Kneeling Shoulder Press
Bicep Curls
(Repeat Another Round)

Swings
Squats
Front Raises
Close Hand Push Ups

  5. Did this one for the evening at home having completed the previous 7 sessions across the past week! Went for 50 lb. dumbbells on the deadlifts, suitcase squats and glute bridges with 25 lb. dumbbells for the other volume resistance based movements!

    This is a new favorite of mine, I was sweating profusely after the second final core set of round 2. Interested to revisit this workout session at the gym with more varied equipment like kettlebells or other weights of dumbbells to increase the challenge factor!
