Tour Schedule Keeps Him From Court, Filing Claims
Chris Brown reportedly filed court documents claiming he’s too busy performing in ‘The R&B Tour’ to appear at a courthouse in Van Nuys, California. The filing comes after Brown was ordered to pay his former housekeeper, Maria Avila, a $13 million settlement following a dog attack.

Brown Claims Tour Schedule Keeps Him From Court As Housekeeper Tries To Collect $13 Million Settlement
Singer Chris Brown is currently touring nationwide with Usher in ‘The R&B Tour,’ and the duo has been making headlines for their risqué fan interactions during the shows. The tour is so popular that it was recently extended. According to documents obtained by TMZ, the performer claims the tour schedule is keeping him from appearing at court in Van Nuys, California. Not only that, but the docs state that ‘The R&B Tour’ may be extended again.
Brown owes his ex-housekeeper, Maria Avila, a $13 million settlement after she won a lawsuit against the singer. Avila sued Brown after she was mauled by his 200-pound dog at his home in Tarzana.
Furthermore, Avila intends to review his bank statements and finances to determine how she’ll collect her $13 million settlement after a judge ruled she could be paid from Brown’s tour profits. However, the documents claim Brown’s tour schedule prevents his appearance in court.
Singer Shares Cryptic Post Amid Filing
Brown also shared a cryptic message with fans on his Instagram Stories on Wednesday, September 2. The post was made mere days after the news about the court filing was reported. However, it’s unclear if the post is related to the filing.
“A n*gga in motion don’t have time to explain his direction.”
The ‘Loyal‘ artist also shared pictures from ‘The R&B Tour’ with fans on the platform.
Brown performed three shows in the San Francisco Bay area on August 28, August 29, and September 1, at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
Fans React To Brown’s Post By Cuttin’ Up
Fans reacted with jokes on TSR’s Instagram page, while others noted that the singer should just pay his debt.

90 Day Fiance: Mido Comes Marching In – Recap [S12E17]
On 90 Day Fiance, Mohamed “Mido” Fayed makes quite an entrance to marry Debby Rolando marching in with his own personal horn section. Marissa Rubinetti breaks down minutes before her wedding to Edward Miguel Gomez. Mallorie DeGrange makes peace with her mom and their past. And Ashia Montgomery and Maxwell Okeke say “I do”. Lets’ break down all the do’s and don’ts in this recap of season 12 episode 17 Are We Really Doing This.
90 Day Fiance: Mido Makes an Entrance
It’s wedding day for 90 Day Fiance couple Mohamed “Mido” Fayed and Debby Rolando. While Debby dresses low key in a beige dress and nude pumps, Mido plans to do it up big. He tells her to head to the park first where the officiant waits. Mido has a surprise for Debby. He’s hired a brass band to play ‘When The Saints Go Marching In” and trail behind him. Debby is overjoyed and proclaims her love for New Orleans while Mido hams it up.
The wedding is simple and the only two guests are her kids Caden and Devyn. They look on with both amusement and concern. But Mido plays the role of the goofy groom to perfection. Later it’s time for pictures and Mido again jokes around when the photographer asks him to look at Debby. Choosing instead to gaze lovingly at the camera. When the couples pics are wrapped he asks for some headshots while her kids cringe.
Things take a creepier turn when Mido and Debby prepare for their wedding night on 90 Day Fiance. Debby brags to TLC production that she will be taking Mido’s virginity. She uses an analogy of driving a car and it only gets worse from there. Debby pleads to get on with it and Mido goofs off yet again. She says she feels like a kid at Christmas. And just like that the lights go out and the camera pans to Mido’s hotel robe on the floor.

