Three days after multiple people were found killed in Sarasota and Fort Lauderdale homes in related shootings, police in Florida have revealed that the suspect showed up to the Sarasota residence with two handguns, five knives and other weapons.
Russell Kot, 51, is suspected of killing Larisa Blyudaya, 46, and Ben Azivov, 18, at a home in Fort Lauderdale before he traveled across the state to Sarasota and fatally shot Olga Greinert, 49, Florita Stolyar, 66, Anatoly Ioffe, 61, and Yaroslav Blyudoy, 39, at a home within a gated community.
The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office announced in a press release on Friday, February 13, that they learned Kot relocated from Illinois to Fort Lauderdale in the fall of 2025.
“He was living with Larissa Blyudoy, the daughter of Florita Stolyar, until the end of 2025, when the two separated,” the press release read. “A review of Kot’s cellular phone records did not reveal any apparent triggering event prior to the shootings involving Larissa or any member of her family.”
Additionally, police said that no records indicated that Kot previously stayed at Stolyar’s Fallcrest residence in Sarasota or cared for the family’s animals in the months leading up to the fatal shooting.
Investigators also confirmed that Kot had met Greinert, the family’s housekeeper, at least once before the incident.
A search warrant was executed on Kot’s vehicle, where authorities found two handguns, ammunition, five knives, rope, tape and an axe, according to the press release. The weapons in the car were found in addition to two handguns that Kot had on him when he entered the Fallcrest residence.
“Investigators have determined that after killing Olga Greinert and Yaroslav Blyudoy, Florita Stolyar’s son, Kot sent a suicidal text message to members of his family,” the press release said. “He then remained at the Fallcrest residence until Florita and her husband, Anatoly Ioffe, returned home. Upon their arrival, both were shot and killed. Kot then shot himself.”
Police added that Crime Scene Analysts recovered more than 20 shell casings inside the residences, and it was confirmed that each victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
The investigation into the case remains ongoing.
Deputies responded to the Fallcrest home around 12:30 p.m. on February 10. Once they arrived, authorities found a neighbor performing CPR on a male victim in the home’s front yard. The male victim was then moved to another location, where he was later pronounced dead.
Neighbors told responding officers that the man’s wife was potentially inside the home. They then entered the residence, where they found two women and two men that were dead.
As the Sarasota deputies tried to identify the victims and potential suspect, the Fort Lauderdale Police Department contacted them to say they were working on a double homicide. At the time, the Fort Lauderdale Police said they believed the Sarasota shooting was linked to their investigation.
After police confirmed via surveillance footage that Kot drove through the neighborhood in Sarasota, the two departments were able to piece together that he committed the killings in Fort Lauderdale before he traveled to the Fallcrest address.
Dennis Quaid wasn’t “looking” for romance when he met wife Laura Savoie, but faith ultimately brought the pair together — and God has remained a crucial part of their marriage ever since.
“God is in our relationship. That [had] never even occurred to me before,” Quaid, 71, exclusively shared in the latest issue of Us Weekly while discussing his new film, I Can Only Imagine 2. “I thought, ‘Well, I have a relationship with God, so did she,’ but to have God be the third entity in the relationship is kind of a new idea. But that’s really the way it is.”
The Parent Trap star met Savoie, 32, in Las Vegas and proposed to her in October 2019, tying the knot the following year. Quaid, who was previously married three times before meeting Savoie, explained that the couple’s shared faith is a key part of what helps them maintain a healthy relationship.
“Otherwise you would wind up making the other person,” he explained. “You look to the other person to solve your problems, and we’re not equipped to do that. There’s a lot of things that we have, the baggage coming in [to a relationship], and it’s stuff that you need an expert [to deal with] — and that would be God.” (Quaid was married to P.J. Soles from 1978 to 1983, Meg Ryan from 1991 to 2001 and Kimberly Buffington from 2004 to 2018.)
While God existing within his marriage is new territory for Quaid, his faith has “always” been with him in both his personal life and professional career. He began his foray into faith-based content with 2011’s Soul Surfer before being cast in 2018’s I Can Only Imagine as Arthur Millard, the real-life abusive father of MercyMe frontman Bart Millard.
It’s a role that Quaid admits he was “uncomfortable” to play, particularly as a father himself. The actor shares son Jack Quaid, 33, with Ryan, 64, and twins Thomas and Zoe, 18, with Buffington, 53.
“The way [Bart’s] father was, no matter the era, even from back then, [was] very abusive, almost criminal,” Quaid explained. “And people who are like that, they were abused themselves as kids as well.”
I Can Only Imagine tells the true story of how Bart wrote the now-famous titular song and formed the Christian band MercyMe in the early 2000s after finding inspiration from his tumultuous and fragmented relationship with his father. Things changed for the pair, however, when Arthur revealed a terminally ill cancer diagnosis, and the twosome explored a path to forgiveness before Arthur’s death.

