Candace Owens Says Donald Trump ‘Belongs to the Epstein Class’
Candace Owens slammed Donald Trump in response to his remarks about her in a recent online post.
“MAGA is no longer commanded by you and you know it,” Owens, 36, said in a YouTube video uploaded on Friday, April 10. “You belong to the Epstein class. That is your legacy now.”
Owens also claimed that Trump could lose support for being “fundamentally disloyal.”
“People will not fight beside, behind or for someone who is fundamentally disloyal,” she said. “If disloyalty and deceit is in your nature, then I highly suggest you combine it with silence.”
The political commentator also accused Trump of being greedy.
“You chose money above respect, and what an absolute shame you chose to do that toward the end of your life … You can’t take money, and things and stuff with you when you go,” she said. “Just your soul … and you sold yours for what … another gilded ballroom?”
Owens’ comments about Trump come one day after the president slammed her and other media personalities who are critical about him and his actions in the Oval Office.
“I know why Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Candace Owens, and Alex Jones have all been fighting me for years, especially by the fact that they think it is wonderful for Iran, the Number One State Sponsor of Terror, to have a Nuclear Weapon — Because they have one thing in common, Low IQs,” he wrote via his TruthSocial platform on Thursday, April 9. “They’re stupid people, they know it, their families know it, and everyone else knows it, too!”
Trump continued, “Look at their past, look at their record. They don’t have what it takes, and they never did! They’ve all been thrown off Television, lost their Shows, and aren’t even invited on TV because nobody cares about them, they’re NUT JOBS, TROUBLEMAKERS, and will say anything necessary for some ‘free’ and cheap publicity. Now they think they get some ‘clicks’ because they have Third Rate Podcasts, but nobody’s talking about them, and their views are the opposite of MAGA — Or I wouldn’t have won the Presidential Election in a LANDSLIDE.”
Owens also defended Carlson and Kelly despite having their differences over the years.
“You can call Megyn Kelly a great many things. I have certainly have had my political disagreements with her over the years, but low IQ? Tucker Carlson low IQ? Me, low IQ? The three of us were unsuccessful?” she said on Thursday. “Tucker Carlson is more powerful than you. Deep down, I think you know and resent that which is proven as we read on.”
Owens continued, “Tucker Carlson is in his prime. ‘He couldn’t even finish college!’ Are you aware that your base is composed of blue-collar workers who never even went to college? Many who never so much as even dreamed it. The farmers, the ranchers, the plumbers, the electricians — the people who work with their hands. You now stick your nose down to all of these people.”

27 Years Later, This 124-Minute Action Classic Is Dominating Streaming Again
The ‘90s were filled with movies that we can now look back on years later and plant a well-deserved chef’s kiss. From horror franchise starters like Scream and I Know What You Did Last Summer to perfect rom-coms like Clueless and 10 Things I Hate About You and iconic dramas such as Forrest Gump and Fargo, the decade was the cinematic gift that kept on giving. No genre was hurting for top tier content and the world of action was no different. After all, where would we be as a species had Michael Bay not taken us to space in Armageddon or Brian De Palma and Tom Cruise not pushed the boundaries of stunt performance with Mission: Impossible?
And, while Hollywood has always been interested in revisiting fan-favorite IP and giving new directors a swing at already established universes, an original idea didn’t seem as hard to come by then as it is now. That’s why, at the top of our ’90s action pyramid (pun intended) is The Mummy, a little old favorite by helmer Stephen Sommers. Taking a page from what previously worked for Universal all the way back in 1932, Sommers revamped the screenplay, tossing in plenty of quippy one-liners along the way, and helped get the adventure-centered storyline’s heart beating once again. There, to ensure the comedy landed with audiences and that they connected with the romance unfolding throughout the tale, were the title’s leads, Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz, who undoubtedly pushed the project from success to mega-hit.
‘The Mummy’ Returns — To the Top 10
Although it’s been nearly 30 years since The Mummy first raised hell on screens, its curse (of luck) continues to hold onto audiences as the title is currently in the seventh spot on HBO Max’s Top 10 in the U.S. There are many reasons why now is the time that viewers are returning their attention to the film. For starters, Warner Bros. Pictures recently released the story’s latest adaptation — albeit in a much more horror adjacent way — via Lee Cronin’s The Mummy. Additionally, the hype has been building on what will serve as the fourth film in the franchise first started by Sommers’ 1999 blockbuster, which will see Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett take over the reins as directors with both Fraser and Weisz on board to reprise their roles.
Whatever the reason behind the rejuvenation of interest in the cinematic classic that is 1999’s The Mummy, we’re happy fans are seeking comfort in one of the best of the decade. If you live in the U.S., head over to HBO Max now to stream one of the genre’s very best.

