‘Tombstone’ Changed Doc Holliday’s Actual Quote and Made Val Kilmer’s Scene Even Better
Tombstone is simply one of the greatest Westerns ever made. There’s no question about it. From the dynamic characters and the witty dialogue to the incredibly well-paced action sequences and historical accuracy (well, some of the time), the picture is just a masterclass in filmmaking, particularly of the Western genre. Whether you love the film for Kurt Russell‘s ability to drive the narrative forward or the countless one-liners that cannot be beat, there’s a clear reason that Tombstone continues to find an audience over 30 years later. But there is one line that the late Val Kilmer‘s Doc Holliday speaks in the film that is slightly changed from the history books — and believe it or not, the movie does it far better.
‘Tombstone’ Reworked Doc Holliday’s Famous Quote — and We’re Not Complaining
One of the greatest gunfights in all Western cinema, Tombstone‘s most pivotal moment is its adaptation of the historic “Gunfight at the O.K. Corral.” If you have ever been to Tombstone, Arizona to see the reenactments of the epic battle for yourself, you’re likely aware that the 1993 picture gets most of it right. Sure, there is some Hollywood embellishment here, and it may not be as accurate as, say, Kevin Costner‘s Wyatt Earp, but for the most part, Tombstone does a decent job. Case in point, according to an 1881 newspaper article’s account of the infamous gunfight, Frank McLaury crossed Fremont Street just in time to shoot at Holliday. The Doc pursued McLaury, and both he and Morgan Earp fired on the Cowboy. Still, McLaury got the drop on Holliday, stating, “I’ve got you now.” In return, Holliday replied, “Blaze away! You’re a daisy if you have.” Afterward, both Doc and Morgan Earp shoot and kill McLaury in the street.
Admittedly, it’s not a bad line, but Doc’s scripted words in the 1993 movie are far more threatening than they sound in the historical account. In the film, these events still take place in largely the same way, with McLaury (Robert John Burke) getting the drop on Doc. In fact, the battle between them ends the same way too, with Doc and Morgan (Bill Paxton) both shooting McLaury simultaneously. The only difference here comes in Holliday’s cool reply to the outlaw. “You’re a daisy if you do,” Doc says, right before firing at McLaury, who quickly falls dead.
There’s no denying that the Tombstone remixed version of the line just sounds cooler than the actual historical account, even if the real Doc Holliday’s attitude in the face of danger was something to admire. The way Kilmer speaks these words, with full confidence despite one of his sidearms being out of bullets, is exactly what makes this so effective — not to mention highly quotable. While “You’re a daisy if you have” isn’t bad, the scripted “You’re a daisy if you do” is both simpler and far more interesting. Considering Frank McLaury is instantly killed for his troubles, Doc makes good on the line, which comes across far more easily than the words the real Holliday spoke over a century ago.
Kurt Russell May Have Saved the Movie, but Val Kilmer Is What Makes ‘Tombstone’ Iconic
It’s long been said that Kurt Russell essentially directed Tombstone, and while the particulars of that statement are still heavily debated, nobody denies his importance in seeing the film through to completion. However, for as much as Russell was responsible for the final project, Val Kilmer was equally crucial to the picture’s success. Nobody played Doc Holliday quite like Kilmer, though others played the role well. Going above and beyond, Kilmer made the part his own, emphasizing all of Doc’s clear vices and historical troubles with a clear dramatic flare unmatched by any of his (just as capable) co-stars. It’s no wonder that Doc is the most quotable character in the picture, and even some of his throwaway lines have taken on new life through fans who simply cannot get enough of the Western. We certainly can’t.

