General Hospital brings high-profile arrest coming at the end of this week on GH. And it may be Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) who is in handcuffs thanks to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). If Tracy is the one that Chase arrests, he may wind up in trouble both at work and at home.

We’re going to get into what Tracy does to aggravate Chase into possibly arresting her and whether any charges will stick along with how this messy family drama and how it will affect Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), Chase, Tracy, and others.

General Hospital: Identifying the High-Profile Arrest

All right. So, we’ve been waiting all week long to see who is the high-profile arrest that Chase makes because honestly, there’s so many storylines to choose from that could have an arrest in it right now. Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) was already arrested for putting three bullets into Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) or trying to if not for the bulletproof vest that he was in. But of course, Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) drove Sidwell to the PCPD.

But stopped along the way and staged an escape, including letting Sidwell pistol whip him to make it look authentic. That way, Cassius could say he was assaulted by Sidwell’s thugs, which is ironic since Cassius is one of Sidwell’s thugs. And now we’ve got Jenz in hiding, and I doubt he’s going to turn up by Friday to be arrested. So, Chase probably isn’t going to arrest Sidwell again.

And then there’s the second person that people were hoping to see arrested. That’s Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). Everybody’s hoping that she’ll be busted for drugging Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) after shooting him. And of course, Willow can’t be charged again with shooting Drew, but she could be charged with spousal abuse, false imprisonment, domestic violence, other charges. Willow drugging and keeping her husband, Drew, her prisoner, is all kinds of criminal.

Willow Gets the Upper Hand on GH

However, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) just offered Willow a deal to give her proof that Drew misused campaign funds. So, if Drew doesn’t keep quiet about Willow, then Drew himself may face arrest. However, it also seems way too fast for either Willow or Drew to be arrested over any of that.

And we know that Brook Lynn is conspiring with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) to make it look like Willow was the other driver that Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) ran off the road. the person that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is trying to blame for Jordan’s facial injuries. Well, we all know it was her and Curtis’s fault.

Jordan was driving down a windy, hilly road on a dark night and then decided to take her eyes off the road to make out with Curtis and drove into oncoming traffic. Rather than owning their stupidity, he’s blaming Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson). But I don’t think that the doctor is going to be the one arrested because there’s just no proof. And Curtis already was cuffed. And despite Brooklyn plotting to ruin Willow, I doubt she or Lucy could trump up evidence that would be enough to get Willow arrested. So, I tend to think none of them are the arrest.

General Hospital: Tracy Quartermaine – The High-Profile Arrest

And yes, I would love to see Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) in handcuffs, but I don’t think there’s time for anyone to get the goods on him between now and Friday. And by the way, the episode hasn’t aired at the time that I’m doing this video. So, big question. Who’s the high-profile arrest that Chase makes? I suspect it may be Tracy Quartermaine, but not like off a warrant or something. I suspect Chase sees Tracy doing something illegal and arrest her on the spot because he witnesses it.

So, official General Hospital spoilers have three tidbits related to this storyline for Friday. One says Tracy has harsh words for Willow. Another has Brook Lynn going to Sonny for help. And the third is that Chase makes that high-profile arrest. But it looks like Tracy does more than just say harsh words.

She suspects that Willow and Chase are cheating. And Tracy even told Chase to pack his bags and get out of her house. But Brook Lynn got Tracy to back down. She doesn’t think Chase is the one in the wrong. Brook Lynn thinks Willow is out to seduce Chase. Kind of fair because Willow is a serial cheater who then tries to play like she’s an innocent good girl. But Tracy thinks that Chase and Willow are equally to blame and that they’re both trying to hurt Brook Lynn.

Tracy Loses It on Willow

So, Tracy’s yelling at Willow and at the end of this week she’s screaming for her to stay away from my family. Words are one thing, but then Tracy grabs Willow and starts shaking her. And when Tracy grabs her and yells, Willow looks really alarmed. And it looks like this happens down at the boat house by the lake on the Quartermaine property. So I suspect that Chase sees Tracy manhandling Willow and he snaps. Chase may arrest Tracy on the spot for assault. Not only because she laid hands on Willow, but also because Chase is really ticked off that Tracy accused him of cheating and then blabbed the same thing to Brook Lynn.

And we all know Chase is not a cheater, but he is a sucker because Willow has him fooled. So, if Chase does arrest Tracy, it explains why he’s getting chewed out by DA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) on Friday. She tells Chase if he puts one toe out of line, then he is gone. But you know what? He doesn’t work for Justine.

