Worst criminals jailed in Scotland this week: From baby killer to Peter Murrell

Published

on

Daily Record

The Daily Record has brought together a round-up of Scotland’s worst criminals jailed this week.

A former SNP party chief executive who embezzled party funds, an evil mother who murdered her daughter and a pervert who was caught in an online paedo hunter sting were among the Scots criminals jailed this week.

Also locked up was a disgraced former police officer who subjected a woman to a ‘heinous’ campaign of abuse and a “depraved” rapist who launched a horrific campaign of sexual abuse against two women and four young girls over a 17-year period.

Meanwhile, Edinburgh High Court heard that a hitman backed out of a plot to murder a high-profile gangland figure at the last minute. Here are the worst criminals jailed this week in Scotland.

Peter Murrell

Peter Murrell has been pictured on his way to jail after admitting to embezzling funds from the SNP between August 2010 and January 2023.

The former party chief executive appeared at the High Court in Edinburgh on Monday, May 25. It is anticipated that Murrell, who is Nicola Sturgeon’s estranged husband, will receive a substantial prison sentence after he faced charges of embezzling hundreds of thousands of pounds from the SNP.

He admitted using the party’s money to buy items including a motorhome and luxury goods, and towards the purchase of two cars. The indictment included allegations that in 2020 Murrell used party funds to buy a £124,550 motorhome for his own personal use, and that he falsified accounting records in an effort to cover up his wrongdoing.

It comes after a long-running police investigation, Operation Branchform, into SNP finances. Murrell, 61, was appointed chief executive of the SNP in 2001 during John Swinney’s first stint as party leader.

He quit as CEO in 2023 after a row over membership numbers and when Operation Branchform was ongoing. He and Sturgeon married in 2010 but the former First Minister last year announced they were getting divorced.

The policing cost of the long-running investigation reached more than £2 million.

Nicole Blain

Nicole Blain, 30, was jailed for life today at the High Court in Glasgow on Thursday, May 28.

She was found guilty of murdering the infant by a jury at the same court last month. The court heard how Blain lashed out at helpless Thea, who was 19 days old, after losing her temper at her Greenock flat on July 14, 2023.

Tiny Thea suffered a string of catastrophic injuries including three skull fractures, brain damage and bleeding behind the eyes. These were consistent with the baby being violently shaken and repeatedly hit off a hard floor, wall or furniture.

The baby also suffered injuries to her ribs consistent with her chest being pressed. Her neck was also hurt which could have been from “forceful” movement back and forth of her head.

During the trial, pathologist Leighanne Deboys told the jury a combination of Thea being shaken and impact with a hard surface would account for these horrific injuries – described by another medic as similar to those suffered by a car crash victim. Blain testified during her trial and sobbed as she tried to claim her daughter’s death was “a tragic accident”.

In a sick cover-up bid, she tried to claim she had woken up from a nap to find her daughter stricken on the floor. She went on to claim another child also in the flat had “done” what happened to Thea.

Her vile lies were branded “nonsense” by prosecutors. It will be 19 years before Blain can be considered for parole.

Willum Webster

Willum Webster who was caught in an online paedo hunter sting has been jailed for almost two years.

The 35-year-old was snared by the vigilante group after he made contact with a social media profile he believed to belong to a teenage schoolgirl. Webster sent disgusting sexual comments and images to the account of ’14-year-old Sophie’ including several videos of a male carrying out a solo sex act.

He also begged the child to perform a degrading sex act for him and told her what sexual positions he wanted to engage in with her. Members of the hunter group tracked Webster down to his home in Edinburgh and live streamed the confrontation to thousands of viewers on their Facebook page in January this year.

The police were called in and the pervert later moaned to officers “I can’t believe I’ve done this again” after it emerged this was his fourth conviction for sexual offending. Webster pleaded guilty to attempting to communicate indecently with a child when he appeared from custody at the capital’s sheriff court earlier this year.

He returned to the dock for sentencing where he was jailed for 726 days and was placed on the sex offenders register for 10 years. He was also made subject of a 10 year Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

Christopher Ferguson

Disgraced former police officer Christopher Ferguson who subjected a woman to a ‘heinous’ campaign of abuse has been jailed for 14 months.

He branded her a ‘slut’, ‘pathetic’ and called her a ‘f*****g wee c**t’ on a day out after Rangers had suffered a defeat. Jealous Ferguson even created a fake Tinder profile of the woman which one of her friends discovered.

