulterior motive. You know, maybe he’d get with Willow as part of an agenda to get rid of her for good. Michael might take the keep your enemies close tactic, but then again, I don’t think he would get back with her because it would hurt the kids when it didn’t work out. So, I don’t think that’s the kind of plot that Michael would engage in against her just because of them.

Willow Lands GH Newbie?

So, with that in mind, Willow might do better with somebody who’s new to Port Charles and doesn’t know her messy and tawdry personal history. There is a hunky new guy, Tristan Roberts (Dean Geyer) who is a cardiac surgeon at General Hospital. He’s fresh meat and he has no idea how toxic Willow is. And she does have a very pretty face.

And so far, he seems to be a pretty decent guy, but he is involved with the WSB, at least to some extent. He denied to Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) that he was placed at General Hospital by the WSB to keep an eye on her. But we also saw Jack recently confront him, and it seemed like the doctor is in a little deeper than he let on.

Plus, once you’re on the WSB radar, obviously, you kind of have no choice but to do what you’re told. So, who really knows what the guy is up to? But he is handsome and I assume he’s rich because he’s a cardiac surgeon and Willow’s very pretty and she’s up at the hospital a lot. So, she and the doctor will meet at some point and maybe they wind up on a date.

General Hospital: Willow Might Reunite with Chase

Another option is another of Willow’s ex-husbands, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). And again, I think a lot of fans would hate this, maybe even more than they would hate Willow being with Michael again. Most fans despise the fact that this ex keeps risking his marriage and his career to defend Willow when she’s guilty as heck.

And at this point, he finally seems to have his head on straight. He’s putting Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Phoebe Wilson (Lucia and Luna Brighton) first. Plus, he and Brook Lynn signed the formal adoption papers for Phoebe this week. But Willow keeps popping up in his orbit relentlessly, if you ask me.

And it seems that Willow has some kind of lingering feelings for him. Brook Lynn is on to her, but of course, he remains blind to how devious and diabolical Willow really is. I don’t think he has any kind of residual romantic feelings for her, but he’s definitely protective of Willow and he thinks she’s a good person.

But with those pills in play this week, maybe Jacinda drugs this ex and Willow and gets them in bed together. Maybe she takes Michael’s plan and runs with it in an extreme way that could ruin his and Brook Lynn’s marriage and open the path to a reunion.

GH Shocker: Willow Seduces Brennan?

Another really awful option to consider is Brennan. And the only reason I mention this is because it could happen if Willow got really angry with her mom. And Willow might decide to do her mom dirty since her mom slept with Drew behind her back and hid it from her for months.

If you remember, that blew up at Willow and Drew’s wedding at the altar and it was a huge deal breaker for Willow and she blew up at her mom, didn’t want her in her life. And since then, they have reconciled.

But you never know, Willow might get really mad at her mom and target Jack and sleep with him as revenge. I don’t think Jack would necessarily go for it willingly, but you know, she might drug him or do something terrible.

General Hospital: New Connections and Past Traumas

And the last option I can see other than General Hospital bringing in a brand new person that we’ve never met is to pair Willow with another new guy in town. He just arrived and we don’t know much about him. We’ve heard he’s complicated. And Willow seems to like dark things. He seems like a good possibility to me because he’s around the same age. He’s nice looking. And Willow tends to get enticed by men with darkness in them. Michael and Drew both have dark sides.

Chase doesn’t, to be fair. And I think Willow is just messed up about men because of the cult, Dawn of Day. If you remember, her mom handed her over to Hank “Shiloh” Archer  (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) to assault when she was a teenager. He took her virginity and kept forcing himself on her. Got Willow pregnant, and she ran off, hid the baby from him and the cult. That was the baby that ended up dying.

So, if I’m being honest, what Willow needs more than a new man is some therapy. Some intensive psychotherapy to deal with her childhood and teenage trauma from her mom and the cult and other painful experiences so that Willow can get her head on straight and have a normal relationship and not keep making bad choices like Drew. But I don’t think it’ll happen unless somehow she’s sent to a psychiatric facility for a timeout. Then maybe she’ll get the help she needs.

