‘How to Train Your Dragon 2’

Release Date: June 11th, 2027

Live-action remakes of animated movies have had a massively mixed reception in the modern era, usually having overwhelming box-office success despite middling reception from critics and audiences. However, one exception to the rule was How to Train Your Dragon, thanks largely to having the same director as the original animated trilogy and dedicating themselves to recreating the magic of the original movies. This helped the original film be a massive hit with audiences and immediately greenlit a live-action remake of the sequel, How to Train Your Dragon 2.

Even today, many fans consider the animated How to Train Your Dragon 2 to be the best in the franchise, placing all sorts of hype and excitement on a live-action remake of this iconic story. While many other live-action remakes have largely followed their own path in terms of sequels and prequels, this is one of the only times when an actual high-profile animated sequel is being given the live-action remake treatment. If it even comes close to the impact and emotional weight of the animated version, then it will surely be an absolute blast.

‘Practical Magic 2’

Release Date: September 11th, 2026

Nicole Kidman and Sandra Bullock in Practical Magic 2 Image via Warner Bros.

The original Practical Magic was a quaint yet undeniably charming 90s fantasy rom-com, largely succeeding off of the comedic duo of Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman as they acquainted themselves with the world of magic and witchcraft. Following in the footsteps of other female-led legacy sequels of recent memory, like Freakier Friday and The Devil Wears Prada 2, Practical Magic 2 is building off of the cult following that the original has been building, bringing back the same iconic duo with various new faces for a fun modern twist.

Simply bringing back the charming presence and combination of Kidman and Bullock on-screen together for fantasy mischief is enough for fans of the original film to get excited about this return to form. However, Kidman and Bullock are not the only returning cast members, as Stockard Channing and Dianne Wiest are also reprising their roles, being joined by new faces in Lee Pace, Maisie Williams, Joey King, Xolo Maridueña and Solly McLeod.

Frozen has quickly cemented itself as one of the most celebrated and iconic Disney films of the 21st century, with both the original film and its sequel finding massive blockbuster success as true evolutions to the classic Disney princess musical formula. This has laid the groundwork for a large amount of anticipation and excitement for this long-awaited third film in the franchise, with Frozen III set to release 8 years after Frozen II. With the same cast and crew returning to the world of Arendelle, one can only assume that the film will be of similar musical charm and wit as the previous films.

Frozen II had already made waves when it released by being one of the few truly great Disney sequels to get a primary theatrical release and was a part of the larger Walt Disney Animation Studios. Even if Frozen III proves to be little more than just similarly catchy songs and compelling wintertime animation, there will be a lot of flourish and flair to make this film a must-watch among the animated fantasy films of the future.

The Legend of Zelda continues to be one of the most recognizable and highly acclaimed fantasy video game franchises of all time, laying claim to countless masterpieces that have helped shape and reform the very medium of video games in their success. It seems entirely baffling that such an important and prominent video game franchise has still never made the jump to the big screen, yet, following the success of Nintendo’s previous cinematic outing in The Super Mario Bros. Movie, The Legend of Zelda is finally getting the movie treatment.

Set in live-action and helmed by Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes director Wes Ball, this film has all the expectations in the world in having to live up to such an iconic video game franchise, yet certainly has the tools and potential to make fans proud. A lot of specifics about the film are still a mystery, but the few promo photos show that they’re taking inspiration from across the entire history of the franchise, from the early NES games to the recent masterpiece, Breath of the Wild.

‘Highlander’

Release Date: TBA

highlander-hency-cavill-social
highlander-hency-cavill-social

The original Highlander was one of the most iconic, ruthlessly brutal fantasy action movies that the 80s had to offer, still being iconic in its stature despite a myriad of underwhelming sequels in the years since its release. It seemed all but inevitable that the Highlander franchise would find a reboot in the modern day, yet it’s the star power and talent attached that makes the upcoming Highlander film a real must-watch. Even without a confirmed release date, the Highlander reboot is one of the most promising and exciting fantasy films of the future.

The biggest draw for excitement is that the reboot comes from director Chad Stahelski, whose previous work includes all four main series entries in the legendary John Wick franchise. On top of that, the film is filled with exceptional talent across the board, with Henry Cavill in the leading role and a top-notch supporting casting including Russell Crowe, Karen Gillan, Djimon Hounsou, Dave Bautista, and Jeremy Irons. Between Cavill’s previous experience in fantasy action playing Geralt in The Witcher and this being Stahelski’s first non-John Wick directorial work, there is overwhelming potential in this being even better than the iconic original.