He would also demand to see her Instagram profile so he could see who had liked and commented on her photos. During another incident he pinned her against a wall which left her ‘sobbing’ due to his aggressive conduct.

He later told her he had attended therapy and delivered a 19-page handwritten ‘sorry letter’ in which he apologised for being emotionally abusive towards her.

Ferguson, of Wishaw, Lanarkshire, appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court and admitted breaching domestic abuse laws between May 2021 and February 2023. Ferguson, who is being held in HMP Dumfries, will be supervised for six months following his release from jail.

Paul Patrick

A “depraved” rapist who launched a horrific campaign of sexual abuse against two women and four young girls over a 17-year period has been jailed indefinitely.

Paul Patrick, of Ballater, Aberdeenshire, was found guilty of 19 charges, including multiple rapes and sexual assaults, following a trial at the High Court in Edinburgh. The 61-year-old businessman targeted the victims at locations across Scotland, including at his pet shop in Aboyne, between 2006 and 2023.

Patrick used the same pattern of behaviour to get close to the six victims and gain access to them, the prosecution showed, exploiting their individual vulnerabilities and manipulating and exploiting them, often with promises of love and marriage.

Patrick also used his links to the go-karting circuit to abuse one of the children. Patrick was also found guilty of breaking bail conditions involving a third woman.

Patrick was handed an Order for Lifelong Restriction (OLR) at the High Court in Edinburgh. He must serve a minimum of eight years and six months in custody before he can be considered for release into the community by the Parole Board. He has been placed on the sex offenders register indefinitely with non-harassment orders also granted.

James Richards

A hitman who backed out of a plot to murder a high-profile gangland figure at the last minute has been jailed.

James Richards, 36, was hired by Glasgow gang leader David Nisbet to travel from Liverpool to carry out the shooting of crime rival Ryan Carvil for between £70,000 and £100,000.

But evidence gathered by police and prepared by prosecutors at the Crown Office showed the plan faltered when Richards reneged on the arrangement at the 11th hour. Following a trial at the High Court in Edinburgh, Richards was caged for seven years and six months today, May 26.

He pled guilty to a charge of being involved in serious organised crime between April 9 and 13, 2020. He was also made subject of a Serious Crime Prevention Order (SCPO) which will last for three years following his release from prison and is aimed at ensuring he does not return to a life of crime.

Messages on the encrypted communications platform Encrochat revealed how Nisbet, the principal of an organised crime group in Glasgow, discussed the assassination plot with Richards and two other associates.

He eventually reached an agreement for Richards to carry out the shooting for payment that varied between £70,000 and £100,000. Conversations included plans for Richards to travel up from England to a flat in Lenzie near Glasgow before carrying out the plan to shoot Carvil.

Images were also posted showing a gun and a wrapped bundle of cash. On April 11, 2020, the accused was given a gun and taken on a tour of places where his victim was likely to be that day by criminal associates of Nisbet.

But Richards pulled out hours before the killing was due to take place over fears that his getaway car was not fast enough as well as doubts over the arrangements. Police officers then stopped Richards’ car on the M74 as he headed back south.

Although nothing of note was found in the vehicle, a subsequent analysis of the Encrochat communications revealed the scope of his involvement in the conspiracy to commit murder.

US fast food chain to rival McDonald’s as it comes to UK

Chili’s Grill & Bar has confirmed it is relaunching in the UK after more than 15 years, with hopes of eventually opening more than 100 restaurants across the country.

Chili’s originally arrived in Britain during the 1990s and operated restaurants in places including Cambridge, Reading and London’s Canary Wharf.

However, by 2009, every UK branch had closed.

Fast food chain to return to UK after disappearing more than 15 years ago

Now, the company is making a fresh attempt at cracking the UK market, aiming to open a flagship restaurant within the next 12 to 18 months before it aims to roll out more sites, reports Need To Know.

The brand has partnered with The Franchising Centre on these relaunch plans.

Industry insiders say they believe the chain could open between 85 and 100 restaurants if successful.

Potential locations currently being considered include London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Liverpool, Milton Keynes, Reading, and Solihull, according to reports.

The Tex-Mex chain, which is well-known in the US for its burgers, ribs, fajitas, and margaritas.

It’s the latest US food brand to venture into the UK market, following the likes of Popeye’s, Dave’s Hot Chicken, and Chick-fil-A.