Electra is saying that Dylan has been targeting all of them from the start and that is a drastic character shift. We’re going to get into this gold digger arc that they’re writing for Dylan and talk about how far they’re going to go with it. So, Electra lost it when Dylan told her she spent the night at Will’s house even though they didn’t do the deed. And on top of that, Dylan told Electra that she’s in love with Will and has been for a while. And Dylan reminded Electra that she did respect their relationship, but now Electra dumped Will and said that they would never be together. So, Dylan doesn’t think it’s fair that Electra is giving her an ultimatum that she can’t pursue Will.

Basically, Dylan’s sick and tired of Electra telling her what she can and can’t do. And then Electra accused Dylan of trying to get close to a wealthy family in LA. Electra thinks that Dylan wants the life that Electra, Will, and R.J. Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) all grew up with and that they are somehow entitled to, but no one else is.

Electra thinks Dylan’s a Gold-Digger on B&B

Electra made it clear she thinks Dylan’s a gold-digger. Now, Electra didn’t use that word, but it was very clear what she meant this week when Electra was over at Will’s playing the victim, pouting, carrying on. Electra said Dylan is a shark that keeps coming between them. And Electra spouted more crazy about Will letting his mom Katie Logan (Heather Tom) sabotage her jewelry launch. She really believes that. And Electra also seemed to be throwing Dylan under the bus. I think she’s trying to make sure that Will doesn’t get with Dylan again.

Meanwhile, R.J. kind of got talked into it. Dylan convinced him that Electra and Will are not a good match. She said that R.J. is a much better match for Electra. And of course, he liked hearing that and Dylan said she’s a better match for Will. So R.J.’s on board. Also, Dylan is preparing for the inevitable of Electra firing her from Forrester Creations. And if Dylan loses her main paycheck, that’s one more reason for Electra to say Dylan’s a gold-digger, you know, and that she’s looking for Will to pay her way, pay her rent, whatever.

Bold and Beautiful: Dylan’s Character Pivot and Potential Pregnancy Plot

This week also, Katie has an intense run-in with Dylan. It’s at Will’s beach house. It doesn’t go well. Katie looks annoyed to find Dylan there. And I’m guessing because Katie knows Will wants Electra, she isn’t going to want Dylan interfering.

Katie may not like something Dylan says or Katie may decide that Dylan is taking advantage of Will, you know, because he’s heartbroken and vulnerable because other spoilers for this week say Katie is suspicious of Dylan’s past. I’m not sure what’s to judge there. She’s broke but hardworking.

Maybe Katie’s upset because Dylan came between Will and Electra before. And you know, maybe in Katie’s mind, she might be seeing Dylan as somebody like Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang), you know, because she came between Katie and Bill many times.

B&B Switches Gears with Dylan

No matter what, looks like the writers are turning Dylan into somebody who’s making some kind of greedy grab. And as far as I can see, Dylan truly does seem to love Will, but they’re going to make more of it. And to be fair, Dylan may want financial security so she never ends up homeless again. That is understandable.

But if they’re going in this direction, I hope they just go ahead and go big with it. Have Dylan targeting Will in a really sneaky way. You know, it is a drastic pivot for her character, but in a way, it’s also a throwback. If you’re a longtime Bold watcher, you might remember that Brooke was a lot like Dylan in the very first season of Bold and the Beautiful.

You know, Dylan is more poor, but Brooke was, you know, middle class. She was engaged to a nice police officer and then she did a catering job with her mom at the Forresters and she saw Ridge and their luxurious life and dumped that cute cop. Remember also when Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) came onto the scene?

She was a sweet girl, a good girl, and then Bold did a complete 180 and turned her into a psychotic, murdering villain. So, it is absolutely plausible that Bold is turning Dylan from a sweet, hardworking girl into a scheming gold digger. And if that’s the case, how far will Dylan go to keep Will?

Bold and Beautiful: Dylan Wants to Keep Will

Now, I do think Dylan loves Will, but Electra saying Dylan’s obsessed with Will might be foreshadowing. If Dylan is being turned into a bad girl, you know, maybe she thinks she’s in love with Will, but Dylan’s really in love with his lifestyle, his beach house, and what Will can give her. You know, if they’re going there, I hope they just go all in like they did with Luna.