Erika Eleniak Allegedly Makes $10K A Week On OnlyFans
Erika Eleniak is reportedly making bank on OnlyFans!
At 56, the actress, who rose to fame from her roles in movies such as “ET” and “Baywatch,” only launched her page on the subscription-based platform two weeks ago.
According to TMZ, Eleniak reportedly makes $10,000 a week on OnlyFans. Sources close to the actress told the outlet that her content on the site initially showed feet, but has since gotten riskier. The informant also shared that Eleniak has over 1,100 subscribers to date, and she’s about to make $40,000 this month.
Why Erika Eleniak Joined OnlyFans
In a previous interview with the outlet, Eleniak said the decision to join OnlyFans allowed her to reclaim her image and connect directly with her fans. Those who subscribed to her page will receive access to her daily life, personal videos, and requested content, such as feet pics.
“I basically grew up on the beach in a red swimsuit, so this feels like coming full circle — except now I’m calling the shots,” she said. “Fans are getting my real life, my personal photos and videos, plenty of beach days and, yes, the feet everyone keeps asking about.”
Eleniak added, “If you came for the bare feet in the sand, I promise you won’t be disappointed.”
After the news broke, Eleniak took to her Instagram account and posted: “At 56, I’m embracing exactly who I am today. From Baywatch to Playboy and beyond! You’ve been with me through so many chapters of my life and career. Now I’m opening up a brand-new one. This is about having fun, being unfiltered, sharing exclusive photos and videos, and most importantly, connecting directly with YOU. If you’ve ever wanted to talk to me personally, now you can.”
‘Stepping Outside’ Of Her Comfort Zone
From 1989 to 1992, Eleniak starred on the first two seasons of “Baywatch.” As per the actress, her new venture will feature “unfiltered” and “playful” content that differs from her previous public persona.
In an Instagram post dated August 16, Eleniak noted she’s “having so much fun sharing a little more.”
The share showed her legs and feet submerged in bubbles as she lounged in the bathtub, with a caption: “You thought it was just going to be feet? I told you this new chapter was about stepping outside my comfort zone… and I meant it. I’m having so much fun sharing a little more, being playful, trying things I never thought I would, and connecting with you one on one. So the question is… how far am I actually going? There’s only one place to find out. Come join me, say hello, and tell me what you want to see next.”
Erika Eleniak Will Reprise Her Role On ‘Baywatch’
On Friday, August 7, Eleniak shared some exciting news about her career on Instagram. She’s returning to acting and will be reprising her role on the new “Baywatch” reboot.
“Something is coming… 2026 feels like the start of a whole new chapter,” Eleniak wrote, alongside a selfie. “I’m 56, I’ve embraced the tattoos, the journey, the ups, the downs and everything that has made me who I am today. I’ve also made a big decision… I’M COMING BACK TO ACTING!!”
In another update, Eleniak revealed the “Baywatch” news: “I’m so excited to be making a very small cameo as Shauni McClain in Episode 2 of the new @foxtvBaywatch! A new generation of lifeguards, bigger rescues and a few familiar faces… and yes, Shauni has traded the lifeguard tower for a seat on the Santa Monica City Council.”
She added, “I hope you enjoy seeing her again, even if it’s only for a moment.”
Words Of Wisdom
On August 10, Eleniak gave some words of wisdom to her followers, calling it a “little daily dose of Erika.” Apart from acting and being a content creator on OnlyFans, the actress also spends some time on Instagram, telling stories about her past acting experiences and giving fans inspiration.
“Sometimes it’ll be something inspirational, sometimes something I’ve learned along the way, and sometimes just a few words that make me smile,” she wrote. “Life has given me so many chapters, lessons, changes and beautiful moments, and I thought it would be fun to share a little piece of that with you. Today’s dose: FOREVER YOUNG. Because being young isn’t about a number, it’s about how you live, how you love, how you laugh, and how much of yourself you’re still willing to discover.”

How Stars Are Styling the Leopard and Cheetah Print Trend
One booming trend this season is cheetah print, which had its last major resurgence in 2019.
Fast-forward to today, the jungle motif has been incorporated into everything from fuzzy coats and silky dresses to sheer skirts and robes.
Take Brooks Nader, for example, who wore a cheetah midi dress at the Alice + Olivia spring 2025 show during New York Fashion Week in September 2024. The supermodel and current Dancing With the Stars competitor styled the piece – which featured quarter-length sleeves and a bodycon fit — with black sunglasses, gold hoop earrings and sheer lacy heels.
All eyes were on Sandra Bullock when she stepped out wearing a leopard-print Givenchy dress featuring a strapless neckline and oversized bow on her hip at the Practical Magic 2 premiere in London in August.

Practical Magic Cast: Where Are They Now?
Practical Magic’s spellbinding tale of the Owens sisters’ quest to break their family curse isn’t just a film for the Halloween season — although it’s a must-watch during the fall.
The 1998 film starred Sandra Bullock as Sally Owens and Nicole Kidman as Gillian Owens, both of whom are unlucky in love thanks to a curse placed on the women of their family because of their witch roots.
While Sally mourns the death of her husband, Michael (Mark Feuerstein) — and moves her daughters in with her aunts, Frances (Stockard Channing) and Jet (Dianne Wiest) — Gillian gets into an abusive relationship. The siblings must come together to rid themselves of Gillian’s boyfriend, Jimmy (Goran Višnjić), and his ghost while embracing their witch side.
The cast’s bond — and famous midnight margaritas scene — has continued to resonate with moviegoers for decades. The beloved film sparked a sequel, which Bullock and Kidman returned for, premiering in September 2026.