‘The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum’

Release Date: December 17th, 2027

the-lord-of-the-rings-smeagol-1
Andy Serkis returns to star in The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum.
New Line Pictures/Everett Collection

Few fantasy movie franchises even come close to the stature and overwhelming praise that has graced The Lord of the Rings films, with them often finding themselves among conversation as some of the greatest blockbusters ever made and masterpieces of 21st century filmmaking. Even after a less than masterful trilogy of The Hobbit films, the allure and excitement for more Middle-earth films is compelling, leading to the return to these iconic characters with The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum.

The film will follow an often untold chapter of The Lord of the Rings mythos, where Gandalf and Aragorn hunt for Gollum after his escape from Mordor, happening in parallel with early events of The Fellowship of the Ring. The immediate draw for many fans is that it features a lot of the same cast as the legendary Peter Jackson films, with the likes of Andy Serkis, Ian McKellen, Kate Winslet, Lee Pace, and Elijah Wood all reprising their roles from the Jackson films. Serkis himself is even directing the film, a perfect fit considering his iconic performance is what helped bring Gollum to life in the first place.

‘Elden Ring’

Release Date: March 3rd, 2028

One of the biggest and most acclaimed fantasy video game releases of recent memory, Elden Ring has been an overwhelming phenomenon that expanded upon the Soulslike formula to create FromSoftware’s magnum opus in combination with intricate worldbuilding from George R. R. Martin. The stature and legacy of the original game makes this cinematic adaptation all the more enticing for fans, as the world of Elden Ring is rife with potential in its intricate world and pure spectacle.

However, it’s the combination of passion and talent from director Alex Garland that really sets this film apart as one of the most anticipated video game adaptations. Garland has not only been on an absolute hot streak as both a director and a writer, but he has a clear passion and understanding of Elden Ring‘s game and story, being dedicated to accuracy and recreating the energy of the games above all else. With A24’s backing and giving him large creative control, Elden Ring could just become one of the all-time greatest video game adaptations.

LAIKA has been the go-to animation studio for masterful stop-motion ever since their inception, releasing masterpiece after masterpiece in their tenure of brilliant fantasy filmmaking. However, after an elongated period of no feature films from the studio, Wildwood is setting itself up to possibly be their most enthralling and captivating stop-motion fantasy experience yet. The film follows a young girl going on a journey off into a mysterious magical world in order to save her kidnapped baby brother from a mysterious witch.

The film seems to be sporting some of the most breathtaking and exceptionally crafted stop-motion animation that the studio has ever created so far. Especially in a modern era where human achievement and meticulous craft in filmmaking is more greatly appreciated, Wildwood has the potential to wow and delight audiences better than any LAIKA film before it. If the story can similarly live up to its visual mastery, then this could easily be one of the definitive animated masterpieces of the decade.

Adapting one of the most acclaimed and celebrated fantasy novels of all time, Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew is also looking to continue and extend the cinematic legacy of the Narnia franchise, which previously had an entire successful trilogy in the 2000s. While it’s inherently exciting enough to see this beloved series return to the big screen, the real selling point of this upcoming must-watch epic is that it’s being helmed by director Greta Gerwig, as her last film Barbie was an inescapable cultural phenomenon.

With Gerwig being given massive Netflix blockbuster funding and the creative liberties to tell the story of Narnia in her own distinct way, even non-fans of the Narnia franchise have grown antsy with anticipation as to what Gerwig could accomplish with this timeless material. Netflix themselves seems to have high hopes for this blockbuster, as the film is set to be one of the first real theatrical releases for the studio, collaborating with IMAX and making a true, must-watch blockbuster event out of the film.

It’s certainly easy to be more excited about the prominent fantasy films that are closest to their wide release, but ever since this project was announced, Christopher Nolan‘s take on The Odyssey has been at the top of anticipated fantasy movies and possibly even movies in general. The very prospect of one of the greatest modern-day filmmakers providing his own twist and perspective on one of the most influential and important epics in human history is the stuff that dreams are made of.