Although, I’m not looking forward to Electra being right or having more reason to whine and pout and play the victim. But if Dylan’s going to be gold digging, one thing to think about is having a baby of her own. That’s a solid plan because Dylan might worry that Electra is going to circle back to Will after the Forresters chill out on hating Will so much.

And Dylan also knows that even though Will hated Luna he was still very interested in the baby that she was carrying. So, Dylan may think that a baby is a good way to solidify things. We know that she wants to get intimate with Will and Dylan went over there last Friday fully intending to pursue him.

And Will admits he feels chemistry between them, but instead they kissed and cuddled. But very soon it’s going to be a lot more than that. B&B spoilers for August confirm that Dylan and Will have a steamy night together.

Bold and the Beautiful: Will & Dylan Heat Up

And that means Dylan gets into Will’s bed, they do the deed, and Dylan might be intentionally careless with birth control. I mean, honestly, they rarely mention birth control on soaps. It’s not romantic. So, Will might not be thinking about that at all, although he should. And we know that Will’s fertile. So, Dylan may be hoping to get pregnant with a Spencer baby.

It didn’t work out for Luna but then again, she was bat-crap crazy and Dylan is not. Not that we’ve seen. And whether she’s gold digging or not, I could see her wanting to have Will’s baby to get closer to him because Dylan’s in love with him and she wants to be with him forever. So, a Spencer baby might make sense to her.

And Will gets advice from his dad, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), this week that he needs to move on from Electra. And he’s hearing the same thing from his brother, Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks), who already met Dylan, and he thought she was cute. So, Will’s getting some family pressure. And with Dylan being so supportive, you know, why not?

Bold and the Beautiful: Dylan Decides to Run with It

And it looks like after their night of passion, Will and Dylan may begin a legitimate relationship. If she and Will are sleeping together regularly, shouldn’t be too hard for Dylan to get pregnant. Of course, Katie and Electra will think it was Dylan’s plan all along. And the way they’re pivoting her character, maybe it is.

Katie might remind Will that Dylan is acting like Luna, who got herself pregnant with Will’s baby to hold on to him and to worm her way into the Spencer family, but I don’t think that he will agree. Dylan is nothing like that woman. She hooked up with Will without his consent, and Dylan’s not going that route. So, we’ll see what happens. But Electra telling Dylan she thinks she’s going after somebody wealthy to benefit herself might have Dylan stopping and thinking, you know what, that’s not a bad idea.

Why should I work two jobs and bust my butt, barely getting by, you know, living in my car now and then when I can just land a handsome, rich guy that I already love? It would be a win-win for Dylan, but I bet Katie and Electra will definitely call it being a gold-digger.

Young and the Restless: Victor Pushes Billy’s Buttons

So, we’re going to see this week Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) running into Billy while they’re both out and about at Society. And of course, Victor can’t ever leave anybody at peace. So, he’s goading and taunting Billy about Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) giving him a job at Chancellor. And Victor refers to it as Cane throwing Billy scraps.

And Victor doesn’t stop there. I mean, he is always so awful to Billy. So, this week, Victor tells Billy that Cane makes him look unworthy. And Victor goes even lower and says Billy’s mom, Jill Abbott (Jess Walton), wishes that Cane was her real son, not him. And then Victor just keeps going and he calls Billy a loser and Victor says he’s going to lose again soon.

Billy’s Huge Mistake on Y&R

And based on what Billy does next, Victor might actually be seeing into the future because Billy screws up big. First, he gets in a few jabs at Victor about Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) stealing Newman Enterprises. And then Billy brings up the fake AI generated evidence against Phyllis, Billy, and Cane that didn’t work out in Victor’s favor. But of course, the mustache knows how to push Billy’s buttons.

And Victor goads him so badly this week about Jill and Cane that Billy’s anger and hatred of Victor gets the better of him. And guess what Billy does? He blurts out that Victor’s precious son, Adam, didn’t take Newman Media back from Sally. No. Billy reveals that Adam cut Sally a big fat check for it. And Billy taunts Victor by saying that Adam went behind Victor’s back to buy it from Sally. And then Billy salts the wound and says that Adam even paid Sally more than market value, more than Newman Media was even worth.

