MANILA, Philippines–Bol Bol, the crowd-drawing 7-foot-3 reinforcement of TNT, holds a sizable lead in the Bobby Parks Best Import race of the PBA Commissioner’s Cup.

The former NBA player compiled 59.4 Statistical Points after the 12-game eliminations to gain an early advantage over San Miguel Beer’s Bennie Boatwright, NLEX’s Cady Lalanne and Barangay Ginebra’s Justin Brownlee.

Boatwright is second with 53.4 SPs with Lalanne in third (50.6) and Brownlee fourth (50.3) while Rain or Shine’s Jaylen Johnson is fifth (47.8).

Bol, who leads all foreign players in scoring at 38.2 points and blocks with an average of 4.3, has been a source of intrigue and attention since he was tapped to play in the midseason conference that eliminates the height limit, though he has sometimes been the subject of scrutiny for his demeanor.

He has also posted 14.7 rebounds and 1.7 assists on average, but the Tropang 5G ended the elimination at 6-6 and had to beat top seed NLEX to force a rubber match in the quarters.

A loss in Saturday’s do-or-die encounter will end Bol’s bid for the award.

Boatwright is a distant second despite playing five games for San Miguel. He arrived after replacing Justin Patton following his sudden change in attitude.

Lalanne, three-time Best Import Brownlee and Johnson, on the other hand, have been vital for their respective teams’ status in the top four of the playoffs.

How to get Silver in Subnautica 2

Published

on

After learning the basics of Subnautica 2 and surviving your first few days on an unknown planet, you will soon start looking for resources. Among them, your first difficult challenge might turn out to be Silver, as it is one of the rarer early-game resources in Subnautica 2.

Moreover, Silver is a crucial resource for crafting several useful items, ranging from equipment like the Standard Air Tank to electronics like the Wiring Kit, which is needed in many other blueprints. If you have been struggling to find Silver in Subnautica 2 or could not figure out how to mine it, then this guide is meant for you.

Where to find Silver in Subnautica 2: Silver location guide

Even though Silver is rarer compared to other resources like Titanium and Copper, it generates in groups, meaning you only have to find one location to get a bunch of Silver at once.

We have found two excellent spots to mine Silver in Subnautica 2, and both of them are available quite early in the game.

First Silver mining spot

To find the first Silver mining spot, you have to head north of the Lifepod until you reach the Old Habitat colony ruins. These ruins are around 350 meters away from the Lifepod, so prepare for a short trip.

After reaching the Old Habitat ruins, head east to find the entrance to a giant cave. This cave is filled with various metal deposits, including Silver. Make sure to thoroughly explore the cave and check around all its entrances. Since this location is close to the Old Habitat ruins, you can easily find your way back here by using the ruins’ signal.

Second Silver mining spot

The second Silver mining spot is located around 350 meters away from the Lifepod. To reach it, swim in the direction of 75 degrees, which is between northeast and east. This location has massive chunks of Silver waiting for you to mine them.

However, unlike the Silver in the first spot, you cannot mine large chunks of Silver using just your hands. To mine large Silver deposits, you will need to craft a Sonic Resonator. Use the Sonic Resonator on the big Silver chunks to break them down.

Apart from these two spots, there are likely several other locations for mining Silver in Subnautica 2. However, during the early game, these are probably among the closest and easiest locations to farm Silver.

What to do with Silver in Subnautica 2

Silver has many uses in Subnautica 2, but you will mostly find yourself using it to craft Wiring Kits. Players can use Wiring Kits to craft a variety of tools like the Repair Tool, Sonic Resonator, Wavemaker, and more. Silver is also directly or indirectly used in the following blueprints:

  • Standard Air Tank
  • Advanced Wiring Kit
  • System Chip
  • Dedicated Core
  • Hydroelectric Turbine
  • Power Cell Terminal
  • Scanner Station
  • Silver Ingot
  • Germanium (from Silver)