Barbara Walters ‘Inappropriate’ Dolly Parton Interview Resurfaces
Barbara Walters is facing renewed criticism after a controversial 1977 interview with Dolly Parton resurfaced following the country legend’s death at age 80. During the ABC News segment, Walters questioned Parton about her rural upbringing, appearance, marriage, and whether the public considered her a “joke.” Decades later, viewers are praising Parton for calmly taking control of the uncomfortable exchange.

The interview began attracting attention again shortly after Parton’s death was announced on Tuesday. At one point, Walters asked Parton about growing up in a log cabin in rural Tennessee. “Dolly, where I come from, would I have called you a hillbilly?” the journalist asked. “When I think of hillbillies, am I thinking of your kind of people?”
The exchange struck many present-day viewers as dismissive of Parton’s background, particularly because Walters appeared to frame the singer’s upbringing as something unusual or difficult to understand.
Parton grew up as one of 12 children in a family that had little money, but she frequently celebrated her childhood and Appalachian roots throughout her career. Rather than distancing herself from that history, she transformed it into songs, films, and charitable projects that became central to her public identity.
Journalist Turned Her Attention To The Singer’s Body
Walters then moved from Parton’s upbringing to her physical appearance. “Dolly, did you look like this when you were a kid?” she asked, gesturing toward Parton’s chest. “When you were 11, 12, 13, was there this about you?”
Walters also asked Parton to stand and display her “curves” for the camera. “You don’t have to look like this. You’re very beautiful. You don’t have to wear the blonde wigs, you don’t have to wear the extreme clothes,” Walters told her.
Parton explained that her exaggerated appearance was not an attempt to follow conventional fashion. She emphasized that she “was real where it counts, on the inside” and described show business as “a money-making joke.”
Her comments made it clear that the wigs, makeup and clothing were deliberate parts of a persona she fully understood and controlled.
Dolly Parton Shut Down The Suggestion She Was A ‘Joke’

Walters continued pressing Parton about whether audiences took her seriously. “But do you ever feel that you’re a joke? That people make fun of you?” she asked.
Parton responded without appearing rattled. “Oh, I know they make fun of me, but actually, all these years, the people have thought that the joke was on me, but it’s actually been on the public,” the singer said.
Parton then explained that her appearance was a conscious business and creative decision rather than evidence that she lacked self-awareness. “I know exactly what I’m doing, and I can change it at any time. I make more jokes about myself than anybody because I’m sure of myself as a person. I am sure of my talent, and I’m sure of my love for life. I’m very content. I like the kind of person that I am.”
The response has become the defining moment of the resurfaced interview, with fans arguing that Parton displayed greater composure than the person questioning her.
Fans Slam The Resurfaced Interview

Social media users criticized Walters’ tone while praising Parton’s ability to defend herself without becoming confrontational. “Barbara thought she was talking to a hillbilly, but in reality Dolly was so much more intelligent than her, not only in IQ but wit and manners, as perfectly displayed here,” one viewer wrote.
Another person described the segment as a favorite example of Parton turning an uncomfortable interview in her favor. “Footage of that time Dolly Parton wrecked Barbara Walters for asking gross and inappropriate questions. Easily one of my favorite interviews of all time. Always a class act.”
Walters died in December 2022 at age 93.
Dolly Parton’s Sister Celebrated Their ‘Farm Girl’ Upbringing

The criticism of Walters’ “hillbilly” questions comes as Parton’s sister, Stella Parton, has shared a far more affectionate reflection on their rural childhood. Stella broke her silence following Dolly’s death in an Instagram post on August 27. She recalled how the sisters continued following the early-morning habits they developed while growing up together.
“Being little farm girls, we continued to be early risers. As she liked to say, ‘Shoot Tedda, we get more work done before the sun comes up than most folks do all day long!’ We would catch up on gossip, as sisters do, and drink coffee and make plans, as it has always been our way.”
Stella revealed that she and Dolly frequently shared coffee over the phone before sunrise on Tuesdays, making the day of the singer’s death especially meaningful.
Country Legend Died At Age 80

Parton’s death was announced by her nephew Bryan Seaver, who also served as her head of security. The singer had been admitted to Nashville’s Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
She died Tuesday morning at age 80.

