Kandi Burruss and Todd Tuckers Most Memorable Moments on The Real Housewives of Atlanta

Kandi Burruss is reacting to ex Todd Tucker’s claim that they regularly had threesomes.

“A man who has already hurt me to my core is furthering the damage by choosing to sensationalize our sex life to stretch his five minutes of fame,” Burruss told People in a Wednesday, September 16, statement, referring to her ex-husband.

Burruss continued, “What consensually happens between a husband and wife in the privacy of their marriage is exactly that — private. His current behavior has only confirmed that I did the right thing by getting divorced. I Do, I Did, I’m Done!”

Tucker, 53, said in the trailer for his upcoming film, ‘Til Divorce Do Us Part, which he shared via Instagram on Monday, September 14, “We did [have threesomes]. I would say most of our marriage we did.”

Kandi Burruss has The Real Housewives of Atlanta to thank for introducing her to now-estranged husband Todd Tucker. While filming season 4 of the Bravo reality show in 2011, Burruss had the opportunity to meet Tucker, who was serving as a line producer for the show. A romance blossomed, which led to the pair getting […]

Burruss announced her split from Tucker after 11 years of marriage in November 2025.

“After deep thought and a lot of prayer, I’ve made the decision to move forward with a divorce. This is a difficult and emotional time, but my focus remains on protecting my peace, being the best mother I can be, and co-parenting with love and respect,” the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum said in a statement to Us at the time. “I’m stepping into a new chapter pouring into my work, my family and my own growth. I’m grateful to everyone who supported us throughout the years, and I ask for privacy, grace and understanding as we navigate this transition with our family.”

Burruss, 50, and Tucker finalized their divorce earlier this year, with the musician agreeing to pay her ex a lump sum of $426,000, according to a settlement agreement obtained by TMZ in March.

The exes also agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of their two children, Ace, 10, and Blaze, 6. (Burruss is also mom to Next Gen NYC star Riley Burruss, 24.)

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kandi Burruss called out her estranged husband, Todd Tucker, for allegedly not seeing their kids a ton since their divorce, Us Weekly can exclusively report. On Thursday, January 8, Burruss, 49, filed court docs demanding a hearing be set to determine parenting time and child support as part of […]

“We are joint. Everything is split evenly — even when it comes to the financial part of it,” Burruss said of the settlement agreement in a March interview with Loren LoRosa. “We had properties together that we had to split equally. Basically it’s just so we just have to end up with equal equity.”

She said of the lump sum, “It is who got what properties and if I ended up with one more, I just had to pay the difference up. So we are still equal in what we got. Because I ended up with more on the property side, then I just paid the different stuff. So it’s not like I had to pay him.”

“If you read the whole thing, we have to be equal in the equity that we have in the properties that we own together,” Burruss continued. “What I’m saying is we have to be equal in what we both take out of the properties. So if we didn’t sell the properties and we just did based off of, ‘I’m going to take these two and you take whatever.’ But if my properties may be worth more, then I have to pay the difference so that we’re both still equal.”

I just do the work… I’m diligent. I have a vision for what I want for my life and for my children and for myself, and I let God take care of the rest, because I don’t want to be caught up in the hype.”

She added that she remembers walking along the boulevard with her mom and looking at the “all the stars” and naming the stars who she knew.

“It’s every girl’s dream, and everything women work hard for,” she continued. “The little girl in me is like, ‘Oh my gosh, we did it!’ And the woman in me is, ‘Take a moment and be proud of yourself.’

She also spoke during the ceremony, and she was brought to tears while thanking her mother.

“My mommy…. An artist, a singer, the best Tati my children could ever ask for. I share this star with you,” said Long. “Because there isn’t any part of my story that doesn’t circle back to your bravery and unconditional love.”

Every fall, there’s one wardrobe staple that quietly takes over, and this year it’s undeniably the plaid button-down shirt. Instead of feeling rugged or overly casual, the newest versions are softer, more oversized and intentionally styled, making them feel just as polished as a classic Oxford shirt. They add texture, warmth and just the right amount of effortless cool to almost any outfit.

Fashion insiders are wearing plaid shirts far beyond the traditional jeans-and-boots formula. Think draped over the shoulders like a sweater, tied around the waist with tailored shorts, layered over tanks, tucked into trousers or even knotted at the waist over a slip dress. To narrow down your search for your new fall favorite, we’ve rounded up 13 elevated styles that make the trend feel fresh again.

13 Luxe-Looking Plaid Shirts for Fall—Starting at $13

1. Oversized Favorite: The relaxed silhouette makes this one ideal for wearing open over a fitted tank or bodysuit while temperatures are still mild. As the weather cools, simply button it up or drape it over your shoulders like a lightweight sweater.

