President Trump just took the most disruptive action of the entire Clarity Act fight — and almost no one in crypto is connecting the dots yet. On June 24, 2026, he abruptly canceled the signing ceremony for the bipartisan 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act (which passed Senate 85-5 and House 358-32) and declared he will not sign ANY bill until Congress passes the SAVE America Act, his voter-ID bill that doesn’t have the 60 votes to clear a Senate filibuster.