Rebecca Lobo Defends UConn Coach Geno Auriemma’s Tactics
Few truly understand Geno Auriemma’s standards for the UConn women’s basketball program better than Rebecca Lobo.
“It’s very few people who change your life,” Lobo, 52, exclusively told Us while discussing Apple TV’s Dynasty: UConn Huskies docuseries. “Your parents mold you, inform you. You have teachers that have a big impact. But change you so that you can handle harder things later on? There’s very few people who can do that, and it’s one of his incredible skills.”
Lobo played for the Hall of Fame coach in the 1990s and was on the Huskies’ first championship team in 1995. After being one of the original players in the WNBA, Lobo moved to the broadcast table where she has covered UConn and the rest of women’s basketball since 2004.
Auriemma, 72, has won 12 national championships and is Division I basketball’s all-time wins leader as a coach, regardless of gender. But he has his detractors, including some who believe his coaching tactics go beyond “tough love.”
For Lobo, now a Hall of Famer herself, she experienced it first-hand, admitting that, at the time, she probably did think he crossed lines. Now, she sees it differently, saying that when she came to UConn as a heralded high school player, she didn’t understand what she would have to do to reach her potential.

Rebecca Lobo Matthew Stockman/Getty Images
“I think he was hard on me because I wasn’t giving him my best every day, because I didn’t know how,” she said. “I was young and immature and hadn’t been held to a standard on a daily basis that he was going to hold me to.”
In the docuseries, Lobo recounts crying in Auriemma’s office, only to have her coach tell the story to the whole team in practice days later. Lobo told Us she now sees a method to the madness.
“He doesn’t ever really pull a player aside and yell at her,” she explained. “It’s always in front of everybody because he wants you accountable to everybody. You’re not just accountable to him. You’re accountable to this teammate, that teammate, that teammate. So I think it’s very intentional on his part to call you out in front of everybody else so that you understand.”
Paige Bueckers, the star of the Huskies’ 2025 championship team, had a similar experience with Auriemma. After a demoralizing February loss to Tennessee, Auriemma laid into her during a film session.
“That was the hardest loss, I think, in quite some time,” Auriemma said in the documentary. “Bottom line is, Paige needed to change…. So I took a risk and I said, ‘She is either gonna quit or she’s gonna change.’ So I tried to hurt her like losing hurts.”
And he did. Bueckers, 24, didn’t talk to Auriemma for weeks after that until she finally took it upon herself to call a players-only meeting to announce she was going to be more assertive and the team would, in turn, hold each other more accountable.
The Huskies demolished South Carolina on the road later that month, snapping the Gamecocks’ 71-game home court winning streak. UConn did not lose another game that season.
The story stuck with the series’ director, Matt Hamachek.
“At the end of our interview, I said, ‘Why did you tell me about all of this? Why were you willing to be so forthright and honest?’” Hamachek told Us. “And she said, ‘I don’t want little kids who look up to me to just think that you walk into a gym and you hoist a trophy over your head and confetti starts falling. If you want to accomplish these things, you have to go through this, and it’s hard.’”
Dynasty: UConn Huskies is streaming now on Apple TV.