The potential and excitement is certainly there, as anticipation and fervor for the film has only exponentially grown following the release of various trailers and sneak peeks at its content. From the high-tension Trojan horse sequence to the battle against the Cyclops, the trailers do a great job of showing off standout moments without giving away too much about the overarching story and experience. It was already being perceived as one of the year’s best before trailers were even released, with the short time until its release feeling like an eternity in patience.

Summer House’s Ciara Slams West’s Beta Blocker Reunion Excuse

Published

on

Ciara-split.jpg

Ciara Miller questioned whether West Wilson was a “sociopath” during part three of the Summer House reunion — and she stands by the thought.

Taking to Threads just hours after the final part of the reunion aired on Tuesday, June 9, Ciara, 30, rebuffed West’s claim that taking a beta blocker prior to filming helped him “stay composed as much as possible” amid facing backlash over his romance with Amanda Batula. (Cleveland Clinic describes beta blockers as a class of medication “most commonly used for problems involving your heart and circulatory system.”)

“Just a medical note: beta blockers DON’T remove emotion,” Ciara, a registered nurse, wrote via the social media platform. “They work by blocking adrenaline from binding to beta receptors in your heart, blood vessels, and muscles (the receptors responsible for the physical symptoms of anxiety like increased heart rate, raised blood pressure, and trembling).”

Ciara, who dated West, 31, off and on before he and her former close friend Amanda, 34, embarked on a secret relationship in February, continued, “The emotional experience remains, but the physical stress response can’t fully activate. It’s like putting your fight or flight symptoms on DND [do not disturb] … enough with the beta blocker bulls***.”

Summer House’s Ciara Miller seemingly threw some shade at ex-boyfriend West Wilson and her former BFF Amanda Batula in light of the pair’s confirmed romance. While hosting red carpet interviews at the season 2 premiere of Your Friends & Neighbors in New York City on Monday, March 30, Ciara, 30, was asked by the Apple […]

West’s admission to administering beta blockers came after host Andy Cohen asked whether he was “on a bunch” of meds due to the blank expression he offered to emotional feedback directed his way during the reunion’s third instalment.

“Everybody’s so emotional around you, about you and their relationship with you and you’re like this [blank face]?” Cohen, 58, asked West, who then explained that he was conscious of maintaining composure.

“Or, you’re just a sociopath,” Ciara offered before West then claimed he took one beta blocker prior to filming. “That’s why I’m not sobbing. This matters to me. I apologize if I don’t read emotional enough,” West responded.

Fans on Threads were quick to show their support for Ciara, with one person commenting, “It’s actually hilarious that they thought that would work while in the presence of a nurse.” Another person added, “Can confirm. I’m a beta blocker girlie and can fully express my emotions.”

Part 3 of the Summer House reunion also saw West and Amanda address whether they’d found love with one another amid the scandal. When asked by Cohen whether their romance had turned that serious, West said before expressing his commitment to the relationship, “We are not using the word ‘love’ right now. It’s been two months, three months.”

Amanda, who announced her separation from ex-husband Kyle Cooke in January, agreed that it was too “early” to declare that they’d found love, but the pair were “having conversations about [how] serious our feelings [are] and where it’s going.” (Amanda and Kyle, 43, split after four years of marriage.)

After weeks of speculation at the time, Amanda and West announced via a joint Instagram statement on March 31 that they were indeed romantically involved.

Taylor Swift Rocks Western Dress at Toy Story 5 Premiere

Published

on

Everything to Know About RHOSLC Alum Jen Shah's Legal Drama

Taylor Swift paid tribute to her country roots — and her favorite Toy Story character — while celebrating the film series’ fifth instalment.

Stepping out for the Los Angeles premiere of Toy Story 5 at the Dolby Theatre on Tuesday, June 9, Swift, 36, rocked a strapless Western-inspired patchwork Erdem corset gown on the red carpet.

Swift, who penned her original track “I Knew It, I Knew You” to be featured in the film, paired the fall/winter 2026 creation with a gold horseshoe necklace and gold peep-toe heels. The ensemble’s country theme nodded to Toy Story’s Jessie, who inspired Swift’s new song and also influenced her childhood dress-up days, as revealed by the singer via social media last week.

