We’re still very much in boots and tights weather in my part of the country, but I would look forward to wearing this without all the extra layers in a few months!

I’ve spent way too long today combing through the Sephora sale to make some recommendations (occupational hazard) and love the look of this gorgeous sheer lipstick from Westman Atelier. I think my color is going to be “ballerine,” but I’m open to suggestions!

I was buying some stuff at the Ulta sale last weekend (namely this and this, both still on sale) and was $6 away from free shipping… I thought it might make a fun conversation: what are the small things that you add to get to free shipping at beauty sites (or any other sites)?
(I do most of my shopping at Nordstrom because I hate paying for shipping! Also worth noting — the big Sephora sale is now open to all, which I haven’t even started looking through yet…)
At Ulta I wound up adding the e.l.f. hydration core lip gloss, which I’ve now bought 4 times. (One of those times was “delightful (mauve),” though, which makes me look dead, so I do not recommend! I’ve bought “ecstatic” twice (pictured below) — I really think it is similar to Black Honey — but this time decided to try “joyful,” so… finger’s crossed.)
We haven’t done a “little things” thread in a while, but I think this kind of counts — what small, budget items are easy things to add to your cart to get to the free shipping minimum?