And Billy pushes back more and says Adam probably even used Victor’s own money to buy it from Sally. And of course, Victor acts like he doesn’t believe Billy. And we’ll see Victor play it off and laugh in Billy’s face and walk away. But this confirms what Victor already suspected that something was weird about the deal.

Young and Restless: Billy’s Betrayal and Sally’s Breaking Point

So, over at the ranch, Victor calls Adam to come over. And then Victor confronts Adam and demands to know why he didn’t tell him that he paid Sally and someone for the company. And Adam is annoyed because he was worried this would come out. He worked hard to keep it secret. Not so much because he cares if Victor’s mad at him. It’s because Adam is trying to protect pregnant Sally.

Adam wants to shield Sally from his dad Victor’s vengeance. He and Chelsea both agree that’s best. Adam says it doesn’t matter and that Victor shouldn’t believe anything that Billy says. So, he’s still trying to play it off, but Victor demands to know if Sally outsmarted Adam or if his son was conspiring with Sally.

And that’s when Adam tells his dad none of this is Sally’s fault. And Adam says he just wishes Victor would be happy that Adam made the deal and got Newman Media back because he thinks Victor should be congratulating him. But of course, his dad won’t. And so, Adam storms out and he calls Sally immediately and he gives her a heads up that Billy ran his mouth. He blabbed their secret to Victor and that was not part of the deal. Adam’s irate and says if Billy wants a fight, he’s got one.

Sally Tries to Make a Deal with Adam on Young and the Restless

Later this week, Adam is over at Sally and Billy’s place. They’re having an intense talk and at that point, Sally is trying to cut another deal with Adam. So, maybe it’s Sally trying to get Adam to not go after Billy for breaking the promise and blabbing to Victor. But at this point, Sally can’t keep shielding Billy. This reminds me of the chat that Sally had with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) at the house.

Gosh, it’s been a couple of months ago. It was before she was pregnant. Sally was explaining to Victoria when she was growing up how her dad would screw up and then everything would blow up and then Sally would help her dad pick up the pieces and then her dad let her down over and over and Sally was in the role of parenting her own father. And now we’ve got Billy doing the same thing. And Sally is repeating that toxic pattern of caretaking Billy just like she did her dad. It’s not healthy, not good for any relationship.

And then this week we have Sally confronting Billy and she’s absolutely furious. So, Sally’s going to have lots to say because Billy knew how important it was to keep that secret from Victor. She didn’t even have to tell Billy, but Sally trusted him. And guess what? Billy betrayed her almost at the first opportunity.

It seems like he would rather see Sally at risk than take a hit to his own ego. Billy could have just turned the other cheek and walked away from Victor. But this is very typical Billy behavior. And yes, Victor was 100% in the wrong and is totally toxic for what he said on Young and the Restless.

But in this situation, if it was Adam, for instance, he would have kept it zipped. He would have prioritized Sally over himself. Adam would have taken the hit to his ego and would never have given Victor any ammunition to use against Sally.

And in fact, Chelsea would have, too. They’re both more worried about pregnant Sally than Billy is at this point. This was Sally’s secret. It was not Billy’s to tell. And he knew it would put Sally in Victor’s crosshairs.

Young and Restless: Billy Can’t Help himself with Victor

But his hatred for Victor and Adam outweighs his love and concern for Sally. And in that way, Billy’s acting a lot like Victor because the mustache usually puts his hatred for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) above his love for Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and family.

Billy thinks he’s a better man than Victor, but he’s acting just like him. And Billy let Victor goad him into hurting Sally with this reveal. And Billy should be ashamed of himself. There are so many red flags with him and Sally keeps excusing them or just ignoring them.

Billy’s obsession with Chancellor. There’s his thirst for revenge on Victor, his obsessive hatred of Adam, and Billy’s constant need to battle with his mom Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) about Cane. And then also for Billy to battle Cane. So many red flags. And Sally has given Billy chance after chance.