90 Day Fiance: Marissa Rubinetti Has Cold Feet
On 90 Day Fiance, Marissa Rubinetti struggles to write her vows. Underlying nerves and fear of financial repercussions have her shaky and confused. Her mom’s lawyer let her know that in the event the marriage blows up, Marissa would be financially responsible for Edward Gomez for 1o years. However, she wants to take the leap of faith and marry Edward. Meanwhile, Edward takes her boys to the Dominican Barber for haircuts. And the boys enjoy the experience.
Marissa forges ahead with hair and makeup. Her friend stops by to see how she’s holding up. She tells her about their fight over dinner. But admits they have been getting along as of late. Marissa’s mom shows up as she’s ready to get into her wedding dress. But she melts down and starts crying once she’s alone with her mom. Her mom suggests a glass of wine to calm her nerves. Marissa says he doesn’t drink. And her mom says maybe it’s a good time to start.
TLC Couple Mallorie and Rasit Get Ready to Wed
It’s the morning after Rasit Kebabci and Mallorie DeGrange’s bachelor/bachelorette parties and she’s got a hangover. Rasit is still excited over his trip to the strip joint. And Mallorie. reveals a picture Brandon sent her of him enjoying a lap dance. The 90 Day Fiance couple share a laugh. But then it’s on to more serious matters such as Mallorie’s dad not attending the wedding. Rasit is angry about it and has some choice words about her father.
Mallorie DeGrange heads to the venue to meet her mom and sister. She hasn’t seen her mom for a year. Their relationship is strained because of her parents divorce. Mallorie is honest with her mom about her fear of having children due to her own childhood struggles. But she admits she understands it better now. Her mom is moved by her words. Rasit shows up and is extremely emotional meeting Mallorie’s mom. So much so he walks off in tears.
90 Day Fiance: Ashia and Maxwell Make it Official
Ashia Montgomery isn’t letting anything stand in the way of marrying Maxwell Okeke. She gets ready surrounded by her family and friends as well as Maxwell’s. Her mom cries and his mom consoles her. It seems her mom feels Maxwell is taking her away. But everyone is excited when Ashia puts on her red wedding dress. And Maxwell loves the decor in the venue complete with a sign reading “Ashia To The Max”.
In spite of all the positive energy there’s one thing putting a damper on the day on 90 Day Fiance. Ashia hasn’t heard from her brother Rod all day after their fight at dinner. She’s hoping he will walk her down the aisle since her father can’t be there. She’s relieved and happy when Rod does show. He apologizes and is honored to walk her down the aisle after asking her if she is sure. But after the ceremony ends he admits he doesn’t trust Maxwell and doesn’t think he will make it to America.
Catie Norboe Fears Commitment
Catie Norboe is getting ready to marry Josh Atkins on 90 Day Fiance. But the self described party girl is feeling a little manic. And fears monogamy. She has brought her concerns up to Josh many times. But he wants a committed marriage. And Catie agreed. She tells her friends she doesn’t doubt her love for Josh. And can’t see herself marrying anyone else. But admits intrusive thoughts are taking over. And worries she may blurt out something inappropriate.
Josh Atkins definitely is nervous about Catie’s inability to be faithful. Josh dresses for the big day and confides to his friend that the whole thing makes him uneasy. Especially after Catie Norboe agreed to be faithful. But nevertheless brought up the possibility of a threesome in the future. So, it’s a chance he’s willing to take provided she shows up to the wedding.
90 Day Fiance: Thomas and Paula Struggle
After a disastrous dinner date on 90 Day Fiance, Paula Barbosa and Thomas Dintino are moving forward with their wedding. Thomas admits to a friend that he’s concerned about Paula. Since she communicated she may just go back to Brazil rather than marry him. Thomas gets emotional thinking of how they met. But doesn’t seem to realize that basic comforts such as a proper kitchen table and taking a car to dinner matter.
Paula is struggling as well. She’s in her dress with family getting ready and becomes shaky and unsure. She relays the story of having to ride to dinner on a bike. And fears being stuck in an unhappy marriage where Thomas doesn’t understand her needs and won’t let her wear perfume. Her family is sympathetic. But ultimately it’s up to Paula if she wants to live fragrance free and without furniture the rest of her life. Till next time!

Billy Ray Cyrus Reacts To Miley Dropping Last Name
Country music legend Billy Ray Cyrus is sharing his honest thoughts on his daughter, Miley Cyrus, dropping their famous last name. He addressed the situation on Instagram, saying he’s not surprised that Miley, who rose to fame as Miley Stewart on “Hannah Montana,” has gone this route. His comments come a day after Miley revealed her 10th studio album, “Bass Persuades,” drops September 18, 2026.
Billy Ray shared an image on Instagram of himself with two of his children and addressed the news that Miley is officially going by her first name in the caption. “Family means more than ever now,” he said. “I always called my little girl Miley. Just … Miley. Just like I always called my little boy Braison.’”
Billy Ray, whose chart-topper “Achy Breaky Heart” launched him into superstardom, said that in the past, he used to go by just “Cyrus” before saying how he really feels about his daughter dropping their last name. “I told Miley yesterday I felt good about her going with her first name.”
He went on to say that Miley going with her first name is on brand before mentioning other stars who have done the same, such as Dolly Parton and Cher. “Thinkin’ about it more and more … Elvis … Prince … and so on.”
Billy Ray Cyrus Is Looking Forward To Miley’s New Album
Billy Ray said that Miley’s decision felt like a “natural progression for an iconic superstar legend.” As he wrapped up his post, Billy Ray said that he was looking forward to Miley’s new album, which the singer teased in a new Instagram post yesterday, according to The Blast.
According to Miley, the new project will explore various themes, such as “heartache” and “every part of life in between.” She finished, “That’s what the title means to me. Thank you for being a part of making my wildest dreams come true. I sincerely hope you love this album. [Love] Miley.”
Miley Cyrus Teased Her Album Just Weeks Ago