Claressa Shields & BroRilla Go At It Over Her Beyoncé Request
Chile, Claressa Shields and Victoria ‘BroRilla’ Woods are trading words again in another lil’ back-and-forth! This time, the they’re going at it after BroRilla had some thoughts about a major wish Claressa recently shared ahead of her alleged eventual retirement.
RELATED: Claressa Shields Reveals She Wants Beyoncé To Walk Her Out For A Fight Before She Retires (VIDEO)
Claressa Shields Fired Back After BroRilla Spoke On Her
On Thursday, Claressa seemingly jumped into the Hollywood Unlocked comment section and didn’t hold back when responding to BroRilla. In one comment, Claressa wrote, “This no neck b*tch love promoting me and watch what I desire happen! Just like everything else.” She continued in another comment, explaining that she doesn’t believe she’s the one giving BroRilla attention and accusing her of repeatedly speaking on her. Claressa also referenced her previous comments about Beyoncé, writing that she had spoken about the singer and that BroRilla had allegedly made “100 videos” about her.
The exchange comes after BroRilla had words for Claressa over the boxer’s recent request involving Beyoncé. During a TMZ Sports interview, Claressa directly asked Beyoncé to walk her out for one of her final fights before she retires, calling it a major bucket-list moment.
BroRilla Wasn’t Letting Claressa’s Comments Slide
It didn’t take long for BroRilla to catch wind of Claressa Shields’ comments, and chile, she had a response ready! BroRilla took to social media with a video addressing the situation, where she fired back at Claressa’s “no neck” remark by saying that while folks may know she doesn’t have a neck, “we all know” Claressa doesn’t “have a brain, not even half of one.” She also appeared to clap back at Claressa’s claim that she gets what she desires, bringing up Claressa’s reported desire for a “ring” and alleging that the only ring she’ll be getting is “in a match,” while adding that Papoose isn’t going to give her an engagement ring because he’s reportedly still married to Remy Ma.
What Exactly Did Claressa Say About Beyoncé?
Before the back-and-forth with BroRilla, Claressa Shields made it clear that Beyoncé is at the top of her list for a very special boxing moment. During a recent interview, Claressa was asked to name five influential women she’d want to walk her out to the ring before a fight—and Beyoncé was immediately her No. 1 pick. She then looked directly into the camera and delivered a message to the superstar, saying, “Beyoncé, before I retire, I need you to walk me out,” adding that she hopes it can happen by the time she retires at 38.
When host Lou Young asked what song she’d want for the walkout, Claressa didn’t even hesitate. She said she’d leave that decision up to Beyoncé, responding, “Whatever song Beyoncé choose.” So, it looks like Claressa’s Beyoncé request was less about a specific song and more about having Queen Bey by her side for one of the biggest moments of her boxing career.

Farrah Abraham’s ‘AI Twin’ Announces Austin City Council Run
Farrah Abraham is running for city council — and an AI version of herself revealed the news.
“IT’S TRUE MY TWIN Farrah Abraham is officially running for Austin TX City Council seat in District 5, I can’t keep up with her,” read a Friday, August 28, Instagram post shared via Abraham’s AI Digital Twin account. “Fun fact for the city known for live music, one of Farrah’s songs ‘Blowin’ was filmed in south Austin, as her cult music following knows Farrah will always support the arts 🎭 and give light to the next generation. Farrah is The advocate Austin Texas needs 🦇.
The post included an AI video that showed the Teen Mom alum made to look like country singer Kacey Musgraves on her current Middle of Nowhere Tour as she sits on two aerial disco balls.
“Whether you’re a long-time fan or just confused about this political pivot, it’s definitely a moment to pay attention to in the Austin local scene. Farrah delivers on action, money, and inclusion for District 5,” the post continued. “What do you think about this run? Like Kacey Musgrave’s [sic] showing off her disco 🪩 ball of confidence, Farrah gives her light to a city that’s given her so much from TV shows, commercial business, music, privacy and higher income.”
The AI post also shared Abraham’s political platform.
“Farrah advocates important community needs with nonprofits, the senate, governor, mayor so progress flows smoothly and in record timing,” the message stated. “DISTRICT 5 Candidate Farrah Abraham , a leader in all spaces, a two time generation changer and an original in showing you can overcome any challenge. Farrah shows you mad ❤️and support !”
The post encouraged users to vote and register if they weren’t already.
“Share in the comments if you vote local, first time, never do or need to register to vote 🗳️👇,” Keep it weird Austin ! 🤠🐄 AI supports this message,” the post concluded.
Abraham rose to fame after appearing on the inaugural season of 16 & Pregnant before joining the Teen Mom cast. The MTV personality was fired from Teen Mom OG in 2018 after she pursued additional opportunities, including ones in the adult entertainment industry.
Earlier this year, Abraham mistakenly announced that she was running for mayor of Austin. She later corrected herself, stating that she planned to run for city council instead.
“I need to step in and help the city,” she said during an appearance on the “We Need to Talk” podcast earlier this month. “I just know things are getting wild. All my friends are moving out of here. The rents are getting too high, all this other stuff.”
Abraham is far from the first reality star to run for office. President Donald Trump previously hosted The Apprentice and The Celebrity Apprentice, while The Hills alum Spencer Pratt unsuccessfully campaigned to become the mayor of Los Angeles earlier this year.