He works for police commissioner Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). And that’s still complicated because both Chase and Dante live on the Quartermaine estate, which Tracy now owns. I’m thinking that Chase is going to decide pretty soon they just need to move off the property. He may want to take baby Phoebe and Brook Lynn and just go because Tracy is getting more aggressive by the day.

General Hospital: The Fallout and Marriage on the Brink

And if Chase’s high-profile arrest is Tracy, I would also expect for Brook Lynn to double down on ruining Willow’s reputation to put an end to all this. And this may be why Brook Lynn goes to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). She may want some help fabricating evidence to smear Willow.

Even though whatever they put together, you know, wouldn’t be enough to get the congresswoman arrested. Still, I don’t know if Sonny will help or not. He kept telling his son Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) to back off his anti-Willow plots. So, I just feel like Sonny might tell Brook Lynn the same thing. Have faith in your husband. Don’t do this. You know, plus once Chase finds out Brook Lynn was setting up Willow to be accused of something that Brook Lynn herself really did, I think that’s going to go badly for Chase’s wife. He’s going to be upset for a couple of reasons.

General Hospital: Chase Blinded by Willow

First, because he thinks that Willow is some sort of angel on Earth, which is nuts. Second, Chase won’t like that Brook Lynn was the other driver in the Jordan crash and failed to come forward and identify herself at the time even though she wasn’t at fault and did nothing criminal in the wreck. Third, for Brook Lynn to not come forward and then to try and pin being the other driver on Willow is probably way too much chicanery for Chase to tolerate.

So, what happens with Tracy and Willow could be the breaking point for Chase and Brook Lynn’s marriage. And if Chase arrests Tracy and she vents to Brook Lynn about it, I’m betting that she’ll tell Tracy it’s not Chase’s fault, it’s Willow’s fault, and that she’s got a plan to stop her. You know, Tracy may even then help Brook Lynn go after Willow, especially if Sonny refuses to participate in plotting with her.

Tracy’s GH Track Record

Now, to be fair, it wouldn’t be the first time Tracy’s been arrested by the PCPD. She’s been brought in several times for things that she’s done. But I bet she pitches a fit and tries to get Justine or Dante to fire Chase. But let’s be real, Tracy assaulting a member of Congress on Friday is problematic because if Willow’s security was with her, they would have knocked Tracy down to stop it.

I am actually looking forward to seeing who Chase arrests and seeing Tracy shake Willow like she’s a defective Etch A Sketch is going to be the best end to the week on General Hospital. I want to see her shaken and then arrested.

Tim Allen candidly weighed in on his age gap romance with Jenna Elfman on Shifting Gears — and recalled what concerns he initially had about the fictional relationship.

“They say when you’re lit better and I go, ‘When I’m lit better, I look probably 68,’” he quipped. “I just don’t want to be creepy about it — and that’s kind of the borderline image these days.”

Allen continued, “It hasn’t really come out — except when they joke about, ‘Well, a guy your age.’ When they have her making jokes about it, it’s not my preference. But I said, ‘It’s admitting what is there.’ There’s times — and I’ll give it to them — that they lit right and in the right clothing so it doesn’t look creepy.”

Shifting Gears introduced fans to Matt and Eve’s romance in season 1. The pair dated throughout the second season before calling it quits due to long distance. Matt and Eve — who have an age gap — found their way back to each other before season 2 concluded.

“Our showrunner [Michelle Nader] put this thing together and they really like the romance. I wanted a car show about a widower to deal with grief. That’s what I wanted,” Allen told Us. “I loved Kat Dennings [as my daughter] because she’s the perfect choice. That old dynamic is really where I was at.”

Allen chose to go with the flow when Elfman’s character was introduced, saying, “They threw this romance in there and I know Jenna so I said, ‘That’s not the problem. It’s just that I’m feeling way too old for her.’ Sometimes they say, ‘Visually it doesn’t look like you think it does.’”

After seeing the reception to the relationship, Allen is interested to see where the show takes the characters next.

“She’s so fun to be around and it’s brought out a whole different part of that show and brought a different audience to that show,” he continued. “I’m really out there for the car guys and I make sure the car stuff is fun and exciting. Then the office is cool and now you’ve got romance for the people that want that. Because it turns out the flirting and the actual activity between these two characters is working and I said, ‘All right, I’ll go there.’ [Jenna is] really good at this and the romance is kind of generated quite by accident.”