In addition to releasing a new album, Miley is also returning to the stage to headline her first solo show since 2022. The two performances will take place in Los Angeles in October.
“It’s been a while,” she said about the upcoming shows. “The Hollywood Bowl is my favorite place to experience music and see my favorite artists. I’ve sat in those seats many times, but I’ve never taken the stage. LA is my heart, and I’m bringing it home. See you there. Miley.”
Miley has kept the album details under wraps, but she teased more about the project in a previous interview.
“There is definitely a romantic thread weaving through it because, like all my records, it’s a reflection of where I am in my life. But this one feels especially meaningful because this feeling has stayed with me through multiple eras,” she said.
Billy Ray And Miley Have An Up-And-Down Relationship

Billy Ray’s candid confession is likely a welcome one from Miley, considering the pair have had an up-and-down relationship for years. In a previous interview with GQ, Billy Ray opened up about the toll filming “Hannah Montana” had on his family.
“Oh, it’s huge — it destroyed my family. I’ll tell you right now — the d-mn show destroyed my family,” he said. “I hate to say it, but yes, I do. Yeah. I’d take it back in a second.”
Miley Is Mourning The Loss Of Someone Special To Her
The feeling of losing my Aunt Dolly is beyond what feels right to share. Our most sacred moments were private and they’ll stay there behind the stage, beneath the glamour & between our hearts.
What I KNOW is Dolly would want me to feel it, write a song about it, and then… pic.twitter.com/VFV6MohLto
— MILEY (@miley) August 26, 2026
Days before Miley began rolling out her next album, the singer mourned the loss of her godmother, Dolly Parton, on social media. The “Jolene” singer died at 80 after a brief battle with cancer.
“The feeling of losing my Aunt Dolly is beyond what feels right to share. Our most sacred moments were private, and they’ll stay there behind the stage, beneath the glamour & between our hearts,” Miley wrote about Parton online. “What I KNOW is Dolly would want me to feel it, write a song about it, and then continue on and be strong. I have an angel by my side. I always have. One of our last conversations was about music and metamorphosis.”

Blueface Accuses Jaidyn Alexis Of Brainwashing Their Son
Whew, Roomies! It looks like the co-parenting issues between Blueface and Jaidyn Alexis aren’t calming down anytime soon. In fact, things are heating up! After Jaidyn shared her feelings about Blue’s parenting and revealed that their son, Javaughn Porter, recently didn’t want to speak on the phone with him, the rapper weighed in with a response of his own. Blue addressed Javaughn’s reaction to his absence, clapped back at Jaidyn, and even accused her of brainwashing their son.

Blueface Had Some WORDS For Jaidyn Alexis
During a recent livestream, Blueface told his chat exactly how he feels about Jaidyn Alexis’ claims that their son Javaughn didn’t want to speak with him. Blue straight-up told viewers, “I don’t think she understands that I don’t give a f**k.”
From there, he called out the mother of his two kids and accused her of filling Javaughn’s head with her own thoughts, saying that she’s just on some “weird s**t.” Blue kept the unbothered energy going, saying he “sees through” everything Jaidyn is doing and believes she’s simply trying to move the way he moves. “You sit around in a little room and talk s**t. You probably sabotaged and brainwashed him and this is the product of that. I could see everything you’re doing.”
Here’s What Jaidyn Alexis Previously Said About Blue
Blueface’s comments came after Jaidyn Alexis previously hopped on her own livestream and aired him out for allegedly being an absent parent. She told her chat that Blue recently spoke with his mom, Karlissa Saffold, and when Karlissa tried to get Javaughn to talk to him, he didn’t want to. Jaidyn said Javaughn is old enough to understand what’s going on and isn’t with how his dad has been moving. “Journey is very young, and she’s not gonna know the difference, but Javaughn doesn’t want to talk to him. He don’t f**k with bro. He’s nine years old. You don’t think that he sees what’s going on?”
She also said that if she were Blue, she would feel like she failed as a parent. Jaidyn even challenged him to talk about how he doesn’t show up for their kids the next time he hops on a livestream.
“You’re a weirdo. Like, your son doesn’t want to talk to you? I would feel like a failure in life if I felt like my kids didn’t want to talk to me. Work on that. Talk about that on your stream. Talk about how you ain’t s**t. Then talk to me. My kids are not stupid or slow, no shade,” she said.
Where Is Pinkface In All Of This?
Javaughn might be feeling a way about his dad right now, but Blue’s daughter, Journey Porter, aka Pinkface, made it clear she wants to see him. During Karlissa’s livestream, Journey asked her grandmother if her dad would be at her house when she got home. Karlissa told Journey she didn’t know, and shortly after, Journey shared that she loves her dad.