Quaid returns as Arthur in I Can Only Imagine 2, which hits theaters on Friday, February 20. The actor said it was important to him to “finish the story out the right way,” noting that the second film feels more like a “continuation” than a traditional sequel. The movie also gives audiences a chance to experience some of Bart and Arthur’s happier moments, as well as get a better look at Arthur’s redemption.
“The part of Arthur was very dear to me, and maybe the No. 1 movie that people come up to me in airports and whisper that they really love,” Quaid told Us while praising director Andrew Erwin. “And I just wanted to be a part of it in that sense.”
Quaid felt a certain protectiveness toward Arthur, who he feels was “genuine” in his attempt to repair his relationship with his estranged son. “Rarely do I find that people can actually really fundamentally change,” he explained. “It really takes a lot to do that. And I think that can only happen with God’s help.”
He continued, “It’s hard to ask for something you feel like you don’t deserve, but [Arthur] and Bart, not right away, they developed a relationship that turned out to be sweet in the end. It broke the chain of that abuse. That’s the gift that Arthur was able to give.”

Quaid noted that “the real” Bart was on set during the filming of the movies, an added challenge in having to portray some of the singer’s most traumatic childhood memories.
“You know, he’s watching all these scenes on the monitor in the next room of pretty horrific scenes,” Quaid said, adding that he was thankful to have the musician there. “He was very upfront and honest with me, which I really appreciated.”
Quaid, of course, is no newcomer to portraying real-life figures. He’s played the likes of astronaut Gordon Cooper, rock musician Jerry Lee Lewis and Ronald Reagan in his decades-long career, among many others.
“I actually have a kind of a preference to play real people, real stories. Real stories are pretty fantastic, because if they were fiction, you wouldn’t believe them,” Quaid told Us. “II feel like our responsibility to the person that I’m playing is to play them from their point of view. Nobody thinks of themselves as a villain or really as a hero. It’s just to try to get down to the essence of a person.”
“I know if somebody was playing me in a movie, I’d at least want to have it be my point of view of my life,” he added with a laugh.
I Can Only Imagine 2 hits theaters on Friday, February 20.

