  1. Hello mate does this exercise help with knee pain as well ?

  2. I absolutely love your videos and advice. Can ask a question regarding the exercises on this video.
I have recently been diagnosed with an abnormal hip on the left side, basically my hip joint is shaped leg an egg rather than a ball. This restricts my hip internal and external rotation on my left side.
I do lots of clams and and regular exercises.
Would I benefit from these exercises with the condition I have.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  3. As a runner, I do all these four in some moderation which help me a lot to 1) improve my mobility and 2) make sure all those muscles around hip are working properly

  4. Dude God bless you. You have helped me and thousands of people immensely.

  5. They get to complicated and wont even bother

  6. I can only do the full deep squat if my feet are 45 degrees o more, pointing outwards. If I let them straight I fall backwards 😅 I don’t know if it’s just because Im 5”.00 or is lack of mobility.

  7. fantastic, very good video

  8. What if I feel knee pain?

  9. WOW dude, no edits one take.

  10. This makes me want to split my leg day into two sessions: Hip Day and Traditional

  11. This is so helpful thank you!

  12. i get hip pain whenever i deep squat with weight , which one do you recommend focusing the most?

  13. Hope it's ok doing these without the band first because I am so wobbly and it feels hard as it is! Apart from the banded airplane that's too hard right now. Banded squats seem ok but my ankles are stiff haha (I'm watching your other video on ankle mobility)

  14. Just plugged this into ' hevy' as a routine as I'm having pain in my hip!

  15. Great content and help, thanks!

  16. Thank you for your video. I am a runner. I have nagging pain in hip area (I think this is piriformis or glutus medius strain) for more than 1 year. Would you recommend these exercises for my case? And how often to do them?

  17. Really great exercises, you can do them without any discomfort and you can feel that they give you a lot, thanks! Greetings from Poland!

  18. Thanks Doc. I fixed piraformas syndrome that I have suffered for years with your great content! I self diagnosed long priaformas and fixed it with clamshells and then plank clamshells. I also just learned that my nagging hip flexor pain on the same side is linked to a strength issue in my glute med. mate be assured you have improved my life. Thanks from Canberra Australia.

  19. I don't even know if it's hip flexor pain or if it's pain within the way my hip joint moves in the ball and socket😮 I've tried everything I know that the second I start to hinge or even sit down it's burning and it is painful front/side mostly front just awful.hate to I don't know squat or sit down 😢😢 although I do have l4 l5 disc herniation and back pain, most of the pain is in the hip crease. I do try everything I can on all the videos to rehab and I've been doing for months, still pain. Just because I'm not sure what I'm diagnosed with and I know it's hard over the internet but any tips would be great on what to start with like just opinion wise

  20. Are you able to do the splits

  21. I still do this but my left side hurts tremendously I also have the same problem with upper body when I try to do pull-ups I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I try to do the clamshell everything hurts

  22. How often could these exercises be done? Would daily be too much? Would you recommended them to be done as part of a warm up before leg day?

  23. I am counting 5 exercises. lol

  24. I’ve watched a LOT of hip videos, this one is the best! Well done sir!

  25. If the shoulder cannot withstand the side plank, cause the clam still be done and be effective??

  26. Always the best, you're God.

  27. After 3 days my hip is much better, but my elbows hurt a little lol … Is that normal ?

  28. I'm wondering how heavy should the resistance band be?

  29. Can this be done daily or is that to much?

  30. Dude thank you so much. I’m so grateful for your comprehension and the work you’re doing. Helping me big time.

  31. Dude, I had hip repair 4 months ago (hip impingement)therapy help but not 100% doing your exercises showed me how weak they still were….much appreciated ❤❤

  32. for anyone who doesn't have bands -> ive been doing these without the bands for a couple months and its been working great, I wouldn't let it prevent you from starting.
but I just got a set of bands for Christmas and wooh I'm sweating, definately a better workout with the bands! looking forward to seeing the difference in results now that I have some bands.

thanks for the help squat university