Saylor Hayes’ Parents, 70 and 31, Arrested After She Died
One day after Saylor Hayes was found dead, her parents were arrested in connection to the nonverbal and autistic 5-year-old’s death.
John Herb Hayes III and Geordyn Nichole Hayes were taken into custody on Tuesday, September 1, in Tennessee and each charged with unlawfully placing a child at risk/wilfully abandoning a child, the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office announced in a statement that same day.
As Us previously reported, Saylor was last seen on Sunday, August 30, and eventually found dead in a waterway close to the family’s Pawleys Island, South Carolina, rental home around 9:45 a.m. the following day. Authorities said she was found following an “intensive search” that involved “hundreds of people and multiple agencies.”
John, 70, and Geordyn, 31, were accused of putting Saylor “at an unreasonable risk of harm affecting her life and safety by failing to provide supervision and safeguards appropriate for a severely nonverbal, autistic, 5-year-old child with a known affinity to water and a history of elopement,” according to the arrest affidavit.
Saylor was supposed to wear a Project Lifesaver transmitter because she tended to wander off, though she was not wearing the device when she left the family’s vacation property.
The girl began wearing the monitoring device in 2024, but the device was removed before the family left their home in Virginia to go on the trip. It’s not currently clear why Saylor stopped wearing the tracker.
Authorities have also accused John and Geordyn of complicating the search effort to find Saylor.

“[They] encouraged search efforts to be directed toward the use of tracking technology, despite knowing that the child was not wearing the monitoring device,” police said in the statement. “[They] further directed search efforts away from the nearby body of water.”
John and Geordyn are expected to return to Georgetown County once the extradition proceedings are complete.
After Georgetown County Sheriff Carter Weaver confirmed the parents’ arrests, he addressed their alleged connection to Saylor’s death.
“Parents and caregivers have a fundamental responsibility to protect children who cannot protect themselves,” he said. “When the evidence establishes probable cause to believe that a child has been unlawfully placed in circumstances that endanger that child’s safety, law enforcement has a responsibility to act.”
Weaver added that Saylor was “a vulnerable 5-year-old child who depended upon the adults responsible for her care and protection.” He added, “She deserved to be safe. She deserved to be protected.”
Saylor’s cause of death has not yet been confirmed, and an autopsy is scheduled to take place on Friday, September 4.
Just hours before the arrests, Geordyn took to Facebook to pay tribute to her late daughter. Alongside an undated photo of Saylor, Geordyn wrote, “Mommy’s little angel.”
It’s not currently clear whether John or Geordyn had entered pleas or retained legal counsel following their arrests. The investigation into the case remains ongoing.

George Harrison Took on a Bob Dylan Classic and Officially Made It His Own
After The Beatles broke up in 1970, George Harrison was probably the one with the most to gain. And to prove. Without the support of his bandmates, he was both set free and alone. So, when he was putting together his first post-Beatles album, his triple album All Things Must Pass, he leaned on other collaborators. In particular, he found support in one of his closest friends, Bob Dylan. Dylan had become close with The Beatles when the Fab Four first visited America on tour, and he developed a special relationship with Harrison.
In 1970, Dylan invited Harrison to a session, and he showed him some songs he was working on. One that stood out to him was “If Not for You,” one that Dylan had written about his first wife and their family life. Harrison loved it, and decided he wanted to include it in his album. No one could have predicted that this cover would become so much bigger than the original.
George Harrison’s Incredible Cover
It’s no secret that George Harrison was feeling stifled in The Beatles. The Lennon-McCartney partnership was hard to compete with, considering that his bandmates had been writing together and honing their craft since they were teenagers. So, as a result, his songs were often overlooked from the albums. When the band broke up, he was excited about the future, but he was also feeling intimidated about building his own career. Turns out he needn’t have worried, because All Things Must Pass was a raging success despite being a triple album. And that was thanks in part to the support of his closest collaborators outside The Beatles.
“Subconsciously I needed a bit of support,” he said about making the album. So he recruited Eric Clapton and Bob Dylan to play on it. Of course, Dylan did a lot more than just play for him. He helped him write songs, and actually gave him one of his own to record. Dylan invited Harrison to one of his sessions for his album New Mornings, and Harrison heard his new song “If Not for You.” The former Beatle loved it, and with his friend’s blessing, he recorded his own version for All Things Must Pass. Harrison made the song entirely his own, making it into a slower, more soulful ballad, and incorporating his signature slide guitar. When the album topped the charts, Harrison’s cover became so popular that, for a lot of fans, his version was the original.
Dylan didn’t seem to mind the popularity of his friend’s cover. In fact, the two of them played the song together at the Concert for Bangladesh in 1971, and Harrison performed it for his friend in 1992 during a celebration for Dylan’s 30-year career anniversary.
George Harrison and Bob Dylan’s Closet Friendship
Bob Dylan and George Harrison’s professional collaboration extended way beyond this wildly popular cover. One of George Harrison’s most moving love songs was actually for his friend. “I’d Have You Anytime” was also included on All Things Must Pass, and Harrison wrote it as a way to tell his friend that he would always be there for him. It was while Dylan was going through a tough time, and he wanted to show his support in the best way he knew how.
Who’s Your Perfect Classic Rock Band?
“Let me in here, I know I’ve been here, let me into your heart,” Harrison sings to his friend. “All I have is yours, all you see is mine. And I’m glad to hold you in my arms, I’d have you anytime.” Dylan heard the song and loved it, and even co-wrote it with him, and their collaborations on Harrison’s triple album remain a testament to their legendary and intimate bond.
Much later, in the late ’80s, this powerful duo teamed up with Tom Petty, Roy Orbison, and Jeff Lynne to form supergroup The Traveling Wilburys. Together, they had hits like “Handle with Care” and “End of the Line.” Their friendship and incredible chemistry really shone in the group, and proved how good together they were. It’s no wonder Dylan wanted his friend to sing “If Not for You.” He knew Harrison would do his song justice, and that’s exactly what happened.–