The filmmaker said he screamed so loudly when the doctor reset his collarbone that he “woke up everybody in the whole country.”
Hold on, Roomies! The internet thinks Todd Tucker just tried to get his lick back after Kandi Burruss accused him of living “rent-free” in her guest house. Social media has been on Todd heavy, cracking jokes left and right amid his divorce from Kandi. ‘RHOA’ fans have even brought up the moment Kandi’s Aunt Bertha warned her that “it could’ve been a scheme that Todd set up” in an earlier season. Now Todd seems to be leaning into that whole “scheme” talk and flipping it in his favor — maybe even turning it into a lil’ diss with the soundtrack choice.
It looks like Todd Tucker had timeeee for a lil’ clapback. On Friday, February 13, he took a quick break from the daddy-duty content to post some footage of himself cruising in a whip. It’s unclear where he was headed, but social media is convinced he sent a message with his song choice. Todd turned the bass all the way up and blasted Rick Ross’ ‘Stay Schemin.’ At one point, he even looked straight into the camera, rapping along to the lyrics and spitting a few bars himself. Now, did he post that as a response to Kandi’s claims about him living “rent-free” and not contributing to their kids’ expenses? We can’t say for sure. But he did share the video right after Kandi made those accusations.
Meanwhile, folks over in The Shade Room’s comment section are convinced Todd was sending a message. Some social media users wasted no time dragging him for allegedly still shacking up in Kandi’s guest house, while others said it was the audacity for them.
Instagram user @lavasia_ wrote, “Oh so they never grow up . Got it 😭”
Instagram user @slaywithdre wrote, “.. Auntie said it was , a scheme that Todd set up ! & She was right.”
While Instagram user @_heyyy.orie wrote, “And its still get out that lady house 😂😂😂”
Then Instagram user @bigmomma____36 wrote, “So moral of the story listen to ya momma she knows best 😂”
Another Instagram user @troquellj wrote, “I didn’t smile or laugh not once 🥴”
Instagram user @everythangniice wrote, “I know Mama Joyce feels validated lol.”
While another Instagram user @yea_its_tt wrote, “The way he’d be driving around ATL seeing homeless people with his stuff on.”
Finally, Instagram user @mrs.locks wrote, “I hope he riding around apartment hunting.”
All eyes have been on Todd ever since Kandi dropped claims in new court docs that he’s been living rent-free in her guest house. The former ‘RHOA’ star alleges that her estranged husband has been staying there ever since their split in November 2025. She pointed out that the property is hers and was purchased before they tied the knot, but claims Todd hasn’t coughed up a single cent for the home’s upkeep.
On top of that, she accused him of skipping out on supporting their kids. Kandi says she’s been handling most of the expenses for their son, Ace, and daughter, Blaze. She added that Todd acts like an “active dad” on the internet, but hasn’t helped cover their tuition, school supplies, or child support.

Whew, Roomies! When loyalty, love, and livestreams collide, things can get messy real quick. And this week, a little family drama had social media in a chokehold after Boosie’s fiancée, Rajel Nelson, and Victoria Woods found themselves in the middle of an unexpected online moment. What started as protective energy quickly turned into a conversation about accountability — and now there’s an update.
Earlier this week, Rajel Nelson checked Victoria Woods for airing family drama online in a video shared by Live Bitez on social media. During the clip, Rajel shared that Victoria should humble herself, adding that God doesn’t “bless mess.” However, by Friday, Rajel stepped back and addressed the situation in the Live Bitez comment section, writing, “Y’all it’s over I reacted out of anger on live and spoke on things that weren’t my place to speak on. I’m human, I felt protective, but I take accountability. He apologized and I apologize for that,” along with a white heart emoji. And of course, you already know the internet is talking.
One Instagram user @ceecee_always.real added, “I think you all are missing. She came for her man, calling him names. She has a right to respond. Boosie never name called Brorilla.“
This Instagram user @helloolivejuice said, “I mean she right 👏👏 this story def goes Cain and Abel“
And, Instagram user @msgriipy_ wrote, “Lol how did she get involved? I’m just asking for a friend. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂”