The UK’s favourite takeaways

John Overdijking, franchise recruitment specialist at The Franchising Centre, told Propel Hospitality about the company’s plans.

He said there are “significant” opportunities for the brand in Britain.

Mr Overdijking added that Chili’s could operate using several different formats.

This includes full-service restaurants, compact city sites as well as fast-casual locations.

However, it’s thought that the chain’s initial focus will be on traditional sit-down restaurants.

The Tex-Mex chain has become well-known in America, in part due to its regular appearance in the US series The Office.

Novak Djokovic v Joao Fonseca LIVE: French Open latest scores and results after Jannik Sinner’s shocking collapse

Break points saved! Novak Djokovic 6-4, 6-3, 3-6 0-0 Joao Fonseca

Oh my word! Djokovic suddenly stretches out his shoulder and palm after Fonseca wins the first point… and then it becomes three break points as Fonseca shoots a forehand down the line and Djokovic can’t respond!

Djokovic takes a big breath after saving the first, with Fonseca missing. The Brazilian then strikes the net with the forehand return, looking for the down-the-line winner.

It sits up for Fonseca to strike… but Djokovic somehow reads it and puts the forehand back down the line despite being off balance! Wow, that’s a big moment. Deuce.

So we’ve played two-and-a-half hours. If Djokovic wins this set it’ll go to around three-and-a-half , if Fonseca wins it and forces a fifth we’ll be going to at least four hours.

Every minute counts for the 39-year-old Djokovic. Here’s what he said after being taken to a fourth by Valentin Royer on Thursday.

“Reasonably long,” Djokovic said. “When you play a three-and-a-half hour match on clay, it’s long and very exhausting. At least in my opinion.

“So physically (I) spent quite a bit of energy today on a very hot day. Very challenging conditions. It was obviously my fault I didn’t finish in straight sets, because I broke up twice in the third match point.”

Here we go… set number four.

THIRD SET! *Novak Djokovic 6-4, 6-3, 3-6 Joao Fonseca

Tense moments for Fonseca as he serves for the set. A pick-up volley goes wrong, and sees him face 15-30. Djokovic races so far wide to reach a smash that he runs off the court, but manages to get the defensive lob in play. Fonseca smiles, knowing Djokovic won’t make this easy.

And here comes the break point: Fonseca pushes a forehand long. But he goes for a bold second-serve down the middle and finds the spot! Djokovic can’t believe it after putting the forehand out.

ACE from Fonseca on deuce! He roars after it, too! Set point. ANOTHER ACE! The explosion from his fans tells you everything you need to know. He has forced a fourth! Not what Djokovic wanted!

This is impressive from Fonseca, who is dictating behind serve and getting his forehand strike in play early. He holds comfortably to move a game away from winning the third set. Djokovic presses a couple of ice packs to his face and neck at the changeover. It’s hot work out there.

Elsewhere, Urkraine’s Elina Svitolina has joined compatriot Marta Kostyuk in the fourth round by breezing past Tamara Korpatsch 6-2 6-3. The seventh seed is moving through the draw nicely and will play either Belinda Bencic or Peyton Stearns in the last-16.

Meanwhile, Jakub Mensik is back on court after his five-hour, five-set epic on Wednesday, an effort that saw him collapse after winning match point. He has lost the opening set 6-0 to eighth seed Alex de Minaur, who is up against a fatigued opponent.

Another little test past by Fonseca, and in some style. He roars after a forehand winner blasted into the corner! Such effortless power, and he is able to dictate more and more of these rallies.

*Novak Djokovic 6-4 6-3 0-3 Joao Fonseca

WHAT A GAME! Fonseca fends off a couple of break points from Djokovic in court-stretching rallies to win an epic mini battle and stay ahead in the third. Fonseca used the drop shot wonderfully there, and really showed his all-court ability. Djokovic is getting very frustrated and covers his face with his towel. Fonseca has the fans alive and asks for more.

BREAK! Novak Djokovic 6-4 6-3 0-2 Joao Fonseca*

Djokovic was very annoyed to be taken into a third set by Valentin Royer in the previous round so would like to get this match over and done with as soon as possible now.

Fonseca, though, drags Djokovic into deuce and wins a gutsy point, forcing Djokovic behind the baseline, to bring break point. Djokovic’s serve has deserted him…

Ah this is sublime. Djokovic races to his right to meet a fierce drive from Fonseca, then scuttles to his left and dispatches a backhand winner. He celebrates by pointing to his ear.

