Illnesses in Palworld are occassional debuffs your Pals will catch while working for you. Players must take good care of their newly made friends in the world, or else you have the risk to lose them with time. Hence, having the currect medicine for all sorts of illnesses is important, especially when you have a bigger base towards the endgame, with over 50 Pals working at the same time.
This article goes over every illness in Palworld, what they do to your Pal, and how to cure them.
Palworld 1.0: All illnesses and how to cure them
All illnesses on your Pals can be cured using the correct medicine. There are three workbenches that can be crafted in different tiers: Medieval Medicine Workbench at Level 12, Electric Medicine Workbench at Level 43, and Advanced Medicine Workbench at Level 61.

However, the Medieval Workbench at Level 12 will be enough to tackle all the illnesses, and create the medicines for your Pals.
1) Sick

Your Pals can become sick if the working conditions are poor, the Pal themselves have low sanity, or their living conditions are bad. Overall, a Sick Pal can still work, but with less speed and efficiency.
To cure a Sick Pal, you can craft a Low Grade Medical Supplies from the Medieval Medicine Workbench, and directly feed it to the Pal.
2) Sprain
Sprain is a condition that can be acquired by a Pal in either combat, or at base by overworking. It reduces the affected Pal’s movement speed.

To cure Sprain on a Pal, give Low Grade Medical Supplies to that Pal, or provide Hot Spring in your base.
3) Overfull
Overfull condition is inflicted on Pals that overeats in the base, usually caused when the Pal is stressed from work, and keeps eating from the food basket. Overfull stops the Pal from working, and accumulate more stress with time.

Simply feed a Low Grade Medical Supplies to rid your Pal of the condition.
4) Ulcer
Ulcers are caught by Pals when they overwork and sanity drops due to the lack of proper living conditions, such as beds or Hot Springs. Ulcer can reduce the affected Pal’s work speed and movement speed.

Feed green-tier Uncommon Medical Supplies to the Pal with Ulcer.
5) Fracture
Fracture can be inflicted on a Pal if they take heavy damage in fights, or have been starving for a long time in a base. While Fractured, a Pal’s work speed and movement speed is reduced.

Green-tier uncommon Medical Supplies will cure Fracture on your Pal.
6) Weakened
Weakened can be caught by a Pal when they have starvation, or stress for a long time. It reduces the Pal’s work speed and movement speed significantly.

Craft High Grade Medical Supplies from the Medieval Medicine Workbench, and feed it to your Pal to sure this illness.
7) Depressed
A Pal catches the Depressed condition when they are exposed to poor living conditions for a long time, is being neglected/not being petted for a long time, and have low sanity. When a Pal is depressed, they won’t work, will refuse to eat building up starvation, and will sleep most of the time.

A High Grade Medical Supplies should do the trick, if you feed it to the Depressed Pal.
Regarding other conditions/illnesses, when a Pal is Starving, just feed them with any food to raise their hunger bar.
Lastly, when incapacitated, interact with your Pal box in your base, and place the dead Pal from your party to one of the open slots of your Palbox. This should put a timer until your Pal is revived once more.