How Meryl Streep Got Lady Gaga In ‘The Devil Wears Prada 2’
Meryl Streep is pulling back the curtain on one of the biggest surprises in “The Devil Wears Prada” sequel, revealing how she personally helped bring Lady Gaga into “The Devil Wears Prada 2.”
The Oscar winner shared the behind-the-scenes story during a recent interview, just as the long-awaited sequel dropped on May 1, nearly 20 years after the original film became a cultural phenomenon.
Going down memory lane, Streep recounted how she and the late Robert Redford faced so much difficulty filming a romantic scene on the set of “Out of Africa” because of the presence of wild animals close by.
Streep has opened up about her role in securing Gaga to feature in the much-anticipated sequel. The Hollywood icon revealed during an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live! that she personally reached out to the “Poker Face” singer to bring her into “The Devil Wears Prada 2.”
According to Streep, the sequel’s script called for a major pop star to perform live during a high-profile runway show in Milan. Rather than wait for producers to make the call, she immediately thought of Gaga.
“I thought, why don’t I get Gaga?” Streep said, noting the singer’s deep love for fashion and her larger-than-life presence. Conveniently, she already had her number, and when she reached out, Gaga didn’t hesitate.
Lady Gaga And Miranda Priestly’s Icy First Meeting
In “The Devil Wears Prada 2,” Streep shared the screen with Gaga in one of the film’s frostiest moments. The singer stars as herself and is called on by Runway Magazine after a series of budget cuts render them unable to fly John Legend and his piano to Italy to perform for them.
After calling in the favor, Gaga and Streep’s character, Miranda Priestly, then run into a chilly encounter.
“I was surprised to hear from you,” Gaga quips, per USA Today. “You don’t like me.”
“Oh, what an absurd notion,” Priestly responds with a forced laugh. “You are such a favorite, and we are so grateful that you’re doing this for us.”
Meryl Streep Surprised By ‘Prada 2’ Frenzy

Elsewhere on the show, Streep disclosed that she didn’t know there was so much buzz and anticipation for the film. The three-time Oscar winner explained that she’s not on social media, which left her completely out of the loop when it came to the growing online buzz. That changed quickly once the press tour kicked off.
“Everywhere we went, it was just like this anticipation, affection, I mean, appetite for this movie, which I wasn’t aware of,” she explained. “I knew it was a popular movie 20 years ago, but I had no idea there was this sort of big, big, big feel for it.”
Streep Rejected Original ‘Prada’ Script Over Salary

Streep revealed during a recent appearance on “TODAY” that she almost didn’t take on her now-iconic role in “The Devil Wears Prada. The actress revealed that she initially rejected the offer, despite believing the film would be a major hit.
“I knew it was going to be a hit,” she said, recalling how she read the script and immediately saw its potential. Still, when the offer came in, she declined.
Streep explained that the decision was strategic. She wanted to test whether the studio valued her enough to meet a higher price.
“I wanted to see if I doubled my ask,” she said. “And they went right away and said, ‘Sure.’”
Meryl Streep Recounts Facing A Charging Hippo On Set

Streep also went down memory lane in a recent interview with Vanity Fair, recounting a scary experience with a raging hippopotamus on the set of “Out of Africa.”
In the film, Streep plays Danish baroness Karen Blixen, who falls in love with a game hunter, played by Robert Redford, while running a coffee plantation in colonial Kenya.
In one scene, Redford’s character got down to washing her hair by a river while reciting lines from Samuel Taylor Coleridge’s poem “The Rime of the Ancient Mariner.”
“It’s not a sex scene. It’s a love scene… He was really amazing,” she gushed about the late actor.
Streep then explained that they had to film the infamous scenes several times as there were hippos in the river. In fact, one came raging at them with its mouth wide open, causing them to wrap up filming at the time.

