Why you are not gaining muscle part 9, you are not using a log book to track what you are doing in the gym. I will leave a link to 3 apps you can download for free in the comments that allow you to track what you do in the gym. If you want to grow the most muscle possible then the most efficient way to do this is to progressively overload, you can do this without log booking. However to be able to train in the most efficient manner you want to see what you have done last time, then just do a little more than that in this session by improving in either better form, more reps , or more weight.
