Whenever a celebrity over the age of 22 walks a red carpet looking flawless, couch critics start to speculate. Has she had work done, or is it just really good glam? Well, we can’t speak for Julia Louis-Dreyfus, but we can confirm that her makeup artist, Gita Bassed, used Laura Geller products to create the star’s smooth 2026 Tony Awards look. Made to flatter mature skin, the Baked Balance-n-Brighten Foundation helped give the 65-year-old actress an even, youthful glow that lasted all night.
Unsurprisingly, the powder is one of Laura Geller’s most viral products, with over 10K selling on Amazon in the past month alone. It makes sense: the pick comes in nine shades, and aside from being a red carpet staple, it’s lightweight, breathable and doesn’t settle into fine lines. It’s a must-have for both everyday life and fancy, camera-filled events.
Get the Laura Geller Baked Balance-n-Brighten Foundation for $32 (originally $36) at Amazon!
While it’s easy to assume the product’s marbled design is just for show, it actually serves a purpose. All the different pigments help with color correction, and since the foundation was meant to be buildable, you can customize your coverage with each swirl of your brush. If your face is looking pretty clear, you’ll only need a little. But if you’re worried about dark spots, redness or other imperfections? Easily add a bit more to achieve a perfectly neutral, red-carpet-ready look that never looks cakey or overdone.
The Baked Balance-n-Brighten Foundation was designed to last all day — even in humidity and while running around — but it also works overtime in ways you can’t quite see yet. The ingredient list includes Centella Asiatica, which supports collagen and skin elasticity, while Jojoba Oil adds much-needed hydration. Vitamin E and Green Tea Extract are also included in the mix, providing antioxidant protection.
If the photos of Louis-Dreyfus aren’t enough to sell you, learning that this pick is dermatologist-approved for sensitive skin might. You could also check out the thousands of 5-star reviews, which swear the foundation is “the best.”
“At my age, this is the perfect makeup,” one person wrote. “It does exactly what it says without feeling heavy or cakey. It blends to your skin color and skin type and it lasts all day long. It does not even feel like I have anything on my face and nothing is melting off. I do not break out with this stuff. A little goes a long way and it lasts me at least 4 months. The only makeup I will wear in my mid-40s and beyond. Thank you, Laura!!”
Even those who were initially skeptical quickly became fans.
“I was hesitant to buy into what I perceived as the hype surrounding this product,” a shopper admitted. “After my first try, I was hooked. I was previously using airbrush foundation, which I was happy with, but it was easy to overapply and would often emphasize my large pores. This powder has a buildable coverage and gives me just enough coverage that blends well. My husband, who never says anything about my makeup, commented that my skin looked really good and had a natural finished look. I must say this is one product that lives up to all the promises.”
Louis-Dreyfus may have attended the Tony’s on behalf of her stage show, Other Desert Cities, but thanks to Laura Geller makeup, her skin was giving Seinfeld. It’s time to shop for a foundation that makes you look as good as you feel. Get your glow-up going by grabbing the Baked Balance-n-Brighten Foundation ASAP!

Some warm-weather looks are so good, they remain on our minds for years. Take Jennifer Lopez’s gingham maxi dress, for instance, which screams summertime in all the best ways. We’ve been thinking about the sweet design for over a year, so when we spotted a wildly similar Amazon alternative for a fraction of the price, we immediately added it to cart. Now is the perfect time to play with patterns, and this no-fail option is the ultimate must-have.
Last year on Mother’s Day, Lopez celebrated the holiday in a classic gingham maxi dress that stole the show. While her exact Reformation option was a bit beyond our budget (and now sold out), we discovered a $40 lookalike that could pass as the real deal. The Prettygarden Gingham Maxi Dress was made for summer lunches, bridal showers and more.

Lopez’s gingham dress combines white and peachy pink with a hint of brown. So, when we realized that the Prettygarden pick comes in 14 colors — including a similar pink hue — we knew that we nailed it. The sleeveless design even has a square neckline, A-line silhouette and thicker straps, just like the Office Romance star’s option. No one will even notice that this alternative includes a comfortable elastic design rather than a stuffy zipper to deal with.