Law Roach Teases Met Gala Look Ahead Of Big Night
Law Roach is stepping into the spotlight in a whole new way for the Met Gala 2026, and this time, it’s all about him. Known as the mastermind behind some of the most iconic red carpet looks, Law Roach is flipping the script, becoming the main event instead of working behind the scenes.

With just days to go before fashion’s biggest night, Roach revealed that this year marks a rare shift in focus. “It’s one of the first times in my career that going to the Met is about me,” he said.
Roach approached this year’s “Fashion Is Art” theme with a layered, collaborative vision. He first turned to Alexandre Mattiussi, the creative force behind Ami, to create a soft-structured three-piece suit in crisp white, designed to serve as a blank canvas.
“I’m such a fan of his work,” Roach said, noting he previously styled clients in the brand for major events. From there, the look evolved into something far more personal.
Teaming With Naïla Opiangah For Emotional ‘Embrace’ Design On Met Gala Look

To bring the concept to life, Roach enlisted Naïla Opiangah, whose work explores identity and the human body. The artist collaborated with the Ami team to design a custom motif directly onto the tuxedo jacket, an abstract portrait featuring figures embracing, rendered in soft blues, earthy tones, and warm greens.
“I have a few of her works in my home in Atlanta. She’s an architect by trade. I’m the only Image Architect in the world,” Roach said with a laugh. “So everything felt right.”
Opiangah described the emotional inspiration behind the piece, explaining, “I visualized an embrace, and the arms are coming together to embrace Law.”
Law Roach Breaks Met Gala Tradition By Revealing Look Early, Says ‘It’s Beautiful To Show This Now’

While most Met Gala attendees keep their looks under wraps until they hit the carpet, Roach made the deliberate choice to reveal his outfit early. “It’s beautiful to show this now,” he said. “Then people become attached to it and are waiting to see the final look on the red carpet.”
The decision highlights not just the finished product, but the creative journey behind it, something Roach clearly wanted fans to experience ahead of the big night.
Teasing Bold Met Gala Moments As A-List Guest List Builds Around ‘Fashion Is Art’ Theme

As for the rest of the guest list, Roach is hoping for bold interpretations of the theme. Confirmed names already include Anna Wintour, Beyoncé, Nicole Kidman, Venus Williams, Doja Cat, Jeff Bezos, Lauren Sánchez, Sabrina Carpenter, Sam Smith, and Teyana Taylor, all of whom are likely to bring their own unique spin to the “Fashion Is Art” theme.
“Fashion is the most interactive art form,” he explained. “The fact that the theme is so broad, I’m excited because I do want to see how people interpret it. I want people that really go for it and then also people that do it in a way that’s subtle [and] they make you think about it.”
With a look that brings fashion, art, and personal storytelling, Roach is already proving he understands the assignment and may just be one of the night’s standout stars.
Meet The 2026 Met Gala Red Carpet Hosts

The Met Gala 2026 won’t just be packed with A-list attendees; the red carpet coverage is also bringing major star power. Leading the livestream are Emma Chamberlain, Cara Delevingne, Ashley Graham, and La La Anthony, who will be front and center interviewing celebrities as they arrive.
The event, taking place on May 4 at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, will follow this year’s theme, “Costume Art,” with an official dress code of “Fashion Is Art.” “It will be transformative for our department, but I also think it’s going to be transformative to fashion more generally, the fact that an art museum like The Met is actually giving a central location to fashion,” the curator in charge, Andrew Bolton, said.
With a stacked host lineup and a theme that encourages bold, artistic expression, the red carpet is expected to deliver plenty of viral moments before guests even step inside.