Allen promised that season 3 will continue to center around Matt and Eve.

“My question is — and we haven’t talked about it yet because we’ll start in late July to do our new season — is Jenna going to move in with me or am I going to move in with her [on the show]? I don’t know,” he noted. “I’d like to stretch it out where we’re just dating a little bit.”

He continued, “I said I don’t foresee it coming but [showrunner] Michelle [Nader] and her team surprised me again. I’m uncomfortable with it — because I’m a comedian — so I don’t know where this goes. It doesn’t matter, it’s working. It makes a dynamic sitcom move a little bit wider, definitely.”

Allen’s return to set will come after he wraps up promoting his return as the voice of Buzz Lightyear in Toy Story 5.

“It’s an amazing part of my life,” Allen said about the role, which he originated three decades prior. “Buzz has become such a part of me, and vice versa.”

Allen teased what fans can expect from the next chapter, which premieres in theaters on June 19, “When we did Toy Story 4, I said, ‘We need a little more Buzz in this.’ I was kidding, so it was very startling when I saw the storyboards. I said, ‘OK, you took that seriously.’”

He concluded, “It was very challenging to be that many Buzzes [in a toy cargo container], and then it got very confusing [as to] who’s talking to who, and I’m not sure exactly how they smoothed it out, but it was very funny to be part of that. … Essentially, it’s a story about a wonderful friendship. Kids recognize it, and adults recognize it, and they’ve added a whole color palette with the other toys, so it’s like a little community. I think [if it were with] stick figures, it would still be very popular.”

Shifting Gears is currently streaming on Hulu. Toy Story 5 premieres in theaters on June 19.

According to Newsweek, Karmelo Anthony is reportedly being held at the Wallace Pack Unit. Per the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, the prison is for males and has a current capacity of 1,426 inmates. Furthermore, the prison features medical, dental, and mental health departments. Medical care is reportedly available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

In addition, the prison also offers special treatment programs such as a DWI Recovery Program, a Sex Offender Treatment Program, and a Sex Offender Education Program. As for the education programs, “Literacy (Adult Basic Education/GED), CHANGES/Pre-Release, Cognitive Intervention; Career and Technology Programs: Construction Carpentry; Hospitality and Tourism” are offered.

Additional programs offered reportedly include a “faith-based dormitory,” “peer education,” “reentry planning,” and more.

Newsweek reports that Anthony “will stay at the facility.” And the outlet has denied reports alleging that prison warden Tallan Metcalf is related to the family of Austin Metcalf.

“This is false. There is no relation,” a TDCJ reportedly told the outlet.

Furthermore, the outlet adds that the Wallace Pack Unit is a medium security prison. Newsweek reports that the facility has faced lawsuits for “excessive heat and unsafe drinking water.”

More On The Karmelo Anthony Appeal Process

According to the outlet, Karmelo Anthony’s legal team filed their notice of appeal on Wednesday, June 10. Per the outlet, the filing preserves the “defense’s ability to challenge” the 19-year-old’s conviction. Per the outlet, legal experts believe the appeal may argue whether the trial was properly conducted.

Notably, the trial featured an all-white jury. Per Newsweek, three prospective Black jurors had been removed from the case prior to the trial. Defense lawyers reportedly believe this was racially motivated.

Younger fans won’t remember this, but there was a time when the most successful Marvel movies had nothing to do with superheroes. In the late ‘90s, for example, the first Men in Black kicked off an ultra-successful, buddy space cop franchise starring Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones. Believe it or not, this was based on a comic franchise that Marvel obtained the rights to back in 1994. However, the late ‘90s also saw the cinematic introduction of another successful and much more recognizable Marvel hero: Blade! Thanks to a jaw-dropping performance from Wesley Snipes, Blade was stylishly hacking his way through theaters years before the X-Men or Spider-Man were.

Once the Marvel Cinematic Universe got off the ground, fans eagerly awaited the introduction of Blade. However, that wait is ongoing: despite obtaining the rights, developing multiple scripts, and casting Oscar-winning Mahershala Ali as the titular vampire, this character hasn’t seen the light of day in the MCU except for a voice recording in Eternals. Now, a trusted superhero scooper is claiming that we’ll finally see Ali’s Blade make his proper onscreen debut in Avengers: Secret Wars. However, between the actor’s age and the ongoing problem of superhero fatigue, it may be too late to finally bring Blade into the MCU.