While Instagram user @chin.adawl commented, “You need to humble that mouth and mind your business before it’s your turn 🤷🏻♀️”
Lastly, Instagram user @prettyandplaya_ said, “She not even on subject 😂 Girl bye“
What Do You Think Roomies?
Roomies, the timeline is feeling this one. Wiz Khalifa just reminded fans that even legends have soft spots, and now everyone’s pausing their scrolling to send him love. The rapper took to social media to share that his father passed away, and fans are pouring in with love and condolences as they grieve with him.
“Today my father decided not to wake up. I will always love him, miss him and be greatful for the things he taught me. He went out like a true yogi, at peace and on his own time. I love you forever Laurence W. Thomaz.”
Fans ran straight to TSR’s Instagram comment section to share their love and support for Wiz Khalifa. Many sent prayers flooding in, while others dropped hearts and dove emojis to show solidarity. A few also shared personal stories and memories of their own fathers, making the thread even more heartfelt and emotional.
One Instagram user @draketaughtme said, “To the rapper that go me through a bunch of hard and happy times… I’m sending my condolences to Wiz and his family. 💐”
This Instagram user @suchacutie_pie83 shared, “Life coming so fast… just thankful to be on the wake up list🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽”
And, Instagram user @kimmymar added, “The loss of a Parent is a pain that’s indescribable 😢. May God provide comfort 🙏🏽. RIP“

While Instagram user @lovelikehoney_24 shared, “My deepest condolences. So sorry for your loss. May he rest in peace. 😇🕊️🙏🏾”
Finally, Instagram user @carocorddessa said, “‘Today my father decided not to wake up’ is literally how I would word it 🥴😭😩🥺”
Laurence W. Thomaz, Wiz Khalifa’s father, served in the Air Force alongside Wiz’s mother, Peachie Wimbush, before the couple divorced when Wiz was reportedly around two years old. Growing up, Wiz moved around a lot with his parents during their military service, which shaped much of his early life. His father had previously spoken about how seeing Wiz become a father himself changed him, saying that watching Sebastian mature made Wiz more serious and aware of his responsibilities — a reminder of the lasting impact he had on his son’s life.

Kathie Lee Gifford has opened up about the reason she is “anti-religion” despite being a devoted Christian.
The 72-year-old tv personality explained that she believes religion can often “put people in chains,” while sharing insights about her beliefs in God.
Despite being offered a shot at reality TV stardom, Kathie Lee Gifford once admitted she chose to step away from fame to be present with her family.

Gifford has remained one of the most visible faces of modern Christianity in Hollywood and has lived a faith-based life as long as she can recall.
However, she has seemingly left many shocked by labeling herself as “anti-religion,” explaining that she believes religion can keep people bound.
“The Bible talks about prayer without ceasing. Our life should be nonstop prayer, nonstop conversation, dialogue, and walk with our Lord,” Gifford told Fox News Digital. “It’s not a religion. I am very anti-religion. Religion puts people in chains, and Jesus takes them away. So I’ve always tried to be, and I am, the exact same person.”

The former “TODAY” show co-host has been busy with her advocacy for Childhelp, a charity organization set out to protect vulnerable and neglected children, yet has maintained relevance in showbiz as an actress.
However, she doesn’t believe it means she’s playing on both the spiritual and circular terrain at the same time.
“I don’t separate the secular from the spiritual. I don’t say, ‘Oh, I’m an actress. So that’s my secular life.’ And then I go, ‘and I raise money for Childhelp.’ No, it’s all one life, lived in accordance with God’s blessing, with His, I don’t like to call them commandments, His teaching, His guidance. We live according to that,” she added.

Weighing in on some of the principles she has adopted in running her life, Gifford noted that she sees the scriptures as a guiding light, particularly for issues relating to making decisions and anxiety.
She also explained the reason why she’s so “bold” about her faith, especially in a space like Hollywood where it’s tough to be one.
“Scripture says don’t, don’t worry about anything. Don’t worry about anything. I am with you. I will lead you. I will guide you every day of your life,” she said. “In Him we live and move and have our very being. That means every nanosecond of our lives is in service to our Lord. So I lose sleep because I’m old. Not because I’m worrying about getting something wrong. I pray before I open my mouth, and then I ask the Lord to guide me.”

“People go, I can’t believe how bold you are for your faith,” she added. “I don’t care what people think. I care what He thinks. And a few hands, like maybe two hands full of precious friends who love me. I care what they think.”