Wrestler Tanea Brooks Gets On-Air Tribute Amid ALS Diagnosis
All Elite Wrestling aired a tribute to wrestler Tanea “Rebel” Brooks following her announcement that she has been diagnosed with “terminal” amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
“You probably know by social media that one of our fine athletes has some very serious health problems,” announcer Tony Schiavone told viewers on the Saturday, May 2, episode of AEW Collision. “We want [Tanea] to know you are big part of AEW and we are thinking about you right now and we are praying for you, that you will pull through.”
Schiavone, 68, mentioned that there were “a lot of signs” from fans attending AEW Collision at the Peoria Civic Center in Peoria, Illinois, offering encouragement to Brooks, 47. (The wrestler has competed under the name “Rebel” during her six years with All Elite Wrestling.)
“Rebel, we hope you’ll get better. Pray for Rebel,” Schiavone added. “My dear, we’re thinking about you. She’s a wonderful young lady.”
Brooks shared with her social media followers on Friday, May 1, that she was recently diagnosed with “terminal ALS,” a nervous system disease that impacts the nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. ALS — which is alternatively known as Lou Gehrig’s disease or Motor Neurone Disease — causes a gradual loss of ability to control speech, breathing and eating. There is no known cure.
The wrestler has been on a longterm health journey, having battled primary pulmonary lymphoma, a rare type of lung cancer, since 2024. In Friday’s vlog, Brooks explained that recent developments in her cancer fight led doctors to discover that she has ALS.
“The thing is, sometimes we don’t want to hear that answer to our prayers. And so, while I was waiting to have lung surgery for the masses on my lung, the doctors at Mayo [Clinic] finally found what’s going on,” she told viewers.
Brooks admitted that her medical team “do[es] not know how long” she has to live since “there is not a lot of research behind ALS.”
“It explains why I have trouble walking and talking [and] all my functions will soon decline. But now, we can prepare for the future and what is to come,” she acknowledged.

The 12-year pro wrestling veteran personally thanked All Elite Wrestling owner Tony Khan for supporting her through her health problems.
“I want to say thank you to Tony Khan and AEW for supporting me on this medical journey,” a tearful Brooks said. “It has been a blessing that is unheard of and, from the bottom of my heart, thank you and thank you to all of you for your prayers.”
She asked fans to keep her in their thoughts, saying, “Please continue to pray for a peaceful journey and a peaceful passing. I love you.”
Brooks received overwhelming support from wrestlers signed to both AEW and its competitor WWE, with former WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill writing to her, “Sending you all the love. My prayers are with you Rebel.”
“Sending you nothing but love. We will keep you in our prayers,” former AEW TNT Champion Sammy Guevara vowed in the Instagram comments section.
AEW wrestler and executive vice president Matt Jackson also shared well-wishes, writing, “Nothing but love.”

Ashley Graham Sad About Rise Of GLP-1 For Weight Loss
Ashley Graham is the latest public figure to open up about the rise of GLP-1s for weight loss. In a new interview, the Sports Illustrated model called the latest movement “disheartening” while reflecting on how she believed the body positivity trend was supposed to stop what seemed to have slowly taken over the industry.

Speaking with Marie Claire, Graham expressed her sadness about the apparent rise in the use of GLP-1 to achieve body goals. “There was a pendulum that swung that was so body acceptance, positivity, everybody be who they want to be. And now it’s going back this whole opposite way that feels like a smack in the face to the women who have felt like they’ve had a voice,” she said.
Even then, the public figure said that people using GLP-1s and other popular brands such as Ozempic and Wegovy would eventually fade away. “I know that there are and there’s gonna still be women who are considered plus size forever. This drug isn’t going to wipe out a whole statistic of women,” she said.
Ashley Graham Said She Will Continue To Fight For Body Positivity Amid The Rise Of Popular Weight Loss Drugs