Marvel Is Always Trying To Iceskate Uphill

Marvel Studios obtained the relevant rights to Blade way back in 2011. Why, then, haven’t we seen the character in the MCU yet? One reason is that it took a long time to figure out who should play the character. Wesley Snipes was very interested in reprising his role, but nothing happened after years of talks until he got to appear much later in Deadpool & Wolverine. Meanwhile, Luke Cage star Mahershala Ali was interested in the role, and after he earned a Best Supporting Actor Oscar for Green Book, he pitched a Black Panther-style Blade movie to Marvel. He got hired, but his proposed movie has spent over half a decade in development hell.

In those years, there have been multiple Blade writers (including Stacy Osei-Kuffour and controversial X-Men ‘97 head writer Beau DeMayo) and multiple directors (including Bassam Tariq and Yann Demange). Several actors have been hired, but only Ali and Mia Goth remain nominally attached to the project. Early this years, reliable scooper Jeff Sneider reported that Marvel had canceled plans for a solo Blade movie altogether. But that doesn’t mean we’ll never see a proper MCU incarnation of the character. On Sneider’s The Hot Mic podcast, he recently reported that Ali’s Blade would appear in the upcoming ensemble blockbusters Avengers: Secret Wars.

The Sharpest Blade

It makes sense that Mahershala Ali’s Blade would pop up in Avengers: Secret Wars. Like the most recent comic of the same name, this movie is strongly rumored to reboot the MCU, which would allow for recasting key roles (like Captain America and Iron Man, both of which Kevin Feige has said would eventually be played by other actors). Perhaps more importantly, the reboot will allow major changes to this cinematic universe, like explaining why X-Men and other mutants are now a major force. The reboot might also properly introduce vampires into the MCU, which would pave the way for the introduction of Blade, the vampire who hunts his own kind. 

As a huge fan of the original Blade movies, I can’t help but think that Ali’s Blade popping up in Avengers: Secret Wars is too little, too late. For one thing, it’s a serious downgrade: fans have been hoping for a solo MCU Blade film for nearly two decades, and after fleshing out ideas for at least three movies, the best Marvel can do is give him a cameo in an already overcrowded film? Like, it was disappointing enough that all we got from Blade in Eternals was a voice message. Now, we’ll finally see him onscreen, but it will likely be a small cameo sandwiched somewhere between two dozen other, more established characters.

It’s All Falling Apart (Again)

Another problem is that this is set up for a payoff we’ll probably never get. Last year, Variety reported that Marvel execs had no sense of urgency to make a Blade movie because superhero fatigue had started eating into the studio’s bottom line. Obviously, Kevin Feige is hoping that Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars will make superhero fatigue a thing of the past. But what if that doesn’t pan out? They’ll be left with the same problem, introducing a new character whose eventual solo film may not be able to generate the kinds of box office Marvel is expecting.

Finally, the elephant in the room is Mahershala Ali’s age. He is 52, and if Jeff Sneider is correct about his upcoming Marvel appearance, the actor will be 54 by the time Secret Wars comes out. When Wesley Snipes first played Blade, he was 37; Ali is much older, and may have trouble pulling off the complex fight choreography the character is known for. Plus, Marvel famously likes to make its biggest actors sign 10-year contracts to appear in various sequels and spinoffs. So even if Ali is great in the role in a couple of years, it will get pretty awkward seeing him doing kung-fu vampire-slaying moves into his ‘60s.

But hey, I could be wrong about this. Audiences loved seeing the 55-year-old Hugh Jackman slash his way through Deadpool & Wolverine and are eager for him to return. Plus, when it comes to a character as cool as Blade, Marvel could do much worse than Ali, an Oscar-winning actor who always gives 110 percent to his performances. Maybe the stars will align, and I’ll finally get to see him headline his own Blade film. With any luck, that will happen before both of us are rocking AARP memberships!

“I don’t think anything really sinks in until proven. But it’s still a big worry in the back of your mind, thinking about what do you do if it is,” Lee exclusively told Us earlier this month. “It’s not that I haven’t thought about it, I think about it, but you just don’t know what can you say? I don’t think there’s anything you can do. That’s it, really.”

Since Lee thinks there’s a chance he could be the father, he partook in Blue’s baby shower event earlier this month. (Lee also told Us that he was paid a “high amount” to participate in the event, but did not reveal the amount.)

“I got paid for this, yes, but this, but equally it was more of — obviously, because there’s a high chance that you’re the dad, sort of thing, I think you have to be there. I felt like I had to be at this one,” he explained of attending the event.

