1. Barbell over mid foot.
2. Place hands on barbell.
3. Bring shins to barbell.
4. Squeeze chest out/up.
5. Drag barbell up body.

  13. Also wingspan (arm length) affects your posture. Short arms results in higher hips and long arms in lower hips.

  21. i did this and followed mark rippetoe as well but my lower back got messed up pretty bad.i am all torso guy as mentioned in the video.the problem happened when i lowered the bar to the ground..what did i do wrong?i felt all the pressure in my lower back even though its a compound movement.

  24. No idea what I'm doing wrong. If I use the narrow stance my deadlift is weak and I frequently injure myself but if I use a shoulder wide stance I can pull heavy with no pain whatsoever.