Graham, who made a surprise appearance in Anne Hathaway and Meryl Streep’s “The Devil Wears Prada 2,” said that despite weight loss drugs gaining popularity, she believes the industry has shown support for plus-sized models over the last several years.
“There’s so many [plus size influencers and creators]…they’re all over the place with their sizes and their proportions and how they look and how they’re relatable,” she said.
Graham explained that she’s been inspired by plus-sized content creators who use their platforms to raise awareness. “Seeing that these girls, who were raised on social media at such a young age are now coming in and they have a platform to say to the younger generation, ‘Be yourself, be who you want to be. If you have cellulite, who cares?’” she added.
Adding to that, Graham said that she wouldn’t be moved by the rise of weight loss drugs, vowing to continue her mission of spreading the message of body positivity. “I put my head down and I focus on the women we’ve built the community with,” she said.
Ashley Graham Isn’t The Only Celebrity Speaking Out About GLP-1s

Graham isn’t the only celebrity to have shared concerns about the use of GLP-1s for weight loss, according to The Blast.
In a lenghty social media video, Mo’Nique questioned what effects the drugs could have on the body. She also implied that GLP-1 users could end up regretting their choices down the line.
“You may get down to that size two or size four or that size eight or whatever that thing is. But I would ask you to research what you’re putting in your body,” she said.
The “Precious” actress became emotional while encouraging her followers to listen to the facts rather than to celebrities endorsing the product.
“They got us caught up in trends,” she said. “They’re taking away our willpower.” She added, “They’re taking away our fight. They’re taking away our ability to say, I believe in myself, I’m [going to] trust the process.”
Kate Winslet Upset About Ozempic

In another interview, “Titanic” actress Kate Winslet shared a similar stance, calling the Ozempic trend “devastating” and adding that a person’s “self-esteem” shouldn’t be tied to how much weight they can lose.
“And it’s puzzling because I have moments when I think it’s better, when I look at actresses at events dressed how they want, whichever shape — but then so many people are on weight-loss drugs. It’s so varied,” she said.
Vanessa Williams Confessed To Using Ozempic To Help Her Look Her ‘Best’

The first Black Miss America, Vanessa Williams, had a different opinion on the matter, according to The Blast.
In a past interview, the actress credited Ozempic and GLP-1s as a “game changer” in helping her reach her fitness goals.
She also got candid about how aging influenced her decision to use the drug. “My fifties were hard. I started perimenopause in my late forties but suddenly, at 51, it’s crazy how your body changes. You feel out of control because you’re working out the same way, eating the same, and your body is not reacting the way it used to,” she said.
“Science is amazing,” she added. “I’m like: ‘What’s next? Bring it on!’”