Fellow creator Owain Laing, meanwhile, quipped to Us that he’s waiting until the child is born to determine if there is a physical resemblance.

“I could be the dad,” he said. “If it comes out with a little beard and a mullet, then it’s definitely mine.”

Laing went on to note that he and his partner of three years haven’t discussed the possibility that he could be the father of Bonnie’s baby.

Not all of the responses were negative. Many followers rushed to support Jackman and Foster, arguing that the couple deserves happiness despite the criticism.

Adoption might have been a dream for Millie Bobby Brown, but it is not her only dream.

The sensational actress, best known as the star of Netflix’s “Stranger Things,” became a mom for the first time through adoption in 2025.

Many were shocked when Millie Bobby Brown and her husband, Jake Bongiovi, decided to become parents in their early twenties. However, the entertainer is open to having more children, including biological ones.

Brown recently reflected on her motherhood journey in a new interview, revealing that she always knew adoption would be her way of having children. “I always, always wanted to adopt. It was always part of my childhood dreams,” she said.

Brown explained that as a child, even her parents noticed her interest in adoption, telling her, “You had your baby dolls. They were all adopted.” The actress added that she never pretended to be pregnant while playing with her dolls before clarifying that it wasn’t off the table.

“It’s not because I don’t want that. Hopefully, one day that’s in my future, but for me, adoption was always a part of my future. Adoption is love. Adoption is forever,” Brown declared on the June 11 episode of Kylie Kelce’s “Not Gonna Lie” podcast.

Brown revealed that her love for adoption wasn’t just about fulfilling her childhood dreams, as she took many courses on adoption. She initially went to school to become a social worker and studied for two years before her love for animals pushed her into veterinary studies.

During the time she spent working to become a social worker, Brown explained that she learned “meaningful and important” lessons about adoption. These courses also helped Brown understand the journey of becoming a birth mother, which in turn, played a role in helping her and Bongiovi decide the right path for them.

At the end of the day, Brown and Bongiovi embarked on an adoption journey to start their family. When asked if she had any advice for families considering adoption, Brown had plenty to say. She began by emphasizing how comparison is the thief of joy, stressing that “every journey looks different.”

Brown also advised couples considering adoption, particularly mothers, to trust their gut when choosing their child. She used her experience as an example, recalling how she knew her daughter was the right one for her family. In Brown’s words:

Brown noted that her gut told her it was right when she met her baby girl, recalling how the baby felt like everything she needed in that moment. “And the bond immediately kicks in, for me anyway, it really did,” the proud mom added.

Brown has been open about her interest in adoption, previously raving about her desire to have a large family. Last year, The Blast reported that Brown had shared her thoughts in an interview, revealing she and Bongiovi were on board with having more children.

“I really want a family. I really want a big family. I’m one of four. He’s one of four. So, it is definitely in our future,” Brown said, referencing how many siblings she and Bongiovi grew up with. She added that she didn’t see having your own child as any different from adopting.

Brown and Bongiovi announced that they had welcomed a daughter through adoption in a joint statement shared on Instagram. The August 2025 post saw the couple raving about becoming first-time parents and imploring fans to allow them to enjoy the journey “in both peace and privacy.”

If you grew up during the 2000s and 2010s, there’s a good chance you modeled part of your personality on your favorite sitcom characters. Whether you intended to or not, you likely picked up a few phrases and mannerisms from the likes of Michael Scott or Dennis Reynolds, and maybe even internalized some of their silly sitcom logic in your daily decision making. In most cases, this is a perfectly normal psychological phenomenon. Still, media literacy seems to be at an all time low, so there can be strange consequences when the ideals and actions of these fictional characters are applied to real life.

Take Nick Offerman, for example. Offerman famously portrayed the grouchy libertarian Ron Swanson on Parks and Recreation for seven seasons. Over the course of the show, Ron experiences growth and change, and undergoes a transformation from a gruff, government-hating divorcee to a loving husband and father who, well, still hates the government, but enjoys the company of many people elected to public office. For years now, Nick Offerman has been forced to deal with fans who use his likeness as some kind of paragon of hard-right conservatism, even though that has never been what the man or the character stands for.

Offerman outlined his frustration during a recent profile in Variety. While discussing the bizarre discourse surrounding toxic masculinity in recent months, he explained “My masculinity, such as it is, began to get a lot of attention along with everything else about Ron Swanson and Parks and Recreation. It took me by surprise to be part of the conversation, but because a lot of wrongheaded viewers identified incorrectly with Ron.”