Thanks to the pastel print, you don’t need to do too much styling to complete this outfit. Lopez paired her maxi dress with a straw hat and matching handbag, and those tiny additions felt like more than enough — even jewelry isn’t necessary in this case!
Real-life shoppers swear that this Amazon find is comfortable and well-made, and note that it can be worn on its own and layered for the season.
“The quality and fit of this dress are perfect,” a five-star reviewer shared. “This is actually my second time ordering this dress, so I could get it in a second color. I’ve worn the first one several times, and it has held up really well through several washes! The material is lightweight, but not see-through, perfect for hot summer days.”
“I love this dress, and I have it in three colors! I pair it with a cardigan, sweater or denim jacket, depending on the time of year,” another person wrote. “It may be a summer dress, but I wear the red and blue ones in the spring/summer, and I wear the black one in the fall/winter. It is a very comfortable dress with a nice lining underneath, and pockets!”
The gingham pattern was practically made for this time of year — Lopez gets it! — so there’s no better time to incorporate a picnic-inspired print into your wardrobe.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are enjoying quality time together at the theater.
The couple, both 36, stepped out for a theater date night, attending a performance of Oh, Mary! at New York City’s Lyceum Theatre on Saturday, June 13.
The “Fate of Ophelia” singer and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end arrived discreetly after the show had already begun, but they didn’t go unnoticed by fellow theatergoers.
According to videos shared on social media, the pair laughed together during the show, with Kelce often leaning toward Swift whenever a joke landed.
At one point, the play’s star Maya Rudolph appeared to acknowledge the NFL star’s presence in the crowd by delivering a line about audience members needing to leave for “a game,” prompting an enthusiastic response from Swift.
Swift’s excitement continued through the curtain call.
In footage captured by an audience member, the Grammy winner jumped to her feet and raised her arms high above her head while giving the cast a standing ovation. Kelce followed her lead as the rest of the audience rose to applaud.

The couple, who got engaged in August 2025, also took the time to head backstage and pose for photos with the cast, including Rudolph, as well as the show’s director and producers.
After the performance, Swift and Kelce were snapped leaving the theater hand in hand. In a fan video shared via social media, they were seen brandishing wide grins as they exited the venue together.
Oh, Mary!, which was written by and originally starred Cole Escola, offers a hilarious take on the life of Mary Todd Lincoln. Since its Broadway debut in 2024, the critically acclaimed comedy has become a hot ticket among celebrities, drawing a steady stream of famous faces to the theater.
Swift and Kelce’s Broadway outing comes after the “Shake It Off” singer faced backlash for attending an NBA game earlier this week.
The singer sat courtside wearing Knicks-themed attire at Madison Square Garden during Game 4 of the 2026 NBA Finals on Wednesday, June 10.
It prompted questions over whether the “Bad Blood” hitmaker was really a Knicks fan.
ESPN personality Monica McNutt, 36, was caught on a hot mic expressing doubt that Swift’s support of the basketball team was genuine.
“She’s not a Knicks fan. Get out of here, girl,” McNutt was heard saying in a clip that went viral.
The following day, McNutt backtracked while speaking to TMZ Sports after being shown old photos of Swift wearing Knicks merchandise over the years. “I misspoke. I did not know,” McNutt said.
Guy Ritchie is known as one of the most famous British directors of the 21st century, having defined a genre of crime films and also taken on big-budget Hollywood projects such as the live-action Aladdin remake. However, his work for the small screen is much less recognized, having only worked behind the camera for three TV series. Most recently, Ritchie directed two episodes of Young Sherlock, Prime Video‘s latest adaptation that has already been renewed for Season 2. This followed 2025’s MobLand, with Ritchie again directing two episodes of Tom Hardy and Pierce Brosnan’s hit crime thriller.