Two set points, for a two-set lead: Djokovic finds the serve and puts the forehand drive past Fonseca, wrong-footing him. Djokovic is cruising, but is very irritated by a cameraman getting too close to him in the changeover…

Lots of work to do for Fonseca. The players head off court. So far, so good for Djokovic after just 90 minutes.

French Open: Rafael Jodar wins five-setter!

Rafael Jodar battles on! Roland Garros has a new Rafa and the Spanish teenager is through to the fourth round of a grand slam for the first time, battling from two sets to one down to beat Alex Michelsen in five. The American received treatment on a back injury in the fourth, but Jodar showed impressive grit there to get through in four hours. He will play fellow Spaniard Pablo Carreno Busta, the No 89, in the fourth round. What an opportunity that is to reach a quarter-final.

“A dream come true,” he says. “I had to fight, it was a tough match.”

Katie Price claims police paid her a weird compliment after finding Lee Andrews

Published

Daily Mirror

Katie Price says Interpol told her she would be a “good detective” after her missing husband was found and told her she had been a huge help as they looked for Lee Andrews

Katie Price says Interpol told her she would be a “good detective” after her missing husband was found. The ex-glamour model, 48, tied the knot with Dubai-based businessman Lee Andrews just a fortnight after she met him early this year, but he failed to board a flight to the UK earlier this month and his whereabouts was unknown for weeks.

Eventually, Lee, who had been due to join Katie for a scheduled interview on Good Morning Britain before he vanished, made contact with the former I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! star and she then announced that he had been arrested and detained on suspicion of espionage in a Dubai prison.

Katie, who hosts The Katie Price Show with her sister Sophie, has spoken at length about the incident in the latest episode of her weekly podcast, and has now claimed that Interpol said she had helped them tremendously, and claimed that she would likely make a success of it if she were to have a major career change.

“It has been a worry and they have been amazing, to the point that they said I would be an amazing detective. You know I wanted to be a paramedic but I might even try to be a detective. They said ‘It’s not the same kind of money Kate.’”

“They said I’ve helped so much. The way I think about things, giving them clues, which they obviously know from intelligence. But they actually said, ‘Do you know what Kate? We do a lot of these cases and you would be a good detective yourself!”

Sophie shook her head in disbelief but Katie seemed confident as she said: “I’m like yes, where’s my prefect badge?”

Katie suggested to her sister that Lee come on the podcast for a chat, but she shot down the idea instantly and firmly suggested: “If you want to do a separate chat with him, that’s down to you.” It’s thought that Lee was arrested on May 14, having been hiding out up until that point.

It’s also been claimed that he now must pay a four-figure fine and is expected to be released from prison on Monday.

Elsewhere on the podcast, Sophie asked about the other woman Lee followed, but Katie denied Lee was behind this. It was revealed that Marisol, the woman Lee briefly followed, previously used an online matchmaking service for millionaires, The Sun reports.

But Katie told her sister: “What happened with that other woman was apparently she activated her account and maybe she followed Lee or Lee followed her years ago. They’ve never exchanged messages or nothing. So she’s blocked him and that’s why it’s gone back.”

There had been speculation that Katie was involved in a publicity stunt surrounding Lee’s vanishing act earlier this month, although she vehemently denied these claims, and expressed her worry that Lee had become a victim of kidnap.

At the time, she added: “I’m really upset and distressed that people think I’m in on it. Are you joking? Come on, give me some credit why would I do that?”

Appeal for 49 affordable homes in village with only one bus per day dismissed

Published

on

Cambridgeshire Live

Residents feared the development would destroy a ‘valued asset’ and overwhelm ‘limited services’

A developer has lost an appeal to build 49 affordable homes in a village which residents feared would overwhelm the local school. Isleham Parish Council said the site is “one of the few remaining open spaces” in the village with “a strong reflection of its rural setting, nature and agricultural connections”.

They said the land is a “valued asset” and the village has seen “significant recent growth” and has “limited services”. East Cambridgeshire District Council agreed and rejected the plans in 2024 – but an appeal was launched by Abbey Properties Cambridgeshire Ltd and Robin Diver.

A hearing was held by The Planning Inspectorate on March 24 and 25, 2026. Inspector P Hanna visited the site on the second day.

The council said that two other planning applications would likely already meet Isleham’s need for 47 new homes. The inspector said it “cannot be presumed” these “will respond directly to the local need, unlike the current proposal”.