The romantic ensemble was accentuated with the singer’s signature red lip and cat eye makeup, as well as a half-up hairstyle that showed off her soft bangs.

According to InStyle, Swift leant on styling guidance from Joseph Cassell Falconer, who “has worked with her since her Speak Now era.” (Speak Now was Swift’s third studio album, originally released in October 2010 before it was re-recorded and released again in July 2023.)

The musician posed for photos on the red carpet with the stars of Toy Story 5, which will be released on Friday, June 19, including Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Joan Cusack, Greta Lee and Conan O’Brien.

An X video, shared by Hollywood Reporter journalist Borys Kit, also captured Swift enjoying time within the theatre itself. Footage showed her speaking to a young child as podcaster Kelly Stafford watched on with her own children.

Additional social media footage shared by Variety showed Swift on stage in the venue, performing “I Knew It, I Knew You” for the first time in public. THR also posted a video that captured Swift joining fellow musician Randy Newman for a live rendition of his Toy Story track “You’ve Got a Friend in Me,” treating the audience to a costume change that saw her perform in a vivid yellow floor-length gown.

Swift took to Instagram on Friday, June 5, to mark her inclusion on the Toy Story 5 soundtrack. “Writing this song felt like a musical departure and coming home at the same time. Creating something for Jessie was a new challenge and also felt like second nature all at once. And being a @toystory kid from the age of 5 til now … is an adventure I plan to be on, to infinity and beyond,” she wrote.

Rare childhood footage of Swift accompanied the post, showing her as a youngster stomping around a house dressed in a Jessie-inspired cowgirl outfit complete with a cowboy hat and boots.

Crediting her co-creator Jack Antonoff within the post, Swift continued, “We wrote this with so much adoration for these characters that made us laugh and helped us learn lessons and think outside the backyard all throughout our childhoods.”

Set Phasers To Fun: The Year Of Star Trek Video Games Is Here

Set Phasers To Fun: The Year Of Star Trek Video Games Is Here

By Chris Snellgrove
| Published

Star Trek has been entertaining sci-fi fans for 60 years through TV shows, movies, books, and comics. There’s only one entertainment sector where the franchise historically falters: video games. If we’re being honest, there have only ever been a handful of really good Star Trek games, and the best ones came out literally decades ago. Because of that, any Star Trek fans looking to lose themselves in a good video game would be forgiven for giving a Bones-like prognosis to the state of modern Trek titles: “it’s dead, Jim!”

However, all of that is changing. We already got Star Trek: Voyager—Across the Unknown, a game that puts us in command of Voyager as the crew tries to make it back home from the Delta Quadrant. Later this year, we’ll be getting a SimCity-style game (Star Trek: Outposts Unknown) as well as a digital, customizable card battler (Star Trek Warp). Next year, Star Trek: Shadow Frontier will put us in control of Ro Laren, with Michelle Forbes reprising her role from The Next Generation. So, what’s the deal with all these games? What are they about, and when can you play them? Keep scrolling to replicate answers to all these questions!

Finally, You Can Kill Tuvix Yourself

The first game to kick off the Star Trek video game renaissance is Star Trek: Voyager—Across the Unknown, and it takes the franchise where it has never gone before. You take control of Voyager after it is zapped into the Delta Quadrant, and like Captain Janeway, you must help everyone find their way back home to the Alpha Quadrant. Much of the game is spent managing finite resources and using your best judgment of which systems to prioritize. Speaking of judgment, you’ll have to make snap calls in several adventures (including recreations of iconic Voyager dilemmas, like whether to kill Tuvix) that can save the day or possibly get everyone killed.

The general consensus on Star Trek: VoyagerAcross the Unknown (which is out now on console and PC) is that it’s good but not great. The most notable thing about it is arguably its sandbox nature and its emphasis on resource management. Historically, many Star Trek games have been shooters, real-time strategy games, and RPGs filled with bonkers puzzles. This was the first game to focus extensively on both resource management and narrative choices, making it arguably the best Starfleet captain simulation since the 2002 title Star Trek: Bridge Commander.

Two More To Beam Up

star trek

Surprisingly enough, we’re going to get two more Star Trek games this year. One of them is Star Trek: Outposts Unknown (which will be released for PC and console sometime this year). This game is designed like SimCity, but with a Trek twist. Basically, you are trying to build, maintain, and defend an outpost on a distant planet. That means exploring strange new worlds, gathering resources, and defending everyone from the planet’s most hostile creatures. While not exactly a cozy game, the Outposts Unknown demo (which is out on Steam) proved surprisingly relaxing, which may be good news for players who don’t like the intensity of games like StarCraft.