The “Then Came You” actress, who’s set to emcee Childhelp’s Drive The Dream gala in Phoenix, Arizona, on Saturday, also spoke about her love for giving back, particularly with her advocacy that has helped give countless children’s lives meaning.
“I’ve always been an advocate for children long before I joined Childhelp,” Gifford said. “That’s just been a lifelong thing for me. God loves all the little children. And we’re all made in the image of God, no matter what color we are, no matter where we come from.”
She further stressed that Jesus’ love for children and his belief that “They are the kingdom of heaven” has been the “driving force” for her all her life.

Speaking more about her Christian faith, Gifford stated that she believes the more she gives, the more she gets back in return.
The actress stated that it’s a “scriptural concept” that has always worked for her, noting that blessing always follows those who take care of children.
“I pray every day, Lord, give me a generous heart. You know, the more I give away, the more He gives me,” she said. “It’s always been about that. It’s crazy. It works. It’s scriptural. It’s a scriptural concept.”
Gifford continued, “You can never out-give God. And if you love children, and you care for children, blessings will follow you all the days of your life.”

Gifford was reportedly the one who arranged for her friend Kris Jenner and her family to appear on “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” after initially getting an invitation to appear on her own reality TV show.
However, she refused the offer and chose to live a quiet and present life with her family.
“I’m not acting out this life of mine. I’m living it,” she previously told Fox News Digital. “That’s why I said no to a reality series every time it was offered to me.”
She added, “I said, ‘No, I’m in show business, and I chose that as a child. My children didn’t. I’m going to go home to my children and my husband every day and have a life that’s private as much as possible. Keep my children out of it.’”
Relive Influencer Mikayla Nogueira and husband Cody Hawken opened up about their milestones as a couple before their divorce announcement.
Nogueira has been candid with her followers about her ups and downs with Hawken, who has struggled with addiction.
The duo first connected on Tinder and met in 2020. In January 2022, the beauty guru got candid about the first time they met and how she knew she would “spend [her] life” with him.
Keep scrolling to see Nogueira and Hawken’s relationship timeline, from the moment they met and started dating, to getting married and announcing their divorce.
Nogueira and Hawken connected on Tinder and started chatting. He sent her an “enthusiastic” message, which caught her attention. The pair exchanged numbers and started texting for “three weeks.”

“January 23, 2021, comes around. That is the day Cody and I met,” Nogueira recalled in a social media video in January 2022. Hawken went to Nogueira’s apartment and they ordered dinner together. “He had this insane energy that was so full of love and happiness,” Nogueira gushed, noting she had never been in love before. The duo talked “for hours,” and he even helped build her furniture.
Less than one year after dating, Nogueira and Hawken announced their engagement. She shared the story behind his proposal via TikTok days after he got down on one knee.
@mikaylanogueira We love you.
Hawken took her on a surprise trip to Boston and walked back to the same bench they sat on during their first date. “He starts just right away, giving this beautiful speech. He’s such an angel. He gets down on one knee [and] I’m holding his hand,” she said while beaming. “I absolutely said yes.” He proposed with a circular diamond set on a band with smaller stones.
They then celebrated their engagement at a steakhouse.
Nogueira and Hawken tied the knot during a romantic ceremony in Newport, Rhode Island.
Cody entered rehab following a relapse. Nogueira opened up about the situation via TikTok. “For the last several months, Cody has not really been around and now you know why,” she said, noting that he struggled with addiction since a “very young age.”
“Sobriety, recovery is not linear. Relapsing is part of the recovery process. In January 2024, my husband relapsed on drugs. In April 2024, my husband relapsed on alcohol,” Nogueira shared.
She noted that she was putting on “a brave face” for the entire year of 2024. She also shared that he got his own apartment because she “couldn’t be around it.”
Nogueira shared that Hawken came home from rehab and he reassured her that “everything is going to be OK.”
“We were so happy to be together,” she gushed.
The couple bought a $4.35 million house in Massachusetts as a “fresh start.”