They added: “Indeed, even the council only go as far as saying that identified need is ‘very likely’ to be met by the two approved developments. Whilst the levels of local need may fluctuate, I am satisfied that the proposal would meet an identified need that may not be delivered by the sites within the settlement boundary or by existing planning permissions.”

They said the farmland was formerly a chalk pit and is lined with “dense hedgerows and woodland” and “high distinctiveness habitat”, some of which would be lost if developed. Though a replacement was suggested by the developer, the council were concerned this hedgerow “would not represent like for like replacement under the trading rules”.

The inspector added that even with the developer’s “own final metric calculation” it would fail to meet the minimum requirement. It was also noted that Isleham has “relatively poor existing public transport” with just one return bus service per day from Monday to Saturday and two on Tuesday and Saturday.

Inspector Hanna said the plans fall short in terms of “reducing car usage” but the rural location would “justify a more pragmatic approach”. They also said the village itself “contains a wide range of services and facilities” including two industrial estates which still makes it “highly sustainable” in terms of employment.

Commenting on school capacity, they said the lack of places at the primary school was “a matter for the education authority to deal with”. Inspector Hanna added that if children were unable to attend Isleham Primary, “there is no substantive evidence before me to suggest that a sustainable form of school transport could not be provided, such as a school bus”.

The inspector concluded that the benefits of the proposal would not outweigh the harms and dismissed the appeal.

French Open 2026 results: Adolfo Daniel Vallejo criticised for questioning ‘courage’ of female umpire

Published

Adolfo Daniel Vallejo, wearing a white patterned t-shirt, plays a backhand with his yellow, blue and black racquet held in two hands over his right shoulder

Vallejo also said he was unhappy with how much time Kouame was given in between points.

Players are only allowed to take up to 25 seconds between points, but umpires can use their discretion as to when to start the shot clock while the crowd settles down.

“I think this sort of matches should be umpired by a man,” Vallejo told Clay magazine, external in an interview listened to and verified by BBC Sport.

“It’s very difficult for a woman to do it because the crowd is very annoying and you need to have a lot of courage to go against the crowd.

“I knew it [the crowd] was going to be like that. It didn’t harm me, it only strengthened him.”

Asked whether having a male umpire would have made a difference, Vallejo added: “Yes, yes, absolutely. The crowd was really disrespectful, but I understand it because they are supporting their home player.”

Vallejo has since taken to social media to defend his comments, stating on X that they have been “taken out of context” and he was referring to Carvalho specifically, rather than all female umpires.

The French Open added: “The tournament strongly condemns all sexist remarks, regardless of who makes them, and offers its support to the match umpire and, more broadly, to all the tournament’s umpiring officials.”

The Grand Slam rulebook states that players “shall at all times conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner and give due regard to the authority of officials and the rights of opponents, spectators and others”.

And just like that, it’s a wrap on another glorious four-day week – and a properly sizzling one at that.

Yes, the UK has been basking in high-20s heat, which means long, golden evenings, impromptu park hangs, and squeezing in ‘just one more’ drink with friends before remembering it’s actually a school night.

Sleeping, however? A completely different saga. Shout out to the £12 fan I panic-bought six years ago during peak Covid chaos – it’s been working harder than the rest of us combined, and frankly deserves its own pay rise.
Still slightly dazed from a week of park and pub beverages (hydration? never heard of her), we’re gearing up for a weekend that looks suspiciously similar: sunshine, BBQs, picky teas that somehow turn into full feasts, and hours of top-tier DMCs with our favourite people.

But before we fully clock off and head back outside, I’ve got business to attend to – namely, rounding up the absolute hottest high street buys. Naturally.

Metro HQ has, once again, given me free rein to roam the shops (dangerous, I know), in search of the very best across fashion, beauty, home, garden – and all the bits in between that you didn’t know you needed until now.

And of course, it wouldn’t be complete without a little side serving of news. Not the doom-and-gloom kind – think savvy savings, chic new launches, and those delightfully random finds that just make life a bit more fun.

Inside Love Island villa with Boots
We’re so jealous of this room! (Picture: Metro/Lifted Entertainment/Boots)

Boots heading back to the Love Island villa as its official beauty partner, stocking it with more than 200 brands for the new series. From cult faves like Fenty and Sol de Janeiro to new names including P.Louise and Flower Knows, Islanders will have plenty to play with. Fans can shop the looks in real time via the Love Island app and a dedicated Boots hub. Basically, expect villa glam to be bigger (and more shoppable) than ever.