The other big Star Trek video game of 2026 is Star Trek Warp. This title is described as a “card battler” that lets players “choose characters from a huge roster of Star Trek legends, heroes, and villains, and deploy them at iconic locations like Ten-Forward and the Warp Core.” With seven virtual lanes to defend, this game is designed to keep you on your toes; the title also features both PvE and PvP modes. Overall, Warp sounds like the weird lovechild of League of Legends (what with the lane defense) and the old Star Trek Customizable Card Game. That might just help it appeal to both young fans and older fans.

A New Strategy And An Old Legend

The most exciting new Star Trek game won’t be coming out until next year. Star Trek: Shadow Frontier is a survival horror title where a Starfleet officer must survive on a mysterious planet. The twist? That officer is Ro Laren, who once left the Enterprise-D to join the Maquis before making her way back to Starfleet. Since her surprise appearance in Picard, fans have been wondering how she went from being a principled rebel to being a good, rule-abiding officer. Shadow Frontier may very well give us that explanation. If nothing else, it will give us something unique: a Silent Hill-type game set in the Star Trek universe.

So, what’s up with this sudden influx of Star Trek video games? The smart money is that Paramount is continuing to throw everything at the wall with this franchise to see what sticks. No Star Trek show is currently in development, and the only definitive thing on the horizon is a movie intended to give this universe its second huge reboot. Trek games (particularly those featuring characters like Ro Laren and Tuvok) are a way of appealing to older fans who like the IP and younger fans who just like gaming. By seeing what sells, Paramount can finally get to the bottom of a decades-old question: what the heck Star Trek fans actually want.

The Pitt’s Shabana Azeez Reveals Season 3 Change After Cast Exits

Published

on

The Pitt Stars Celebrate Thanksgiving 2025 By Giving Thanks to Health Care Workers

The Pitt is going through another major change — with a main character leaving the ER in season 3.

Shabana Azeez, who plays student doctor Victoria Javadi, told Bustle earlier this month that she will be returning to the hit HBO Max show in a different way, saying, “I’m not in the ER this season.”

Azeez broke down the reason for the shakeup.

“I’ve done my ER rotation, so I’m doing my psychiatry rotation,” she continued. “It’s a very different vibe for me. And I’m scared and nervous. But it’s an honor to be able to show that part of medicine.”

The season 3 update comes after The Pitt received backlash for Supriya Ganesh‘s exit. The actress made her mark on HBO Max’s The Pitt when she was introduced in the role of Samira Mohan.

Ganesh appeared in two seasons before news broke in March that she would be written out of the show after season 2. The decision wasn’t well recieved by fans who were still upset about Tracy Ifeachor‘s exit after season 1. Both departures were referred to as a creative choice.

“It’s sort of the nature of the show. Unfortunately, the way the medical profession works, you come in, you learn, you move on, and we want to try and be as truthful to that process as possible,” Gemmill explained to Us Weekly at the time. “So we’re going to turn over our cast. But I think it’s a great launching pad for people, and that’s the best we can do.”

In a separate interview, Gemmill addressed the criticism surrounding multiple women of color leaving The Pitt.

“It eliminates the false jeopardy some shows have,” he told Vulture. “[Mohan] is somebody who doesn’t have a job lined up and might not know where she’s going next, and we’re trying to build up the uncertainty that these young physicians face.”

The interviewer pointed out to Gemmill that the show’s two major departures have both been women of color. In response, Gemmill called it “just a by-product of having a diverse cast,” adding, “We have a lot of women, and a lot of women of color. It’s just a coincidence more than anything else.”

The Pitt cast has not shied away from reacting to losing some of their own as multiple actors leave the show. HBO Max’s hit series, which premiered in January 2025, follows a group of employees at a fictional Pittsburgh hospital’s ER working a single 15-hour shift. The series is led by Dr. Robby (Noah Wyle), […]

Wyle, 54, also defended the casting shakeup.