However, Ritchie’s best TV work is on The Gentlemen, the Netflix series follow-up to the hugely popular 2019 movie of the same name. Ritchie continued his streak of directing two episodes on the series, whilst also writing two, with fans excited about the second season set to premiere sometime in 2026. Key to the success of The Gentlemen was Theo James, who starred as Eddie Horniman and became a fan-favorite alongside Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales alum Kaya Scodelario‘s Susie Glass.
Ahead of The Gentlemen Season 2, which finished production in October last year, one of star James’ previous projects is an unlikely streaming hit. In 2014, a 30-year-old James made only his fourth feature film appearance alongside Miles Teller and Shailene Woodley in Divergent, the first of three big-screen adaptations of the novels by author Veronica Roth. Sadly, Divergent was panned by most critics, earning a 41% score on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes and getting scolded for being formulaic and shallow. Despite the lack of critical success, Divergent is a streaming hit 12 years later, scoring a place in the list of the ten most-streamed movies on Peacock in the U.S., at the time of writing.
It was clear to everyone that Divergent was attempting to capitalize on the very relevant success of The Hunger Games franchise, but could it reach the high bar set for itself? Unsurprisingly, Divergent was unable to become the YA phenomenon The Hunger Games was in the early-mid 2010s, but it did prove somewhat successful at the box office, scoring a total global haul of $276 million against a reported production budget of $85 million.
Divergent is currently available to stream on Peacock. Make sure to stay tuned to Collider for all the latest streaming stories.

For Team USA soccer star Gio Reyna, celebrating his first World Cup goal doubled as the perfect time to announce his wife, Chloe Reyna, is pregnant.
Gio, 23, scored a goal during his squad’s qualifying matchup against Paraguay on Friday, June 12, subsequently putting the soccer ball underneath his shirt — mimicking a pregnancy — and pretending to suck his thumb.
“Thank you LA! Love this team! Just the start! 🇺🇸,” he wrote via Instagram later that night, reflecting on the team’s 4-1 victory. “Celebration was for the little one on the way 👶🏻🙌🏼.”
Chloe, 24, reposted Gio’s announcement to her Instagram Stories with a baby and a heart emoji.
Gio further discussed Chloe’s pregnancy during a postgame interview.
“My wife’s pregnant,” he told reporters, per The Athletic. “I’ve known for a couple months now, so I was waiting for the perfect time [to announce her pregnancy]. This sort of felt like it.”
Gio scored a trivela goal in the final seconds of the game, solidifying Team USA’s victory to secure their spot in the next World Cup round.
“Honestly, when I’m playing, I’m not really thinking,” the pro athlete said in the press conference. “I’m just doing whatever felt natural. I was in a good area, and I got a good pass, and I just saw the angle, far post.
While fans might have been surprised by Gio’s impressive goal, his teammates always knew the midfielder had what it takes.
“We see stuff from him like that every day,” Christian Pulisic said in a separate postgame interview. “It’s not like a crazy surprise, and he deserves it. It’s great to see him pull it off in a moment like this.”
Chloe, who also attended Friday’s game, married Gio in July 2025 after nearly four years together.
“I mean, [I’m] married now, I have a dog, so I guess you could call it a little family,” Gio gushed of newlywed life during a November 2025 interview. “It’s more responsibility. It’s just growing up now, take on the chain and mature, which I feel like I have and will continue to do.”
While Gio’s family remains top of mind, so is his unofficial brood with the U.S. men’s soccer team.
“It [is] really special to sort of, you know, take soccer in America to the next level, and I think, you know, make kids dream like we did when we were little, too, and make kids fall in love with the sport,” he said at the time. “It’s not easy. [There are] a lot of really good teams around the world competing for this trophy. I’m not saying we’re going to win it, but you know, our goal should definitely be to go as far as possible and make a run and make our country proud.”