“Cody and I have lived in our current home for a little over three years, and I am going to be completely transparent: Last year was a really difficult year in my marriage, for my husband and for me. We want a fresh start,” she said via TikTok.
Nogueira announced that she and Hawken are getting a divorce. “I am getting a divorce,” she said via TikTok, sharing that she and Hawken still “love each other so much.”
Nogueira continued, “We would do anything literally for each other. I want you to know that,” she continued. “I’m not going to be sharing any details whatsoever as to why Cody and I have made this decision. The main reason I am doing that is that I want to protect Cody. Cody deserves that.”
Nogueira also shared, “He and I were together for five years, married for two. And they are some of the best memories of my life. Memories that I will cherish forever. And I do not regret a single thing.”
She concluded her post by asking fans to “please leave his addiction struggles “out of the conversation.”

The Dana Carvey Show is a fascinating watch because it was fearlessly ahead of its time, but it’s also so topical that it can really only function as a relic of the past. When it debuted in 1996, it was considered so unhinged and unwholesome that it couldn’t even finish its one-season run before getting pulled from ABC, airing only eight of its planned 10 episodes. Looking back at it today, it plays like pretty standard fare. It’s offensive and edgy, but in that “I can’t believe they got away with this in the 90s” kind of way.
Let me explain. The Dana Carvey Show aired on Thursday nights at 9:30 pm, right after one of the greatest family sitcoms of all time, Home Improvement. Sponsors weren’t comfortable kicking things off with a Mature Audiences disclaimer because they worried it would alienate viewers.

What they didn’t anticipate was that the first sketch of the premiere episode, depicting Bill Clinton breastfeeding a baby doll and several barnyard animals with a chest full of prosthetic nipples, would do all the heavy lifting in scaring away potential audiences and sponsors. Mission accomplished.
Like most sketch shows that lean hard into topical humor, The Dana Carvey Show lives and dies by the news cycle. Carvey delivers his takes on Bill Clinton, Newt Gingrich, Jay Leno, H. Ross Perot, and a long list of political and celebrity figures. It’s funny in the moment if you’re actively living through the news cycle it’s roasting, but it’s also the kind of humor that doesn’t have much staying power. Tuning into The Dana Carvey Show in 2026 specifically for those sketches can feel underwhelming because topical humor rarely transcends generations the way more evergreen material does.

South Park’s most recent seasons fell into this trap as well, pulling in huge viewership numbers for headline-driven episodes that are met with mixed reviews later. It’s not that the jokes aren’t funny, they just don’t always age gracefully because the context of its humor evaporates over time.
The Dana Carvey Show truly shines when it leans into its more absurd and surreal instincts. Sketches like “Grandma the Clown,” “Waiters Who Are Nauseated by Food,” “Skinheads from Maine,” and “11 O’Clock News That’s Easy to Take” still work because they stand on their own. There’s no need to lampoon whatever dominated the headlines that week in these bits, which is why the comedy still lands decades later. There’s material coming out today with similar sensibilities, and these sketches feel right at home alongside it.

My personal favorite recurring sketch involves two painfully stupid pranksters, portrayed by Dana Carvey and Steve Carell. The pranksters roll up to a drive-thru or a movie ticket counter, pay for a good or service while trying not to laugh, then sprint away giggling like lunatics as if they just pulled off the heist of the century.
As the episodes progress, the bits escalate, culminating in the duo paying a prostitute $300 for a threesome, only to bolt from the room cackling and congratulating themselves for being comedy geniuses. It’s juvenile and ridiculous, but that’s what makes it so funny. It’s two grown men playing a modified version of ding dong ditch and having the time of their lives, and that’s all it ever needs to be.
Had The Dana Carvey Show aired at 11:00 pm on a Friday night instead of closing out ABC’s Thursday primetime lineup, its fate might have been very different. Each episode blatantly named its corporate sponsor, as in The Mountain Dew Dana Carvey Show, which made advertisers understandably nervous given the show’s willingness to push buttons. PepsiCo, Inc. sponsored the first five episodes, but its restaurant affiliates, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut, were immediately turned off by the series premiere’s opening sketch, reportedly pulling out of a deal that would have brought in roughly $600,000 per episode.