And in fact, Sally has been extremely understanding about his issues with Victor and Adam and his issues with Jill and Cane. But how much more can Sally take? I’m sure carrying Billy’s child means Sally is going to show him grace again, more than he is due.

Sally Hits Her Breaking Point on Young and the Restless

And I think because of Sally’s difficult childhood, she really wants her baby to have a normal life, not the life she had. But she can only be pushed so far. And I think Billy has almost pushed Sally to her tipping point. With Adam telling Sally this week that Billy blew everything up, it’s huge.

I expect Sally to hit Billy with an ultimatum. I think this is Sally’s last bit of patience. Billy keeps showing her his true self, and Sally is in denial. She needs to believe what she sees, not what Billy says. The man is an emotional train wreck who leads with his ego.

So, Sally’s ultimatum may be that Billy has to let go of his hatred for Victor and Adam or Sally’s done. She’ll take the baby, she’ll go. And I bet Jill would be on team Sally and we keep the funding for her company in place because Jill knows exactly how Billy gets. I think Sally is going to write Billy a reality check this week.

But of course, we all know how it goes. He blows up every single relationship that he’s in. Just ask Phyllis about him sleeping with her daughter. Just ask Victoria or Chelsea or so many other women in Genoa City. This time there may be no coming back from what Billy has done.

Crow-Armstrong didn’t offer much in terms of evidence but still cracked a joke about how Ruth was too good for his era.

“We always talk about how the game’s evolving,” he continued. “People might as well have been underhanding the ball to that guy and he’s regarded still as one of the best players ever, and we might as well dive further into it and be like, ‘Well maybe he just never existed.’”

Saucedo, 33, is now a relief pitcher for the Los Angeles Angels, but he talked about the theory during a 2024 episode of the “Marine Layer Podcast,” saying it was a topic of conversation in the Mariners’ bullpen.

“There’s not a lot of videos of him playing,” Saucedo said. “It’s just like one of the same videos that we always see, him trotting around or doing something. We’re pretty strong on that. He doesn’t exist.”

Saucedo also shared another controversial baseball opinion: That legendary Boston Red Sox slugger Ted Williams didn’t actually hit a 502-foot home run commemorated at Fenway Park by a red painted seat where it supposedly landed.

“We sat out there and were like, ‘No chance,’” he said. “No chance back then was anybody hitting this. Guys like [former Red Sox star] David Ortiz with metal bats can’t put it out there. There’s just no way they’re doing that back in the day with whatever kind of wood they were using.”

The theories about Ruth and Williams may sound outlandish, but as Saucedo pointed out, there’s a lot of down time in baseball to get conspiratorial.

“You get a lot of time in the bullpen, you’re going to cover pretty much every topic you can,” he said.

Tia & Cory Hardrict Agree To Respect Each Other’s Homes

Mowry might be showing off her new man, but recently she came to a point of understanding with her ex-husband, Cory Hardrict. The same house Javoné was standing in making TikToks with Tia? Big Brother veto meeting results are in including the names of the three nominees heading into Thursday night’s BB Blockbuster. Haley Thogmartin had to make a renom because of course Taylor Brown used the veto to save herself.

But there was some scrambling as people tried to keep themselves off the block as the renom.  We’ll get into the veto meeting and some confrontations before it went down. Also, some thoughts about BB Time Capsule winner Dee Valladares and what she plans to do with her BB Bribe advantage.

Big Brother Spoilers: Lyric Tries to Work Magic

On Sunday, Lyric Medeiros began to realize there was a good chance she could hit the block and was doing all she could to stop it. She went to Chuk Anyanwu and told him Haley said during the HOH comp that she wouldn’t nominate her.

Haley said that to Lyric but Haley also made clear she said nominate not renom. That’s just like what Kamuela “Kamu” Kirk told Jason De Puy. “I won’t nominate you today“. Then he renommed him.

So, Lyric worked both guys. She told them both that Mallory Aurichio was coming for them, threw Mallory under the bus hard trying to push for Haley to renom Mallory. It was Kamu who first went to Haley about Lyric on Saturday night to try to keep her off the block.