2. Waffle Wonder: The textured waffle knit gives this shirt extra dimension compared to traditional flannel. Half-tuck it into wide-leg jeans to let the fabric and the plaid print take center stage.

3. Cozy Classic: Soft brushed flannel gives this oversized button-down that tomboy feel everyone loves when temperatures drop. Wear it unbuttoned over leggings or tie it around your waist when afternoons warm up.

4. Vintage Wash: A lived-in finish makes this cozy plaid shirt feel like a favorite you’ve owned for years. Tuck one side into denim for an intentionally effortless look.

5. Soft and Brushed: This brushed fabric feels especially cozy while the classic plaid pattern keeps it timeless. Throw it over your shoulders with a simple white tee for an easy weekend outfit.

6. Shacket Style: Part shirt, part lightweight jacket, this oversized style works beautifully layered over tees and lightweight sweaters. The slightly heavier fabric makes it perfect for crisp mornings.

7. Office-Ready Plaid: A cleaner silhouette and lighter-weight fabric make this chic plaid shirt easy to wear with tailored trousers. Tie the ends at your waist over a tank for a more relaxed post-work look.

8. Waist-Defining Pick: Roll-tab sleeves and a slightly longer hem make this plaid button-down especially versatile. Add a brooch or pin at the waist instead of tying it for a flattering, cinched silhouette.

9. Designer-Inspired: Free People’s signature oversized fit gives this plaid shirt an effortlessly cool feel. Wear it open over a ribbed tank and vintage denim for that easy, off-duty look.

10. Mixed Texture: The combination of waffle knit and plaid creates more visual interest than your regular run-of-the-mill button-down. Pair it with denim shorts and knot the sleeves around your waist when you’re on the go.

11. Clean Lines: The streamlined plaid shirt feels a little dressier thanks to its crisp collar and polished construction. Tuck it neatly into your favorite wide-leg trousers or a midi skirt for an elevated office outfit.

12. Layering Essential: The lightweight flannel makes this one easy to layer under quilted vests and trench coats later in the season. Style it untucked while it’s still a little warm out, then button it all the way up as temperatures drop.

13. Everyday Staple: Classic plaid, a relaxed fit and timeless button-front styling make this the shirt you’ll reach for on repeat. Tie the front over a tank with linen shorts now, then transition it into fall with jeans and ankle boots.

We’re Officially 3 Months Away From These $8.9 Billion Sci-Fi Franchise Returns

Published

on

dune-3-poster.jpg

Déjà vu, it’s Barbenheimer all over again. This time, however, it’s for the sci-fi fans. In three months, cinema will return in full force with the highly anticipated Avengers: Doomsday, as well as the finale of Denis Villeneuve’s magnum opus, Dune: Part Three. Though there is still some component of competitiveness, the union of these two hard-hitting franchises has ultimately been embraced by the fans.

On December 18, Doomsday and Dune will hit theaters in an event that hasn’t been seen since Barbie and Oppenheimer. Instead of two stories that could not be further apart, however, December will show the marriage of sci-fi ventures that will speak to most fans. The crossover appeal of both movies may be just the thing to unite the divide in pop culture.

‘Dune: Part Three’ Is a Historic End to a Flawless Franchise

There are franchises, and then there are franchises. Before Denis Villeneuve, a three-part Dune saga would have seemed impossible. Instead, he delivered a story that somehow evoked the exact feeling of reading the book. From acting, to score, to cinematography, Dune was the epitome of a true epic.

Your Fate Has Been Calculated
You’d Survive In…

Your answers point to the world your instincts were built for. This is the universe your temperament, your survival instincts, and your particular brand of stubbornness were made for.

The Resistance, Zion

The Matrix
Advertisement

You took the red pill a long time ago — probably before anyone offered it to you. You’re a systems thinker who can’t help but notice the seams in things.

  • You’re drawn to understanding how the system works before figuring out how to break it.
  • You’d find the Resistance, or it would find you — your instinct for spotting constructed realities is the machines’ worst nightmare.
  • You function best when you have access to information and the freedom to act on it.
  • The Matrix built an airtight prison. You’d be the one probing the walls for the door.

The Wasteland

Mad Max
Advertisement

The wasteland doesn’t reward the clever or the well-connected — it rewards those who are hard to kill and harder to break. That’s you.

  • You don’t need comfort, community, or a cause larger than the next horizon.
  • You need a vehicle, a clear threat, and enough fuel to outrun it — and you’re good at all three.
  • You are unsentimental enough to survive that world, and decent enough — just barely — to be something more than another raider.
  • In the wasteland, that distinction is everything.