The Dana Carvey Show felt doomed from day one, but I’m glad it still exists on streaming. It helped put Steve Carell and Stephen Colbert on the map, and it introduced Robert Smigel’s Ambiguously Gay Duo, which would later find a permanent home on SNL as a recurring animated segment. For a show that barely survived eight episodes, its comedy tree has surprisingly deep roots.
While I’m usually turned off by hyper-topical humor, I’d still recommend The Dana Carvey Show to any sketch comedy fan with the patience to wait for the truly timeless bits sprinkled throughout its run. And if you’re curious about the chaos behind the scenes, 2017’s Too Funny to Fail is essential viewing. Everybody involved with The Dana Carvey Show speaks fondly about what went into its production, how the sponsors reacted, and how ABC ended up airing The Diet Mug Root Beer Dana Carvey Show immediately after a heartwarming Home Improvement episode in which Randy faces a cancer scare. It’s one of those rare instances where the humor surrounding a series’ controversies is more memorable than the show itself.

The Dana Carvey Show is currently streaming for free on Tubi.
Video game adaptations are all the rage these days, and that hasn’t gone unnoticed by Jason Blum and his horror juggernaut Blumhouse. As Fallout, The Last of Us, Mortal Kombat, and more find their footing with their own adaptations, Blumhouse struck gold with it’s long-gestating Five Nights at Freddy’s movies, based on the cult-favorite video game series of the same name. Even despite abysmal reviews, both the original film and its sequel proved to be colossal successes, pulling in huge box office and streaming numbers. Now, Blumhouse hopes to replicate that success with a movie based on the most popular horror video game around right now, Dead by Daylight, which has taken a big step forward.
A new report has confirmed that Blumhouse’s Dead by Daylight movie has found not one, but two writers to bring the Entity’s reign of terror to life. Fans of the long-running Conjuring universe will certainly be pleased, as the person who helped create that decade-defining horror saga, David Leslie Johnston-McGoldrick, is one of the writers on board. Johnson-McGoldrick will also be working with another recent star in the horror space, Alexandre Aja, fresh off of the news that the Under Paris filmmaker is developing a sequel to the sharksploitation hit. Jason Blum himself endorsed the pair as the perfect writers for the project with the following statement:
“What David and Alexandre bring to Dead by Daylight is a rare balance of character driven storytelling and relentless genre intensity. Drawing from survival horror and psychological terror, their work establishes a world where fear is not just experienced, but earned. It is a cinematic blueprint designed to attract a director who can elevate that vision through performance and scale.”
Come this June, Dead by Daylight will have turned 10 years old, and the game still has new regular updates and an active playerbase to this very day. Dead by Daylight is a multiplayer horror game that pits 4 players against 1 other, with the team of four being a group of survivors trying to escape a player-controlled serial killer. While the game has a regular cast of original and terrifying killers, the game has since crossed over with a large variety of horror franchises, including Saw, Stranger Things, Nightmare on Elm Street, and even other video games like Resident Evil and Silent Hill. The upcoming Blumhouse movie will likely not incorporate the crossover characters due to rights issues, but the horror giant does have access to some figures in the game, like Michael Myers from Halloween and Springtrap from Five Nights at Freddy’s, so who knows who might be lurking in the shadows?
Blumhouse’s Dead by Daylight movie is now in development. Stay tuned to Collider for more updates.