Days of our Lives Early Spoilers Sept 7-11: EJ Digs In as Joy Faces an OR Scare
Hey, Days of Our Lives fans, we have got your early edition spoilers for the week kicking off September 7th with EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) really on edge about Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord)’s ISA confession. And now he’s going to investigate and start digging up some dirt.
Plus, Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) is heading into spinal surgery and a crisis may hit in the operating room or in recovery. Also, the week of September 7th through the 11th, there’s Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) dealing with the new hater in her life.
Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) risking everything and Chad DiMera (Connor Floyd) and Belle Black (Martha Madison) stepping into danger. Let’s dive right in. And as we always do on early edition day, we go over what’s happening the rest of this week and then we get into what is coming next week.
Days of our Lives Spoilers: Philip Blasts Joy
So, Wednesday, September 2nd on Days of Our Lives, we’ve got Philip confronting Joy. This week she is daydreaming, lying in her hospital bed. She’s picturing Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) marrying her and that he’s carrying Joy over the threshold in her bridal gown. So, looks like Philip stops by to see Joy before he takes off for Monte Carlo. Surely Philip knows that Joy’s heading into surgery. So, Philip may be confronting Joy about her not letting her sister Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) or her mom Nancy Mille (Patrika Darbo) or her dad Dr. Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas) know she’s getting major back surgery.
A special opportunity becomes available to Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols). Maybe another romantic night for Patch and his sweetness or maybe something more intriguing. Xander Cook (Paul Telfer)’s daughter, Victoria, shows off a hidden talent, and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) tells Victoria to spin for Xander and show off her dress now that Victoria is all ready to attend the Salem daddy-daughter dance at the club.
DOOL Spoilers: Stephanie & Alex Find Common Ground
Looks like lots of fun and cuteness. Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) finds some common ground with Alex but once he finds out Stephanie spent the night platonically in bed with Theo Carver (Kyler Pettis), that ground they found in common may turn to unsteady turf. We also have Sarah and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) getting suspicious on Wednesday. So Sarah’s getting Victoria ready for the dance. She may be helping Rachel get ready also since Brady’s taking his daughter to the dance as well. So, I wonder if they’re suspicious about a package showing up for Rachel.
Days of our Lives Spoilers: Rachel’s Gift from Kristen
Thursday, September 3rd on Days of Our Lives. The reason they may be suspicious comes out because we’re going to see that Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) has sent Rachel a surprise gift. So maybe it’s a dress for Rachel to wear to the dance or maybe a necklace to accessorize her dress.
At least Brady has the peace of mind knowing that Rachel knows it’s better that Kristen is not in her life. We also have the daddy-daughter dance in Salem officially kicking off. Brady is spinning Rachel around on the dance floor. We’ve got Chad and Charlotte boogieing around. Xander and Victoria are there with Xander holding Victoria up and twirling her around. It all looks really sweet. Hope it stays that way.
Days Spoilers: Marlena Uncovers a Memory
Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) has a mysterious memory pop-up on Thursday, and this may be another painful blast from the past tied to Stefano’s devious deeds. Marlena obviously doesn’t want Stefano on her mind, but it’s inevitable because Chad’s running off to Italy trying to crack this chess set mystery with Belle, and Marlena doesn’t like it. But they’re headed out of town right after the dance. EJ takes Chad and Belle by surprise.
So, EJ’s either going to show up at the DiMera private jet and hijack their trip or he may fly separately and show up to where they are. I feel like he’s going to hop on the jet. Either way, Chad and Belle are not excited that EJ has joined their trip. And after Cat’s confession, EJ seemed very stressed out, even though he convinced Cat that he was cool. I expect EJ’s going to head back to the Italian clinic on this trip looking for answers about Cat and he may put Rita Lesley (Maggie Carney) on high alert about his lying little assistant.
Days of our Lives Spoilers: Mystery Stalker in Italy
Friday, September 4th on Days of Our Lives, somebody’s spying on Belle, Chad, and his brother EJ as they touch down in Italy and start poking around in the chess set mystery. Chad and Belle have that Verde clue and they’ve got the LRA coin and the LRA note plus the hint from the Salem Symphony program and there’s some guy spying from a hidden camera as EJ, Chad and Belle are going through a room rifling it for clues.
So it looks like this guy watching is the DiMera minion who’s tasked with overseeing the chess set clues. Remember Chad said he expects these clues to keep coming. So, this may be the guy who orchestrated the thing with the program at the Salem Symphony event, and he may have followed them.
Chanel Dupree (Precious Way) questions Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman)’s loyalty. This must be about Chanel not liking Johnny keeping secrets for EJ. Marlena started to confront Johnny this week earlier about what happened to Holly, as Xander encouraged Marlena to do, but we saw Johnny abruptly changed the subject and then he kind of shut down. Marlena was telling Johnny that he probably needs to get some things off his chest, but I don’t think he’s going to give up his dad EJ’s secrets. At least not right away. Now, long term, I do think Johnny will crack.
DOOL Spoilers: Holly Struggles
Holly’s leaning on Tate Black (Howard). She’s very upset about the attempted mugging that Lani Price (Sal Stowers) thwarted and also about Mason Whitfield’s (Brandon Butler) awful attitude towards her. We know he’s a Marine who’s going back to college on the GI bill. Now, he’s out of the service. So, we’ll find out soon why he dislikes Holly so much.
EJ’s henchwoman, Rita, isn’t strictly following his orders at the end of the week. So EJ has Rita trying to find out who bought the Kiriakis mansion. And EJ told Rita to take care of George O’Halloran, the DiMera Pharmaceuticals guy. Plus, EJ may want Rita to keep a close eye on Cat to try and figure out if she is still active with the ISA.