That sent Haley into a fit of anger. Then, Haley got a replay of that on Sunday night, when someone went to advocate for Lyric. And Haley got even more upset. Lyric’s strategy worked on both guys. And that infuriated Haley.

Big Brother: Haley’s Giving Hate

But even so, Lyric’s not her target for eviction. Drew Campbell is still the one his own alliance wants to target. Angela Murray is pushing for it so hard. Mallory’s in denial about Lyric trying to get her on the block as the renom to save herself.

What’s funny is Melody Morris acted shocked in front of Mallory when they heard that. Mallory actually tried to defend saying she didn’t do it in a malicious way. And ironic that Melody threw Mallory under the bus in week 1.

Then, last week, when there was a plan to try and save Jason which would greatly benefit Melody’s side of the house, she ran that right to Kamu. She ruined what could’ve been a move to get some balance in BB28. And now, Melody’s on the block, it’s clear Haley hates her.

And what’s funny is when Lyric talked to Haley pre-veto meeting trying to stay off the block, Haley laid into her about turning on her friends and allies. She told Lyric that she knows that Lyric talked a lot last night to a lot of different people and the stories were not the same.

Haley said Lyric’s jumping ship and it doesn’t look great that these are her best friends she is so quick to throw under the bus. Haley called out Lyric specifically for scrambling after Rome Seymour and Jason are gone. But that’s how you play Big Brother.

Big Brother 28: Veto Meeting and Strategic Chaos

All that said, Lyric may actually be safe on the block even if she doesn’t win the Blockbuster. Melody and Drew are much bigger targets than she is right now. The Toolshed wants Drew gone and Barrett Pfeiffer abandoned him to save his own butt.

He’s not fully trash-talking Drew in convos with Rick Devens trying to stay safe. And also, Drew seems to think he’s safe when he’s not. Likely because everyone’s lying to him. Devens keeps insisting that Drew’s good this week.

At the veto meeting, Drew made a big speech asking Taylor to use the veto on him, which would never happen. Sure enough, she used the veto on herself and Haley put Lyric on the block. But even so, Haley doesn’t seem to want Lyric gone.

Also, there’s a big build happening in the backyard and a lot of the houseguests think it’s the wall comp. What’s funny is Barrett thinks Kamu will win it. Over the seasons, more women win the comp than men. My money’s on Mallory. She’s athletic.

And more muscular bulky men usually don’t do well. It’s smaller men that do better. Historical winners have won the wall comp twice. If it is the wall, Angela’s coming off first. Then I can see someone going second, Devens third. Then Haley and Kamu.

I’d really like to see them bring back other classic comps in BB28 like the Slip n Slide. I also like the spinning disc comp where they hang and are spun around and pelted and crash into stuff. That one hasn’t been around in a few seasons either.

Big Brother 28: Dee’s Bribe Power and Strategic Withholding

Also, there’s Dee and her BB Bribe power. First of all, it’s a lame “power”. The only time they had it before, in a past season, someone bribed another person to do something they were already going to do — basically just gave a friend the cash.

But Dee’s not going to do that. Here’s why. She lied right to Devens face about the power and that’s her ride or die. What Dee got is not a strong power. Devens power’s great — the Diamond Power of Veto.

And the only really good powers left are the Mystery Competitor and Coin of Destiny. The Never-Not pass is meh. And Replay is very conditional and not a guaranteed power. Coin of Destiny’s the only major game changer in the mix and it’s still up for grabs.

But because Dee lied to Devens, I am pretty sure that she doesn’t ever plan to use that power as intended. Dee’s gameplay in past competition shows was a lot about strategically withholding information. And never making emotional decisions. Plus, she’s a comp beast.

So, this power she’s sitting on is doing her a lot more good unplayed than played. Dee’s sitting back and letting the speculation amp up and also the paranoia. Many people think Drew has it and is screwing with them. Some think that Mallory has it.

The power’s not worth much but withholding the fact that she won the power — that’s worth a lot more to Dee. So, no, I doubt she’ll use it or tell anyone she has it till BB28 is over. I could be wrong.

But having watched Dee play competition shows twice and seeing her play BB28 like this, that’s my prediction.