July is coming, and with it, Harry Potter‘s birthday on the 31st. It’s a time to rewatch all eight movies and perhaps re-read favorite chapters from the seven books. If your sense of longing is particularly pronounced, you might even throw one of the Fantastic Beasts spin-offs on for a while. Older fans will remember that the books used to be released in the month of July, which makes this time of year particularly nostalgic. However, this time around, Harry Potter’s birthday month isn’t going to be like the others. Tragically, all eight movies are being removed from not one but two streaming platforms entirely.
The Harry Potter film franchise began in the year 2001, with Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, directed by Chris Columbus. He returned to helm Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, which was released a year later. Alfonso Cuarón took over as the director of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, which was released in 2004; Mike Newell directed Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, which premiered theatrically in 2005. The subsequent four films — the final book was split into two adaptations — were all directed by David Yates. Remarkably, the Harry Potter franchise maintained a high critical standard through the entirety of its run, in addition to emerging as one of the most successful film series of all time with more than $7.7 billion in global box-office returns.
Sadly, on July 1, all eight movies will be removed from HBO Max and Peacock domestically. HBO Max will also lose the three Fantastic Beasts spin-offs, which were all directed by Yates but deemed unworthy of being counted as part of the mainline series. The Harry Potter stories, written by the controversial J.K. Rowling, are now being rebooted for an ambitious HBO television adaptation that will debut with its first season in December. HBO has already released a trailer for the series, which is expected to be the biggest scripted small-screen event of the year. The eight movies, starring Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson, are available to stream on Peacock and HBO Max for the rest of June. Stay tuned to Collider for more updates.

Claire Danes is revealing her initial thoughts about an ongoing and somewhat controversial trend among actors — experiencing extreme physical transformations to better embody a character or role.
“I don’t know if it’s ever been necessary for me to transform in such an extreme way,” Danes, 47, told fellow actor Richard Gadd while participating in Variety and CNN’s Actors on Actors series. “Some roles are more remote than others, and I do have to apply myself with a bit more rigor in putting them together. Those are the most rewarding, really — high risk, high-reward.”
She continued, “I resent them initially and then I’m so grateful and I find the most freedom within them. Sometimes it’s quite stressful to play somebody who is super familiar, who you overlap with.”
Gadd, 37, is currently experiencing his own personal physical transformation for his role as Ruben in Half Man, the writer-director-actor’s followup story to his Netflix hit, Baby Reindeer. Gadd reportedly gained 90 pounds to embody the hyper-masculine and toxic character.
“I like to try and change as much as I possibly can for a role,” Gadd said while appearing on Vanity Fair’s In Character video series. “I always wanted Ruben to be real. I never wanted him to have a sort of Hollywood six-pack.”
He added, “The show kind of sets out to explore why are men drawn to each other in such complicated and mutually empowering, yet mutually destructive ways. I thought, ‘Well, for something to be toxic, it has to be intoxicating first.”

While speaking to Danes, Gadd revealed the weight difference between his Half Man character Ruben Pallister and his Baby Reindeer character, Donny Dunn.
“Donny Dunn was like 68.8 kilograms [151 pounds]. Ruben at my heaviest was 110 [242 pounds]. I wanted it to be real, so a lot of it was putting a lot of fat on top of the muscles,” he explained. “It’s quite helpful, because as the character, you feel physically imposing, and Jamie Bell’s very petite. When I was acting with him, I could almost ingest him, I was so much bigger than him. It helped in that respect. I like that because — I don’t know about you. I hate feeling like myself on set.”
He continued, “They’ll put you in a shirt and you go to set and I’m like, ‘I still feel like myself.’ So how do I feel like a character in my body? I like to feel different. I wouldn’t say it’s Method or anything. I just like to feel the physicality, whether it’s frail or big.”
Danes, for her part, is playing a grieving mother named Agatha Wiggs in the TV miniseries The Beast in Me. Gadd admitted to Danes that he learned the art of the “guttural sob” by watching Danes’ Romeo + Juliet performance.
“I’ll tell you a little fact. Back at school, to get us to learn Shakespeare, we watched Romeo + Juliet. I remember writing an essay on Romeo + Juliet,” he told Danes. “I remember so clearly an amazing bit you do in that where you wake up and Romeo’s dead, and you do this amazing guttural sob. I remember writing paragraphs about that sob and how impactful it was.”