Days of our Lives Spoilers: Things Take a Turn for Sarah & Xander
Then the week of September 7th through 11th on Days of Our Lives, we may see the daddy-daughter dance outcome changing things for Sarah and Xander. We’ve heard some coming event shift Sarah’s attitude towards him, causing her to step back from Brady and for her and Xander to start creeping on the slow road towards reconciliation.
Javi Hernandez (Jacob Martinez) may change his mind about grabbing a drink with Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart). We saw Javi telling his ex Leo that getting together was probably not a good idea, but I think Javi’s going to change his mind. They’re soulmates. They just need to work through their issues.
After rejecting EJ’s deal, we likely see Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) pushing forward with the hospital purchase. EJ tried to sweeten the deal with a bribe, but Gwen still said no. And now EJ’s in Italy with Chad and Belle, who likely do not want his company. EJ is interested in the chess set suddenly, which is strange, but also he may want to visit the clinic and ask some questions about Cat and about his time there.
I’m also wondering if we may soon get a glimpse of Clyde Weston since his name’s been coming up. Also, actress Sydney Malakeh makes her day debut on September 9th. There’s a ton of speculation about her character and whether she is recast Sydney DiMera. If so, I would expect EJ to reconnect with his daughter, meet up with her in Italy, and bring Sydney back to Salem with him.
Days Spoilers: Sydney Malakeh’s Role Revealed
We will know next week if Sydney Malakeh is EJ’s darling daughter. Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) likely snaps up that job offer from Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) about the Spectator. She’s been successful in the publishing world, but I wonder if Chad may not want to hire her because of the stunt Kate pulled with Bonnie’s book and targeting Johnny and DiMera. Maybe Chad will overlook it. Or since he’s gone, maybe Jack will override and Chad comes back to find Kate is already in place as the new local editor.
Holly’s got to face her new nemesis, Mason, in class, and he may make Holly’s life hard. Tate may even confront the guy. And I’m sure we’re going to find out what Mason’s grudge is about soon. Philip and Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) try and win big in Monte Carlo to save the Kiriakis mansion and also save Titan. We’ll see if Philip’s gamble pays off. We may also soon learn the identity of Xander’s buyer for the house. I suspect it may be Sami’s fiancé, Dante Vitali (Actor to be Revealed), the guy we’ve never seen.