The newly minted lovebirds have caught the attention of an astrologer who is now dissecting the intricacies of their relationship, which was seemingly confirmed at the Super Bowl last Sunday.
Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton sparked dating rumors earlier in the month when the SKIMS founder’s plane was spotted landing in London on a weekend to allegedly spend time with the race car driver.
Article continues below advertisement
According to an astrologer, Kardashian and Hamilton’s love story may experience several bumps due to their very different zodiac signs. Since the business mogul is a Libra and the race car driver is a Capricorn, Mary Moonstone concluded that their relationship will be a challenging one.
“The challenges will come from seeing eye to eye. She may want to fly off on an exotic vacation at the last minute, but he will want to plan trips, stuff like that,” Moonstone noted.
She stated that the characteristics of Libras, who are always very likely to weigh their options and look at both sides of a situation, often clash with the personalities of Capricorns, who are often very grounded and less airy.

The astrologer stressed that the first year of their romance will be the bumpiest because they have to decide who will bend for the other in several scenarios due to their strong personalities.
Moonstone, however, gave a hopeful end to their story in The Daily Mail interview if they decide to work things out and learn from each other due to their age and life experiences.

Moonstone also referred to Kardashian’s failed marriage to Kanye’ Ye’ West, whose Gemini zodiac sign was very compatible with the reality star’s Libra sign. Unfortunately, they could not match that analysis in the real world, and their union fell apart.
With Kardashian being an air sign who loves the idea of change and evolution, Moonstone noted that she would experience a different reality with Hamilton, who would exhibit discipline and respect for stern routines.
“It seems Kim has had a lot of highs and lows in her love life, so dating a stable Capricorn could be just what she needs. Lewis will anchor her and guide her, make her feel safe and secure,” the astrologer added.

As for their future together as a married couple, Moonstone predicted that no marriage will happen between Kardashian and Lewis this year. The news of their romance definitely set off several tongues wagging and theorizing on the certainty of this ship ever reaching the shore. As shared by The Blast, one of the top concerns that emerged was that the couple may have a hard time maneuvering their respective dating rules.
The emphasis was more on the F1 driver’s dos and don’ts over the years, and his firm demeanor on the kind of women and people he lets into his life. A source added that the athlete may also not be ready to become a stepfather or relocate from his homes in London and Monaco.
The insider expressed that Hamilton operates within fixed personal boundaries and usually has a say on how serious a relationship may get. He reportedly structures his life around his career and his business ventures with a mission to protect that.
Hamilton’s non-negotiables and outlook on life may pose a problem for Kardashian, who is more outgoing and also has a fixed base in Los Angeles with her four children and extended family members.

Kardashian and Kanye West went their separate ways for nearly five years when the mother-of-four filed for divorce after over six years together. Since then, she has moved on with Pete Davidson, although that did not work; Ye, on his end, has married Bianca Censori.
The Blast reported that after their spotting in Paris and following a subtle confirmation of their relationship at the Super Bowl, insiders are saying the feedback from her estranged husband’s quarter is far from positive.
According to the insider, it will always feel weird for Ye to see his ex-wife out with another man, and it has remained consistent, first with Davidson, and now with the F1 driver.
Ye and Kardashian also have shared history with the race car driver as they were friends while they were married. The duo was photographed several times in the company of Hamilton and his ex, Nicole Scherzinger, at events.

While astrologers are not seeing the long-term plans for the beauty mogul and her new beau, Kardashian has charted a new course for her brand and journey as a lawyer. She explained on “The Graham Norton Show” that she has a desire to keep evolving and growing.
The star gave a 10-year blueprint of her life, which would see her retiring the Kardashian brand for good and focusing on being a trial lawyer. It has not been a smooth sail for the billionaire in achieving that dream either.
As last year came to a close, she informed fans that she failed the bar exams once again, but her determination to get that title remains unshaken. The reality star revealed that she narrowly failed the exams, and if anything, it is an indication that her future holds a better story.