Frosted fragrance bottle
Finally! KAYALI has now launched bigger fragrance bottles! (Picture: Metro/KAYALI)

Continuing with the beauty news, KAYALI is expanding its viral Freedom Collection with new 50ml and 100ml perfume sizes, giving fans more of its signature musk scents to love. The line-up includes four fragrances – from floral and creamy to coffee-inspired – all designed to be layered and personalised. Founder Mona Kattan says the range is all about self-expression and ‘finding your light’ through scent. Safe to say, your signature fragrance just got an upgrade.

Festival setting
See you in the crowd? (Picture: Samantha Milligan)

For music fans, Priority from O2 is giving festival season a serious upgrade, with members in with a chance of winning tickets to some of the UK’s biggest events – worth up to £650. Think Love Supreme, On the Beach and Big Feastival, with huge names like Loyle Carner, Fatboy Slim and Bastille on the line-up. Winners can expect VIP perks, from fast-track entry to exclusive lounges (and yes, proper phone charging spots). All you need to do is head to the Priority app and try your luck.

BST x Darts poster
What an event this will be! (Picture: Metro/BST)

BST Hyde Park is bringing back its darts championship after last year’s hit debut – and it’s set to be bigger than ever. Big names like Luke Humphries, Fallon Sherrock and Nathan Aspinall will take to the stage alongside celeb teammates including Joe Swash and AJ Odudu. Taking place on 8 July, the pro-am tournament lands right in the middle of the festival’s Open House series. If you fancy a front-row seat, tickets drop at the end of May.

We’re obsessed with our Oura ring! (Picture: Metro/Oura)

Oura has just dropped its smallest smart ring yet – and it’s basically a big upgrade in a tiny package. The new Oura Ring 5 is 40% smaller, but packs in even more advanced health tracking, including new women’s health insights and real-time activity features. Designed to be worn 24/7, it promises deeper, more personalised data without compromising on comfort. Consider it the next-gen wellness wearable everyone will be adding to their wishlist.

Female fixing British Gas sticker to boiler
Phew! That’s one thing off our mind. (Picture: Metro/British Gas)

Finally, British Gas has launched a new ‘Fix & Fall’ tariff, letting customers lock in their energy prices for two years – while still benefiting if rates drop. If the price cap falls after 12 months, bills will automatically be reduced, offering the best of both worlds. It also comes with perks like half-price electricity on Sunday afternoons through PeakSave. With energy costs still a concern, the brand is also boosting support with grants, free home upgrades and boiler checks.

Europe’s largest walking dinosaur is coming to M&D’s Scotland’s Theme Park next month as part of a range of free summer family entertainment.

Towering at over three metres tall, Bonnie is a friendly brontosaurus who will be milling around the Theme Park. Visitors will also be able to get up close with her baby dinosaur hatchlings.

Bonnie will be making an appearance daily from between Saturday, June 27, until Tuesday, August 11.

Visitors will also be able to join in the Ranger Training Academy and discover treasure in the Fossil Dig Zone. All the dinosaur activities are free to enjoy.

Jensen Taylor Connelly, M&D’s Director, said: “Children love dinosaurs and Bonnie really has got the wow factor however, her baby hatchlings are not to be missed as they are so cute.

“We’re all looking forward to the summer school holidays and welcoming visitors to the Theme Park.”

On Sunday, July 5, from 9.30am until 11.30am, the four star Alona Hotel will be hosting Breakfast with the Baby Dinosaurs. Tickets, which are priced at £15.95 per child and £12.95 per adult plus booking fee, include a photo opportunity with the baby dinos on arrival, a buffet breakfast, fun and games as a Dinosaur Ranger, play time in Krazy Congo Soft Play and a special Dino party bag to take home.

On Saturday, June 13, and Sunday, June 14, from 2pm until 4pm, little ones can look forward to award-winning children’s entertainer, Roadrunner, in a high energy performance show with lots of fun, games and dancing.

New rides have been added to the Theme Park this season and all the favourite attractions will be open including Amazonia tropical indoor rainforest with lots of exotic plants and animals, Devil’s Island Adventure Golf, Cosmic Bowl, a ten-pin bowling alley, and Krazy Congo Soft Play.

All day wristbands, providing access to the rides, can be purchased at https://scotlandsthemepark.com/