Kim Zolciak’s Son KJ Is ‘Doing the Best He Can’ in Detention
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s 15-year-old son, Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr., is following a heavily structured routine at an Atlanta youth detention center following his recent arrest for alleged sodomy and sexual assault, Us has learned.
KJ is currently being held at Atlanta’s Metro Regional Youth Detention Center ahead of a preliminary hearing on September 8. He has been accused of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual assault by a minor female who Us has decided not to publicly name for the sake of her privacy.
A source confirmed to Us that Metro Regional Youth Detention Center is essentially a holding center so KJ spends much of the day in school and doing homework.
“He’s doing the best he can at the moment. He does want to go home. He calls his mom every day,” the insider shared with Us. “Kim can’t wait until he gets home and is praying to god this is over soon.
Per Glenn Allen, director of communications for the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice, the usual day for inmates begins with mandatory morning hygiene, followed by breakfast and education sessions.
“Youth at our detention centers follow a daily schedule that provides structure, accountability, education, and chances for positive growth,” Allen told Us on Wednesday, August 27. “A typical day starts with waking up, cleaning rooms, personal hygiene, and breakfast. Next, youth participate in educational programs in the morning.”
Throughout the day, inmates have a variety of meal options, including hard-boiled egg or a filled pastry for breakfast as well as chili dogs, pizza and riblet sandwiches for lunch. For dinner, inmates can choose between sriracha chicken with spring rolls, country-fried steak, Salisbury steak with gravy and lemon-pepper wings, among other options, per Page Six.
“After lunch, they continue with classroom instruction in the afternoon. The rest of the day usually includes recreation, dinner, and individual/group counseling sessions that focus on treatment, life skills, behavior, or personal development. Youth end the evening with personal hygiene and preparing for bedtime,” Allen told Us. “While schedules may vary by facility, programming needs, and security, each day is arranged to maintain a safe, structured environment that supports education and rehabilitation.”
Inmates are also provided time to attend worship services, visitation sessions, creative arts lessons and skill-learning classes.
KJ has been held at the youth detention center following his Monday, August 17, arrest in Alpharetta, Georgia.
The minor female victim alleged that KJ groped her, exposed his genitals and put them into her mouth without her consent in a coed sauna at Lifetime Fitness gym in Georgia on April 23.
A police report obtained by Us indicated that the minor female underwent a medical test and the results found no evidence of male DNA in her mouth or vagina.

KJ’s mom, RHOA alum Zolciak, called the accusations against KJ “reckless and deeply troubling” in a statement on Friday, August 21, breaking her silence following her son’s arrest.
“[KJ] categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged,” Zolciak told Us. “My son voluntarily took a polygraph examination regarding these allegations and passed. Additionally, an examination was conducted, and no DNA belonging to my son was found.”
She went on, “False accusations can have devastating consequences not only for the person being accused, but also for genuine survivors of sexual assault and abuse. Every legitimate allegation deserves to be taken seriously and investigated based on the facts and evidence. At the same time, no one should be publicly condemned based solely on an accusation.”
“We remain confident that the facts and evidence will establish the truth, and we ask that people allow the proper process to take its course rather than spreading unproven allegations,” Zolciak concluded.
KJ’s lawyer Jason Sheffield also spoke out last Friday to insist that his client was “innocent” of any wrongdoing.
“First and foremost, this is not the kind of information that should be for public dissemination. These are juveniles,” Sheffield told Us. “Secondly, my client is 100 percent innocent and tried to present evidence to the arresting officer, including a passed polygraph by a notable and respected sex offender polygrapher.”
The lawyer went on to say, “Additionally, the officer’s report notes the GBI [Georgia Bureau of Investigation] found no male DNA on or inside the areas the alleged victim claimed she was assaulted. Had the officer sat down with me, I feel certain she would’ve never made an arrest.”
Sheffield claimed that the “false allegations” were actually a “desperate cry for attention” caused by “my client’s past rejection of the alleged victim’s unwanted advances.”
“The fact that he’s been arrested and is being held without bond is a tragedy. He is not only presumed innocent but is, in fact, innocent,” the attorney added. “I will work tirelessly to demonstrate to the District Attorney’s office the mean-spirited nature of these false allegations and to bring a close to this matter as quickly as possible. I’m asking the public not to presume the truth of these allegations and to give the families on both sides their space and privacy.”
KJ is one of Zolciak and her estranged husband Kroy Sr.’s six children. Zolciak and Kroy Sr. share KJ, 15, Kash, 14 and twins Kaia and Kane, 12. Kroy Sr. adopted Brielle Biermann and Ariana Biermann, Zolciak’s daughters from a previous relationship.