Fall may just be my favorite season. Cozy candles, delicious pumpkin-spice drinks and nostalgic films just do something to me — but the seasonal fashion tops it all. From plaid scarves to chunky cardigans, autumnal style is a step above. While I usually reach for fall-ready boots this time of year, I’m trading them in for elegant low-profile loafers.
This slim footwear style creates a sophisticated aesthetic that pairs effortlessly with denim, sweaters, and skirts. When I’m feeling extra playful, I even layer a printed sock underneath, creating a two-in-one look. But my favorite part? Retailers like Amazon and Nordstrom have tons of fresh styles that start at just — wait for it — $17.
Discover my top picks below, and achieve your best fall style yet.
13 Low-Profile Loafers for Fall

4. Make a Statement: Your closet deserves a pop of color, and orange is your best bet this time of year. The Aerosoles Day Drive loafers feature a vibrant, mango hue and gold-tone hardware.
5. It’s All in the Details: Slip into Bandolino’s glossy Lindio loafers, a pointed-toe pick with a charming bow accent. The subtle block heel adds just the right amount of height.
6. Slip On and Go: Suiara takes a classic loafer and combines it with a mule-like design, offering a silhouette that’s both easy and refined. These relaxed penny loafers are at the top of my wishlist.
7. The Best of Both Worlds: $17 for loafers? Yes, you read that right. The Finiwor pointed-toe dress shoes bridge the gap between comfort and polish, offering a sleek black design and cloud-like insole.
8. ‘It’-Girl Loved: Fashion spheres are obsessed with the pinched-loafer look, and Free Assembly masters the trend without costing you hundreds. Luxe-looking details include polished tassels and a round toe.
9. Like Slippers but Better: If you’ve ever wished you could wear your slippers around town, then these are the loafers for you. Complete with a scrunched design, the Scenario shoes stretch without sacrificing style.

11. Seeing Green: Who said loafers had to be onyx? Grab an olive-green variation from Nordstrom, featuring a stacked heel and intricate stitching.
12. Timeless and Refined: It’s not every day you find a loafer with a flared heel. These Italian penny loafers from Quince were made for an elevated wardrobe.
13. Sightseeing-Approved: The plush, cushioned insoles in these soft leather loafers seal the deal, making them perfect for sightseeing while traveling.

Release Date: March 19 | Studio: David Production | Streamer: Netflix
Cast: Shogo Sakata, Yohei Azakami, Kaito Ishikawa, Rie Takahashi, Kenta Miyake, Masaaki Mizunaka, Kenichirou Matsuda.
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure has become one of anime’s most recognizable franchises, thanks to Hirohiko Araki’s iconic manga, dramatic poses, and larger-than-life battles, not to mention fashion. Each of its nine arcs follows a different member of the Joestar family, all carrying the nickname “JoJo,” while introducing new settings, stories, and supernatural abilities. One of the series’ most distinctive elements is the Stand, a physical manifestation of a person’s spiritual energy that can fight alongside, or sometimes on behalf of, its user.
STEEL BALL RUN takes the franchise in a new direction, introducing Johnny Joestar, a former jockey who was once considered a genius in the sport before becoming paralyzed from the waist down. Set in 1890, the story follows Johnny as he enters a brutal cross-country horse race across America, initially drawn by the mysterious Gyro Zeppeli. But what begins as a competition quickly turns into something much more dangerous as the racers encounter strange incidents and hidden agendas along the way. Now, Johnny and Gyro are entering the 2nd STAGE, a grueling 750-mile journey through the desert. With the race becoming increasingly unpredictable and the true motivations of those involved beginning to surface, simply reaching the finish line may be the least of their problems.