“Emergency rooms have a high revolving door,” Wyle told Variety at PaleyFest’s screening of The Pitt earlier this month. “As always, we try to bring in new characters or promote from within as we go through these cast changes and try to keep the story lines fresh.”

Wyle didn’t rule out more departures before the show starts filming season 3, adding, “It’s an inevitability that’s going to happen every season with this show, because as writers we’re hard-pressed to figure out what a lapse of time we can have and keep most of the ensemble together realistically.”

He concluded: “Obviously Supriya has been a huge part of our show since the beginning. Dr. Mohan is a beloved character, and I love playing with her and working with Supriya, and we wish her all the best in her next endeavors, and we’re going to miss her.”

The Pitt has been renewed for season 3 on HBO Max.

Meghan Markle is celebrating the arrival of a new season with a rare look into her home life with Prince Harry and their children.

Markle, 44, took to Instagram on Tuesday, June 9, to post a carousel of candid photos snapped throughout the couple’s idyllic home in Montecito, California.

“Springing into summer 🌼,” the Duchess of Sussex captioned the post, which opened with a black-and-white snap of herself lying on the grass with a straw hat, concealing her face as she sprawled beside a bunch of fresh-cut blooms.

Another shot captured Harry, 41, kicking a super-sized soccer ball around the grass with the couple’s son, Archie, 7, while another image showed their daughter, Lilibet, 5, wearing a white T-shirt emblazoned with an illustration of Beyoncé. “B if for Beyoncé,” read a line of text above the drawing, which also depicted large hoop earrings that read “Queen Bey” from left to right.

A second black-and-white shot showed Markle and Harry from behind, seated on a bench seemingly amid a workout as Markle rested her sneaker-clad feet up next to her as she cuddled Harry, who wore a backwards cap.

Additional photos in the carousel showed the couple’s rescue beagle, Mamma Mia, sleeping under the sunshine just off the home’s porch, a bird’s nest filled with three white eggs and later with three baby birds, Markle rocking a double denim ensemble and slicing onions in the kitchen, and a basket haul of fresh vegetables and fruit seemingly harvested from the family’s garden.

Just five days prior, Markle celebrated Lilibet’s 5th birthday with a smaller Instagram carousel that showed both the youngster exploring a lush green garden and her being doted on by her beaming parents. “Our dream girl,” Markle captioned the post. “Happy 5th birthday, Lili.”

Meghan Markle is celebrating her and Prince Harry’s daughter, Princess Lilibet, on International Women’s Day. “For the woman she will one day be … Happy International Women’s Day,” Meghan, 44, wrote via Instagram on Sunday, March 8, noting that the photo was taken by Harry, 41. “📸: Papa Sussex.” In the snap, Meghan is seen […]

Markle and Harry tied the knot on May 19, 2018, at Windsor Castle’s St George’s Chapel in England. They celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary the same month that they welcomed Archie into the world. The following year, the pair announced their decision to step back as senior members of the royal family before relocating to the U.S. permanently.

News broke in August, 2020, that the couple had purchased a $14.65 million home in Montecito. A source told Us Weekly at the time, “Montecito is only just over an hour’s drive from L.A., which is where a majority of their work is based, yet far enough away to escape the crowds, paparazzi and tourism in Hollywood.”

Lilibet arrived in June 2021. The pair shared via a statement posted to their philanthropy website at the time, “On June 4th, we were blessed with the arrival of our daughter, Lili. She is more than we could have ever imagined, and we remain grateful for the love and prayers we’ve felt from across the globe. Thank you for your continued kindness and support during this very special time for our family.”

The couple added that their daughter’s first name was chosen to honor her late great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, who died at the age of 96 in September 2022. She had held the family nickname, Lilibet, herself.

Your Universe Has Been Chosen
You Belong In…

Your answers point to the iconic universe your values, your instincts, and your particular way of seeing the world were built for. This is where you would find your people — and your purpose.

A Galaxy Far, Far Away

Star Wars

You believe in the cause — in the idea that freedom is worth fighting for even when the odds are impossible and the empire is vast.

  • You are drawn to the moral clarity of a universe where hope itself is a form of resistance.
  • You’d find your people in the Rebellion — a ragtag coalition of true believers held together by conviction more than resources.
  • Star Wars is fundamentally a story about ordinary people choosing to matter in an extraordinary conflict — and that is exactly your kind of story.
  • The Force may or may not be with you. But the will to use it for something larger than yourself certainly is.