“You saw my guttural sob, and you raised it,” Danes responded. “I remember that moment very distinctly. I was surprised by it. I remember the shock of the discovery and being startled by my response, which is what we hope for. It doesn’t always happen.”
After quickly emerging as a breakout in HBO’s Girls, Adam Driver landed the role of a lifetime in the Star Wars sequel trilogy. He played Kylo Ren in three movies that collectively grossed more than $5 billion worldwide and made him a globally recognizable figure. However, he has pointedly stayed away from mainstream projects for the majority of his career, choosing instead to work on a string of movies directed by Jim Jarmusch, Noah Baumbach, and Steven Soderbergh. However, there’s one movie that sticks out in Driver’s filmography even more than the romantic comedy The F Word.
The movie in question was released in 2023, when Driver presumably had complete freedom to pick his projects. By then, Driver had already begun a rather unique streak of starring in movies that had been stuck in development hell for decades — Martin Scorsese‘s Silence, Terry Gilliam‘s The Man Who Killed Don Quixote, Michael Mann‘s Ferrari, and more recently, Francis Ford Coppola‘s Megalopolis. The 2017 film, a sci-fi action-thriller, was directed by Scott Beck and Bryan Woods, who’d broken out as the original writers of A Quiet Place before that franchise was taken over by John Krasinski. Beck and Woods would go on to make the sleeper hit horror movie Heretic, starring Hugh Grant and Sophie Thatcher.
But before that, the directors tried their hand at a studio sci-fi spectacle with Driver. The movie in question is 65, in which Driver stars as an astronaut who crash-lands on a prehistoric Earth populated by dinosaurs. The movie underperformed at the box office, grossing $60 million worldwide against a reported budget of $45 million. It received mediocre reviews, and is now sitting at a 35% score on the aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes. The site’s consensus reads, “Sodden sci-fi that somehow finds a way to bungle Adam Driver fighting dinosaurs, 65 is closer to zero.” The movie is currently streaming on HBO Max in the United States, but will be removed from the platform on July 1. Driver, meanwhile, is back doing what he does best. He’ll soon be seen as part of the A-list ensemble of James Gray‘s new movie, Paper Tiger, along with Scarlett Johansson and Miles Teller. Stay tuned to Collider for more updates.

Aldon Smith, a former San Francisco 49ers linebacker, has died. He was 36.
The 49ers released an official statement via X on Saturday, June 13, to confirm the news.
“We are devastated by the sudden and tragic passing of Aldon Smith,” the statement read. “Aldon’s undeniable talent and sheer dominance on the field were on display from the moment he joined our organization, having recorded one of the best rookie seasons the National Football League has seen.”
The organization continued, “Beyond his excellence as a player, Aldon will be remembered for his infectious smile that lit up every room he walked into. Our entire organization sends its deepest condolences to the Smith family and all who knew and loved Aldon.”
An official cause of death has not yet been released.
Shocked fans responded to the news by sharing their devastation over the sport star’s untimely death.
“Damn rip i was just watching his highlights weeks back, damn man,” wrote one X user, while another added, “36 is too damn young!! Rest easy Aldon.”
Another wrote, “So tragic, sad. He was an incredible player.”
Smith was selected by the 49ers with the No. 7 overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft and quickly established himself as one of football’s most feared pass rushers. During his first two seasons in the league, he recorded 33.5 sacks across 32 regular-season games.

His breakout rookie campaign earned him second place in Defensive Rookie of the Year voting in 2011. The following season, Smith was named a first-team All-Pro and earned a Pro Bowl selection after helping lead San Francisco to one of the NFL’s top defenses.
Smith also started in Super Bowl XLVII, where the 49ers faced the Baltimore Ravens in February 2013.
Despite his success on the field, Smith’s NFL career was marred by a series of off-field issues. In 2014, he served a nine-game suspension for violating the league’s substance-abuse policy.