One-Dimensional Fans Vs. Three-Dimensional Characters

The Death By Lightning actor went on to articulate “Ron is a smart and avid hunter, so [some viewers] assumed he must be a misogynist. They made a lot of incorrect assumptions, hoping to find an avatar for their ideologies. So that drew me in; I thought, ‘Well, no, if you pay attention, you’ll see that Ron is a feminist … He’s the best man at a gay wedding.’ But it dovetailed with this weird new obsession with masculinity.”

This phenomenon is obviously not exclusive to Nick Offerman. Many actors have had difficulty distinguishing themselves from their characters over the years, at least in the eyes of their most ravenous fans. Still, Offerman had such a hand in shaping Ron Swanson over the years that many of the character’s core traits, beliefs, and hobbies are borne from real life. As a result, Offerman often takes to social media to stand up for marginalized communities, especially when bullies use GIFs or video edits of Ron Swanson to attack them.

As he explains elsewhere in the interview, some of these social media back-and-forths have resulted in him being called slurs, or being accused of “eating children.” To that end, Offerman concludes “You can’t navigate life steering by Twitter trolls, the sadness of Elon Musk and his minions … I willfully ignore the overall public zeitgeist.” Despite his ability to reconcile the frustrations of fame, it seems clear that Offerman is perturbed by the lack of media literacy in certain fans of Parks & Rec.

I suppose it’s your prerogative to be a toxic misogynist if that’s what you’re into, but using Ron Swanson as an avatar for bullying isn’t going to work. The read on the character is dead wrong. In fact, you’d have more luck identifying with the Parks & Rec character Jeremy Jamm, whom Ron punches squarely in the face at one point in the show. One thing’s for certain: don’t expect Nick Offerman the actor to extend an olive branch if your aim is to emulate Ron by engaging in regressive, backwards politics that hurt women and minorities. You’ll walk away with little more than some tepid Twitter beef and an unmistakable Swanson frown.

Rock singer and Beartooth frontman Caleb Shomo is reflecting on his decision to come out as a “proudly gay man” in May 2026. During an appearance on “Vanderpump Rules” stars Katie Maloney and Dayna Kathan’s podcast, “Disrespectfully,” the 33-year-old admitted that while he was happy with his decision to now live life on his terms, he is still working to “forgive himself” for hiding for so long.

According to a previous report from The Blast, Caleb’s coming-out story rocked the internet, primarily because of his previous 14-year marriage to his wife, Fleur Shomo. He told the Bravo personalities during his recent interview that the moment was especially difficult.

“I was just bawling my f-cking eyes out, trying so hard to verbalize,” Caleb said. “And I really struggle to verbalize things, and this is obviously such an intense thing, and I’m feeling so nervous and so scared in the situation that it was really, really difficult to verbalize, and I didn’t verbalize it very well.”

Additionally, the singer used exercise, healthy foods, sleep, and creativity to help him cope with his feelings. And although he’s not fully there yet, Caleb said his primary goal is to help others get to a place where they can be free and where he can “forgive” himself.

“I feel like I’m on the path,” the “I Was Alive” singer shared. “I’m letting this happen. I’m not trying to rush anything. I’m not trying to force anything. It’s just one step at a time.”

Elsewhere in the podcast, Caleb spoke with Maloney and Kathan about one of his core childhood memories, sharing that it happened when he was “probably six or seven.”

The rock singer said he was with his mom and brother in a department store when he picked out a ring his mom labeled a “girls’ ring.” At the time, Caleb wasn’t phased by the news; however, when he wore it to school the next day, he said he was severely “ridiculed” by the kids.

“I just freaked out and didn’t know what was going on and threw it out the window,” he said. “It was like, ‘F-ck, don’t do that. Whatever that is, let’s keep that away.’”

Caleb said he learned at that moment that he had a “very strong feminine” side, but also that he had to keep it hidden in his Midwestern town. Additionally, he was hearing even more negative comments about the LGBTQ+ community from people closest to him, making it even more challenging for him to come to terms with his feelings.

“So that feeling that I had, which I now understand was my sexuality, I just viewed and compartmentalized as just self-hatred. It’s this thing that’s evil in me, and okay, you fight this with all of your might. And that’s the right thing to do. You f-cking pray about it,” he said.