Middle-earth

Lord of the Rings

You understand, in the deepest part of yourself, that the journey matters as much as the destination — and that the world’s beauty is worth protecting even at great cost.

  • Middle-earth is a world of ancient wonder, deep friendship, and a darkness that only retreats when enough small acts of courage accumulate.
  • You would thrive here because you value the fellowship more than the glory — the road more than the arrival.
  • Tolkien’s universe rewards patience, loyalty, and the willingness to carry something heavy across a very long distance.
  • Those are not burdens to you. They are simply how you move through the world.

The Wizarding World

Harry Potter

You believe that love, loyalty, and doing what’s right are not naive sentiments — they are the most powerful forces in any world, magical or otherwise.

  • The Wizarding World is a place of wonder hidden in plain sight, where learning is transformative and the bonds you form at school follow you into every battle.
  • You would flourish here because you take both the magic and the friendships seriously — and you understand that one without the other is incomplete.
  • Harry Potter’s universe ultimately rewards those who choose to stand for something even when standing is terrifying.
  • That choice — made quietly, without guarantee — is something you understand completely.

Westeros · The Known World

Game of Thrones

You see the world clearly — its power structures, its hypocrisies, its brutal arithmetic — and you are not paralysed by that clarity. You use it.

  • Westeros is a world that rewards intelligence, adaptability, and the willingness to understand that every alliance is also a negotiation.
  • You would survive here — possibly thrive here — because you don’t confuse the world as it is with the world as you’d like it to be.
  • Game of Thrones is a story about what happens when the idealists and the realists collide. You are sharp enough to know which one lasts longer.
  • Winter always comes. You are already prepared.

The United Federation of Planets

Star Trek

You believe the future is worth building — that curiosity, cooperation, and the expansion of understanding are not just ideals but the most practical path forward for any civilisation.

  • Star Trek is a universe where the questions matter as much as the answers, and where encountering something utterly alien is cause for wonder rather than fear.
  • You would belong here because you are fundamentally optimistic about what intelligence and decency can achieve — while being honest about how hard that achievement is.
  • The Federation is the universe’s most ambitious thought experiment: what if we actually got better?
  • You don’t just hope that’s possible. You think it’s the only thing worth working toward.

What Is ‘The Legend of Vox Machina’ About?

Based on the first Dungeons & Dragons campaign of Critical Role, The Legend of Vox Machina is set in Mercer’s fictional world of Exandria. The series follows Vox Machina, a group of adventurers who undertake dangerous quests to protect the realm. In Season 3, the team faced the Chroma Conclave, a powerful alliance of dragons that sought to conquer Tal’Dorei. After defeating the Conclave, Vox Machina goes their separate ways. Scanlan Shorthalt (Riegel) leaves to travel with his daughter, Kaylie, while Keyleth (Ray) continues her Aramenté, with Vax’ildan (O’Brien) accompanying her. Meanwhile, Vex’ahlia (Bailey) and Percy de Rolo (Jaffe) begin a new chapter together in Whitestone. Season 4 picks up one year after the events of Season 3, exploring what has become of the members of Vox Machina since their separation. However, a new threat soon emerges, forcing the legendary heroes to reunite once again.

The first three episodes of The Legend of Vox Machina Season 4 are available to stream on Prime Video, with new episodes coming out every Wednesday. Follow Collider for more updates.

Taylor Swift Fans Turn On WAG Over Travis Kelce Comment

Published

on

Taylor Swift at the 2019 Billboard Women In Music Presented By YouTube Music

Travis Kelce found himself at the center of unexpected controversy after a joking comment from model Jena Sims sparked backlash among Taylor Swift’s fans.

The wife of golfer Brooks Koepka recently referred to the Kansas City Chiefs star as her “hall pass” while recalling their meeting earlier this year, a remark that quickly ignited criticism online.

While Sims appeared to be joking, many Swift supporters were unimpressed, with some accusing her of crossing a line by publicly discussing the NFL star in that way.

The controversy stems from comments Sims recently made while reflecting on her interactions with Travis Kelce.

The model first met the NFL star at a pro-am golf event in Scottsdale, Arizona, earlier this year.