The 49ers released Smith in August 2015 following a DUI arrest. He later signed with the Oakland Raiders and appeared in nine games during the 2015 season, making seven starts.
After Week 10 of that campaign, Smith was suspended indefinitely by the NFL. The suspension sidelined him for the entirety of the 2016 and 2017 seasons.
Smith’s career was further derailed by more off-field issues, including a 2018 arrest on a domestic violence charge that led to his release from the Raiders.
He returned to the NFL with the Cowboys in 2020, starting all 16 games and recording 5.0 sacks. Smith later signed with the Seahawks during the 2021 offseason but was released before the start of the regular season.
Many Love Island U.K. alums have traded the villa for the nursery, welcoming children with — or without — their fellow contestants.
Season 2 winners Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey are parents of two. They share son Freddie, born in December 2017, and daughter Delilah, born in July 2020.
“It took me a while to really understand this one but it is so important, especially for us new mums,” De La Hoyde, who married Massey in 2019, told Grazia in March 2021. “Try and listen to what your body is telling you and pace yourself to match your energy levels. Now obviously there will be times where your body says nap but baby says no, but the times you’re lucky enough to have a spare couple of hours (rare I know), make sure you’re staying in tune with yourself so you’re nice and energized when you really need to be!”
De La Hoyde and Massey are not the only show alums to expand their families after meeting in the Spanish villa. Camilla Thurlow and husband Jamie Jewitt, who met during 2017’s season 3, welcomed daughters Nell and Nora in October 2020 and May 2022, respectively. They announced in December 2023 that they were expecting baby No. 3, a son, who arrived the following May.

Candace Cameron Bure’s pregnant daughter, Natasha Perry (née Bure), will proudly show off her baby bump any time she wants — regardless of the critics.
“Raise your hand if you will never understand people being offended by a pregnant belly being out?” Natasha, 27, quipped in a TikTok video shared Friday, June 12, subsequently raising her hand. “Let me just be the first to say: I do not care. I literally don’t care.”
Natasha announced last month that she is expecting her first baby with her husband, actor Bradley Steven Perry. As Natasha started sharing maternity pics online, she received an onslaught of questions about her choice to reveal her bare baby bump.
“I didn’t know this was a thing until I have received countless DMs from grown women telling me I need to put my belly away, buy a bigger shirt or sending me the lengthiest stories about how when they were pregnant, in their time, they didn’t do that,” Natasha said. “I love my pregnant belly, [and] I have never in my life been so proud of my body, so proud that I’m growing a little baby in there — and this is coming from someone that dealt with body insecurity … my entire life.”
She continued, “I love that when I look down, I see my little baby. … I am making up for the first few months of pregnancy when [I was] trying to conceal [my pregnancy] and wearing the ugliest outfits you’ve ever seen. They’re uncomfortable, and now that I have a bump, I’m showing my belly till my baby’s here.”
Natasha further stressed that she plans to continue rocking belly-baring outfits “until further notice.”
@natashaperry I genuinely had less women commenting on my belly being out, when I wasn’t even pregnant. Forever confused by it 🫶🏼😙😁 but this belly is here to stay for little while hehe
“One person that might love it more than me, also the only person that I truly care about, is my husband,” she gushed of Bradley, 27. “We were hanging out with friends the other day, and I wore, like, a sweat set [that was] very baggy. He saw me before I left, literally says, ‘I’m so sad I can’t see your pregnant belly. It’s my favorite thing ever.’ You know what? That man is my favorite thing ever.”
Natasha further noted that her pregnancy will only last “for so long,” so she wants to savor each moment with a baby bump.
“I’m only going to look like this for so long, and God willing so many times, so my belly will be out until further notice,” the actress stated. “If that’s not your cup of tea, we will just see you in a couple months.”
Natasha is the eldest child of Full House alum Candace, 50, and her husband, Valeri Bure, who also share sons Lev, 26, and Maksim, 24.
