That said, this doesn’t mean there shouldn’t be boundaries.🤨😂 There’s a real difference between intentional celebration and excessiveness, and that depends entirely on your actual financial situation. That conversation (i.e., what you can truly afford) should happen BEFORE any big event gets planned, not after.