Los Angeles, 2049

Blade Runner
Advertisement

You’d survive here because you know how to exist in moral grey areas without losing yourself completely.

  • You read people accurately, keep your circle small, and ask the questions others prefer not to answer.
  • In a city where humanity is a legal designation rather than a feeling, you hold onto something that keeps you functional.
  • You’re not a hero. But you’re not lost, either.
  • In Blade Runner’s world, that distinction is everything.

Arrakis

Dune
Advertisement

Arrakis is the most hostile environment in the known universe — and you are precisely the kind of person it rewards.

  • Patience, discipline, and political awareness are your core strengths — and on Arrakis, they’re survival tools.
  • You understand that the long game matters more than any single victory.
  • Others come to Dune and are consumed by it. You’d learn its logic and earn its respect.
  • In time, you wouldn’t just survive Arrakis — you’d begin to reshape it.

A Galaxy Far, Far Away

Star Wars
Advertisement

The galaxy far, far away is vast, loud, and in a constant state of violent political upheaval — and you wouldn’t have it any other way.

  • You find meaning in being part of something larger than yourself — a cause, a crew, a rebellion.
  • You’d gravitate toward the Rebellion, or the fringes, or whatever pocket of the galaxy still believes the Empire’s grip can be broken.
  • You fight — not because you have to, but because standing aside isn’t something you’re capable of.
  • In Star Wars, that willingness is what makes all the difference.

Even when Villeneuve substantially deviated from the source material, he could still do no wrong. In some ways, the filmmaker even improved upon Frank Herbert’s material, as controversial as that is to say. He took an incredibly dense book full of specific jargon and lore and made a compelling masterpiece out of it.

Adapting the first Dune novel was one thing, but now Villeneuve is wrapping up the story with the Dune: Messiah translation, Dune: Part Three. Everyone is anticipating how Paul (Timothée Chalamet) and Chani’s (Zendaya) story will converge after everything that has transpired. The most important, however, is concluding Paul’s story on a high note.

The conclusion of Dune: Part Two indicated he was on the precipice of becoming a monster, but the final entry into the saga will finally tell his story the way it was always meant to be told. At the same time, Villeneuve seamlessly weaves in a heart-rending love story, philosophy, and the concept that absolute power corrupts. Dune is a powerhouse and is only one part of this epic day in film history.

‘Avengers: Doomsday’ May Be a Return to Form For Marvel

Marvel had a tough act to follow when it came to Avengers: Endgame and Tony Stark’s (Robert Downey Jr.) ultimate demise. It was the culmination of years of hard work and seemed to mark the end of the ensemble film. While many would have been satisfied with that, the long-standing franchise had something else up its sleeve. After the demise of Kang, the brand had the inspired idea to fast-track the newest villain, the powerful Doctor Victor von Doom.

More frightening and compelling than Thanos could ever hope to be, this was the right call. It also offered the potential to get the franchise back on track. Casting Downey Jr. was initially a controversial decision, but the release of the Avengers: Doomsday trailer was confirmation that this is exactly where the franchise needs to go.

Doom is just one component made to make Doomsday sing. This will be another culmination of many storylines, making way for something entirely new. At long last, the MCU is finally inviting the X-Men into the fold. Bringing back many of the legacy actors of Fox’s X-Men will be just the start.

Casting for the MCU X-Men has been extremely exciting, and it is all going to start with Doomsday. It also happens to set up the long-anticipated arrival of Secret Wars. After the tepid response to the multiverse, it certainly appears that the Incursions are on the docket. Doomsday may have just the secret sauce to fix the Marvel brand and usher in a new era. The New Avengers offer fresh faces to carry on the brand, while MCU hopefuls are ready to finally see the reunion of Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Loki (Tom Hiddleston).

If anything is certain, December 18th will be the day for sci-fi. Dune and Doomsday offer slightly different tastes, but each has its merits. Dune: Part Three is a bittersweet conclusion, showing the end of Paul’s downward spiral in a socially aware tale. Doomsday is a comforting return to form, but may very well be the best Marvel movie since Endgame. Only time will tell when fans join in celebration of sci-fi’s greatest night.

Which Chicago Med, PD, Fire Stars Won’t Return in 2026 After Exits?

Published

on

Chicago Med

One Chicago has experienced several surprise cast exits and shakeups in 2026.

In September 2026, Ashlei Sharpe Chestnut confirmed she wasn’t reprising her role as Naomi. Chestnut previously appeared in season 9 and 10 before viewers started to question her future on the show.