If you’re a fan of over-the-top romantic comedies, it doesn’t get much more chaotic than The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, REALLY Love You. The series follows Rentaro Aijo, a teenager whose terrible luck in love has resulted in 100 straight rejections. With that terrifying responsibility on his shoulders, Rentaro does everything he can to make sure every one of his girlfriends feels equally loved, no matter how complicated his increasingly crowded love life becomes.
Season 3 continues Rentaro’s journey as his group of soulmates keeps growing, bringing with it plenty of new personalities, ridiculous situations, and unexpected romantic moments. For all its absurdity, the series isn’t simply interested in piling on new girlfriends for the sake of the joke. Each character gets a distinct personality, quirks, and relationship with Rentaro, giving the comedy a surprisingly sincere emotional core.
‘You and I are Polar Opposites’ Season 2
Episodes 10 to 13
Release Date: July 5 | Studio: Lapin Track | Streamer: Crunchyroll
Cast: Sayumi Suzushiro, Shougo Sakata, Wataru Katou, Cocoro Oomori.
You and I Are Polar Opposites quickly won over fans when it premiered earlier this year, and now the charming romantic comedy is back for another season. Based on Kōcha Agasawa’s popular manga, the series stands out for its refreshingly grounded take on young love, finding humor in the awkward moments while also giving its characters room to deal with insecurity, vulnerability, and the emotional ups and downs that come with navigating a first relationship. The story revolves around Miyu Suzuki and Yuusuke Tani, two classmates who seem like they couldn’t be less compatible.
Suzuki is bubbly, social, and constantly conscious of how other people perceive her, while Tani is reserved, direct, and perfectly comfortable ignoring everyone else’s expectations. Despite their differences, the two gradually grow closer and discover that their contrasting personalities might be exactly what makes their relationship work. Season 2 continues exploring Suzuki and Tani’s relationship as they figure out what it means to be together, but their romance isn’t happening in a vacuum. Their friends are also beginning to navigate their own crushes and relationships, bringing new romantic complications and plenty of opportunities for the series to explore the messy, funny, and sometimes surprisingly sweet reality of being a teenager in love.

Jacob Elordi’s ‘The Dog Stars’ Flops With Weak $8M Opening
Jacob Elordi’s latest movie, “The Dog Stars,” has failed to make an impression at the box office during its opening weekend.
Despite the actor’s growing popularity following movies like “Wuthering Heights” and “Frankenstein,” his star power couldn’t help boost the film’s performance.
“The Dog Stars” earned just $8 million during its opening weekend, falling far short of its more than $80 million production budget.

“The Dog Stars” failed to attract a large audience during its opening weekend, despite being led by one of Hollywood’s rising stars, Jacob Elordi.
The film was shown in about 3,330 theaters across North America but brought in only $8 million during its first weekend in cinemas. This placed it fifth on the domestic box-office chart, behind several competing releases, including “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” and “Coyote vs. Acme.”
Expectations were higher given its $80 million budget and the fact that it was helmed by Ridley Scott. However, Scott’s presence, like Elordi’s, failed to translate into strong box-office numbers.
Viewers Share Mixed Reactions To ‘The Dog Stars’
Online, some viewers who reviewed the movie shared their disappointment with its plot.
“It just didn’t really go anywhere, first hour I was in, but the second hour it lost complete control. If anything, it was a post-apocalyptic love story,” one wrote.
“I don’t know how a decent story from the book can be so poorly represented in a film,” another individual shared.
“DOG STARS is the kind of post-apocalyptic flick you’ll instantly forget,” someone else stated. “Despite being one of my favorite genres, it makes a series of underwhelming choices and has absolutely nothing new to say. Ridley Scott is on cruise control.”
Jacob Elordi Fights To Survive In ‘The Dog Stars’
“The Dog Stars” is adapted from Peter Heller’s 2012 novel and follows a lone survivor living with his dog at an abandoned airport after an apocalyptic event. His isolated existence takes a turn when he discovers a mysterious radio signal and sets out to find its source, all while struggling to secure food and other essential supplies.
While the film explores familiar post-apocalyptic themes, it takes a different approach by leaving out the zombies often seen in the genre.
Elordi leads the cast as the film’s central character, with Margaret Qualley, Josh Brolin, Guy Pearce, Allison Janney, and Benedict Wong also appearing in key roles.
Ridley Scott’s ‘The Last Duel’ Suffered A Similar Fate

“The Dog Stars’” weak debut also draws comparisons to Scott’s 2021 historical drama “The Last Duel,” which opened with just $4.7 million in October that year despite a production budget of roughly $100 million.
At the time, Scott claimed that Disney had done a fantastic job promoting “The Last Duel.” He then blamed millennials for the movie’s poor performance, citing their alleged ignorance of history.
“I think what it boils down to [is] what we’ve got today [are] the audiences who were brought up on these fucking cell phones. The millennials do not ever want to be taught anything unless you are told it on the cell phone,” Scott said.
Will Jacob Elordi And Ridley Scott Work Together Again?

“The Dog Stars” marks the first collaboration between Elordi and veteran director Scott. For now, there is no indication that the two intend to work together again, and the film’s disappointing box-office performance could make another collaboration even less likely.
However, both are already moving on to other projects following their first collaboration.
Elordi is in talks to take on a lead role in A24’s upcoming thriller “Scapegoat.” If he joins the project, he is expected to star alongside former Marvel star Scarlett Johansson.
Meanwhile, Scott recently revealed that he is “rewriting the next Alien film,” which will likely serve as the last installment in the iconic sci-fi franchise.
