Day 20/21 | Arms Day Pump | Evening Routine & Gym Motivation | Daily Fitness Vlog
After a clean, focused morning routine and a powerful office day, here’s how the second half went:
Took Kashmiri Kahwah and curd as a light pre-lunch refresh.
Had a solid lunch and came back to the room.
Changed and prepped with my beetroot pre-drink and pre-workout meal.
Got into gym mode and headed out—focused, fueled, and fired up.
Arms Workout (with Warm-up & Stretching):
1. Tricep Pushdowns – 5 sets of 8-10 reps
2. Bodyweight Dips – 5 sets of 8-10 reps
3. Overhead Cable Tricep Extensions – 5 sets of 8-10 reps
4. Bayesian Cable Curls – 5 sets of 8-10 reps
5. Dumbbell Preacher Curls – 5 sets of 8-10 reps
Finished the session by admiring the arm pump in the mirror—it was real, raw, and worth it.
Post-Workout Fuel:
Creatine with water
Chicken and eggs for optimal recovery and muscle growth
Evening Routine:
Prepped chia seeds and Gond Katira for tomorrow’s breakfast
Ended the day with Ashwagandha in warm milk for recovery and deep sleep