Kelce and Koepka were paired together for nine holes during the tournament, giving Sims an opportunity to meet someone she had apparently admired for years.

At the time, she openly shared her excitement on social media. “I’m obsessed with Taylor Swift’s fiance even before Taylor was in the picture,” Sims said in a TikTok post

She also uploaded a photo of herself standing alongside Koepka and Kelce at the event while supporting her husband on the course.

Months later, Sims revisited that encounter during an interview and made another comment that quickly grabbed attention online.

While speaking about meeting Kelce, Sims jokingly referred to him as her celebrity exception. “I was so excited to meet Travis Kelce, I mean, he’s my hall pass. Brooks knows that,” she said in an interview with PEOPLE.

The actress also admitted she specifically planned her outfit for the occasion because she knew the NFL star would be there. According to her, she decided to go for something a “little more sportier” than usual.

Sims revealed that her husband found the whole thing amusing. “Brooks was like, ‘You’re so ridiculous,’” she recalled.

Elsewhere in the interview, she also shared that Kelce recognized her when they crossed paths again several weeks later at the Masters. According to her, the interaction caught her completely off guard.

“He came straight up to me and was like, ‘Hey, it’s good to see you again,’” she said. The recognition surprised Sims because she never expected Kelce to remember her after their brief meeting in Arizona.

“I’m like, ‘Oh my God. You remember me?’” she recalled.

Although she clearly enjoyed the interaction, Sims joked that she will not be receiving an invitation to Kelce and Swift’s wedding.

Despite making the remarks as a joke, many Taylor Swift fans did not find the comments quite as funny. Several took to social media to criticize the interview, arguing that the remarks were inappropriate considering Travis Kelce’s relationship with the singer.

One user wrote per the Daily Mail, “This is the kinda sh-t you keep to yourself and don’t say in an interview…” Others were equally blunt in their reactions.

The backlash continued as Swift fans dissected various parts of Sims’ interview. Some were particularly surprised by her admission that she intentionally dressed differently because she expected to meet Kelce.

“To admit the outfit you’re wearing is because of Travis ….like wtf who says that in an interview,” one critic commented.

Another user questioned why the topic needed to be discussed publicly at all. “I’ve never heard of this woman but how disrespectful to all involved. Maybe she shouldn’t be publicly sharing her ‘hall pass’ as a joke,” they said.

Others summed up their reactions in simpler terms. “CRINGE,” one person posted.

Swift and Kelce’s Rumored Venue Linked To Attack That Left Five Injured

Amid the drama, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are getting ready to walk down the aisle this summer.

As the couple gear up for their big day, their wedding venue has been  connected to a disturbing crime story.

As The Blast reported, a violent stabbing rampage unfolded just steps away from Madison Square Garden, the New York arena reportedly being considered for their wedding.

According to reports, five people were slashed inside Penn Station on June 7 when an assailant allegedly attacked victims at random inside the busy transit hub located directly beneath Madison Square Garden.

The incident immediately drew attention because Swift and Kelce are rumored to be planning to host between 1,100 and 1,200 guests on July 3.

Now, security concerns have become an even bigger talking point. Reports indicate Madison Square Garden quickly has implemented enhanced security measures for major events in the area, including increased screening procedures, perimeter controls, and stricter entry requirements.

Taylor Swift Reportedly Left Feeling ‘Very Vulnerable’ After Wedding Leaks Force Major Changes

Last month, The Blast reported that Swift and Travis Kelce were forced to overhaul parts of their wedding plans after a series of leaks exposed details about the highly anticipated event.

According to sources, the leaks were “incredibly disheartening” for the couple, with one insider claiming they had already changed venues and dates in an effort to protect their privacy.

“They’ve had to change venues and dates. It’s been such a monstrous headache, but even worse, it has left Taylor feeling very vulnerable. There are a lot of questions about who to trust,” the source said.

The reported breaches allegedly prompted Swift to become even more protective of the guest list, with strict no-plus-one rules implemented for many attendees.

Insiders claimed the singer didn’t want “random faces in the crowd” and was determined to prevent anyone from “spying” on the ceremony.

One source described the planning process as being “orchestrated like a military operation,” adding that Swift was willing to make “hard choices” if it meant preserving the privacy of what is expected to be one of the most closely watched celebrity weddings in recent memory.