Chris Evans’ Forgotten Crime Thriller Finally Finds a Streaming Audience 1 Year Later
For nearly a decade, fans of Joel and Ethan Coen have had one wish and one wish only — to see them get back to making movies together again. Known collectively as the Coen Brothers, the wildly talented pair of siblings are the visionaries behind an onslaught of movies that cross over genres and speak to multiple generations. What started in 1984 with Blood Simple quickly turned into a decade-spanning career that left the duo with a multitude of awards and acclaim that only the most established in the industry can achieve. Films like The Big Lebowski, O Brother, Where Art Thou? and Burn After Reading have left fans with unforgettable quotes while others, like Fargo, have taken on a life of their own and spawned follow-up content. And, of course, there’s also the sprawl of characters that they’ve created, with every movie outdoing the set of personalities that came before.
Tragically, the Coen dynasty seemed to have come crashing down in 2018 after the siblings paired with Netflix to create The Ballad of Buster Scruggs. Following in the steps of True Grit and No Country for Old Men, The Ballad of Buster Scruggs was a dark Western filled to the brim with numerous of the brothers’ longtime collaborators. Sadly, it might be the final Coen brothers flick to see the light of day as, after its release, the filmmaking team decided to venture off on their own. Joel Coen would be the first to make moves as a solo director with the arrival of the critically acclaimed The Tragedy of Macbeth in 2021, while his brother soon followed by way of documentary filmmaking via 2022’s Jerry Lee Lewis: Trouble in Mind.
After that, it seemed that both siblings would step away from the spotlight until Ethan Coen reappeared with Drive-Away Dolls in 2024. This time, Coen worked alongside his wife Tricia Cooke as the co-scribe of the production, which saw Margaret Qualley star as a young lesbian who finds herself in a mix-up with a group of criminals after renting a car. With a vision in mind, Coen and Cooke said the title would be the first in an eventual trilogy of lesbian B-movies and soon followed it up in 2025 with Honey Don’t! While both Drive-Away Dolls and Honey Don’t! may have flopped at the box office, the latter is enjoying a slight resurgence as, according to FlixPatrol, it has worked its way onto HBO Max’s global Top 10.
What’s ‘Honey Don’t!’ About?
Sticking to his neo-noir Western guns, Coen crafted Honey Don’t! to be a whodunnit that followed in the footsteps of his earlier musings. The film follows Qualley’s Honey O’Danahue, a private investigator who is on the case after a string of bizarre deaths are tracked back to a local church. Joining Qualley is an ensemble that includes the talents of Charlie Day, Aubrey Plaza, and Chris Evans. While, on the outside, Honey Don’t! had all the makings of a hit, audiences and critics weren’t particularly excited about the latest to come from one half of the greatest directorial pairings in history.
Honey Don’t! is now streaming in select countries on HBO Max.

Princess Charlotte Looks Like Kate Middleton in New Video
Princess Charlotte is the spitting image of her mom, Kate Middleton, in a new video released to commemorate her 11th birthday.
The video shared by the Prince and Princess of Wales via Instagram on Saturday, May 2, showcases the young royal spending some quality time with her two cocker spaniels, Orla and Otto. Princess Charlotte is also seen writing out “I ❤️U” in seashells on a beach and pitching a ball overhand with some impressive speed.
“Thank you for the lovely birthday messages for Princess Charlotte, 11 today,” the royal Instagram account wrote alongside the birthday video on Saturday.
In addition to the celebratory video, Prince William and Kate, 44, followed traditional royal protocol by sharing a new official portrait of their daughter for her birthday. (Last year, the then-10-year-old beamed while wearing a long-sleeve camouflage jacket in a photo shot and shared by her mother.)
Following her 10th birthday in 2025, multiple royal experts spoke exclusively to Us Weekly about Princess Charlotte showing maturity while stepping into life as a young royal.
“[Her parents] have watched Charlotte grow into a smart, confident and funny girl who knows how to hold her own both in the spotlight and outside of it,” royal watcher Sharon Carpenter told Us.
Us learned that the princess was excelling at Lambrook School in the Berkshire countryside, where she goes by Charlotte Cambridge. Royal commentator Amanda Matta revealed to Us that Charlotte is a budding baker outside of school and enjoys sports such as tennis, gymnastics, archery and “anything adventurous.”
“She’s the boss of the family,” a royal insider told Us. “Charlotte rules the roost.”
Earlier this month, Us reported on how Prince and Princess of Wales have kept their family united despite Kate and King Charles III’s cancer battles, the scandal involving Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s connection to Jeffrey Epstein and ongoing estrangement from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

“William and Kate have been through so much, but they always have each other’s backs,” a source told Us. “They are incredibly connected.”
Royal historian Marlene Koenig shared with Us that William, 43, has always been determined to avoid the pitfalls faced by his own parents with his marriage to Kate. (Princess Diana divorced then-Prince Charles in 1996 after 15 years of marriage. The princess died at age 36 in August 1997 in a car crash in Paris.)
“Diana and Charles didn’t have the real time to get to know each other,” Koenig explained to Us. “[William] was determined to allow his relationship with Kate to grow. It’s a much more modern marriage.”
William and Kate share three children: sons Prince George, 12, and Prince Louis, 8, and daughter Princess Charlotte. The royal couple tied the knot on April 29, 2011, at the historic Westminster Abbey in London, England.