Executive producer Allen MacDonald later addressed concerns that Naomi was written off after she reappeared in season 11.

“I understand the misunderstanding of that. We love Ashlei Sharpe Chesnut; she’s phenomenal. We never intended to write her out,” MacDonald told Deadline in October 2025. “We always knew she was going to be back this season. But with everything that happened with Dr. Hayes and her leaving the hospital, I don’t blame the audience for thinking she was gone.”

MacDonald hinted at plans to expand Naomi’s story.

“I saw in a lot of the articles that I definitely don’t read every night that they thought she had left for good, but that was never the intention,” he continued. “And as you know, she’s back, and for the season.”

Chestnut isn’t the only one who won’t be returning to the One Chicago franchise. The One Chicago universe has often faced cast shakeups. NBC’s president of program planning Jeff Bader previously addressed the way Chicago Fire, Chicago Med and Chicago P.D. have often lost fan-favorite characters.

“Cast comes in, cast goes out,” Bader told TVLine in July 2024. “It’s interesting, because every year there are cast changes, and every year someone asks the same question about what’s going on within the One Chicago universe. But [those shows] just keep going on.”

Bader noted that each of the Chicago shows have continued to find success, adding, “We’re thrilled with how the Chicagos do on Wednesday. We have no plans on changing anything on that night.”

Keep scrolling to see which cast members are leaving the One Chicago franchise in 2026:

RHOSLC’s Lisa Barlow Recalls Asking Husband John if He Loves Her

Published

on

Everything to Know About RHOSLC Alum Jen Shah's Legal Drama

Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Lisa Barlow opened up about an intense, emotionally and potentially devastating moment she shared with husband John Barlow while filming season 7.

“I’ve never hidden anything since I’ve been on the show. I have zero control over what’s shown and what’s not,” Lisa, 51, exclusively tells Us ahead of the Wednesday, September 16 premiere of the hit Bravo series. “I have a really great marriage, and I’m very lucky for that. But I put in the work on it.”

Lisa and John, 50, said “I do” back in 2003, going on to welcome Jack, now 21, and Henry, now 14. Lisa recalled having a “tough time” in the “early” years of her and John’s marriage.

“I’m his second wife, and so I think, like I went into our marriage, really independent, as did he,” she recalled. “So I think the first three years of our marriage were the hardest for me, and then to circle back to that last year devastated me … There’s times where you have two very strong, driven people married together where it’s been hard.”

Lisa recounted what it was like to film that tough lunch scene and — what was perhaps an even more challenging endeavour — watch it back months later.

“When we filmed the lunch last year, it felt like nothing. Two best friends that are also parents that own businesses together that live, breathe and work together,” she said. “When we left that, I didn’t feel any different. It’s when I watched it that I sobbed, and I’m like, ‘Do you even love me?’”

Lisa shared that while she and John have grown accustomed to being apart for an extended period of time due to their various obligations, she didn’t realize how complacent they both became in their marriage until recently.

“My first year of marriage, he was gone [for] 36 weeks … for building businesses like our brands. We weren’t as codependent back then as we are now. But I started traveling again [and] more. I don’t just work with Bravo. We own businesses, so we’re gone a lot. And I started to realize that,” she recalled. “I’m like, ‘Wait a minute? Who is he hanging out with? What is he doing? Who is he going to lunch with?’ And it’s like businesspeople that I didn’t know or friends from high school.”

Lisa confessed that being out of the loop on what was going on in John’s life “really started to bother” her.

“Seeing the way he reacted to me and how he would normally react, I literally was like, ‘Do you even love me anymore?’ Like that was a genuine feeling. I’m like, ‘Do you love me?’ I would never want someone to be with me if they didn’t love me, and I wouldn’t want to be with someone who didn’t love me,” she reflected. “And then he’s like, ‘Why would you even think that? How does your mind even go there? Yes, I love you.’ But he didn’t understand why I was so [bothered] by watching that conversation.”

Lisa admitted that the situation between her and John “felt different,” adding that at one point she even asked her father to impart some safe advice.

“I called my dad, and you only go to your dad if it’s important,” she recalled. “So I called my dad and cried to my dad, and I’m like, ‘I think, John and I might be done .. I don’t think he loves me anymore.’ My dad’s kind of like, ‘Everybody loves you.’ It’s good to have your dad’s support. My family loves John, but you know we were able to, like, have hard-hitting conversations, so that we could stay a strong, united married couple.”

Lisa shared her love for John and their children keeps her going strong.

“Our kids love us together. We love being parents. We love our family. And I would give up everything before I’d give up my family,” she told Us. “I’d have nothing before I’d give up my family.”
